！！！【注意】！！！ 18時を過ぎるとスタッフが居なくなります。更に20時を過ぎると電話も出なくなります。僕は19時に到着しましたが、セルフチェックインの手順を一切知らされていない事に気がつきました。（これは僕に非があります）僕は電話番号のあるSIMカードを登録していたので電話をしてチェックインする事が出来ましたが［電話番号がない］［18時以降にチェックインする］場合は必ず事前にその旨をメッセージで伝えてチェックインの手順（部屋番号など）を聞いてください。最悪の場合はチェックインする事が出来なくなってしまいます。この件がなければ評価10のホステルです。セルフチェックインスタイルは良いですが、至急改善するべきかと思います。

comfy bed,, central to everything,, everything needed,, small room and no staff

was placed on the bottom floor luckily as we didn’t have to take any luggage up stairs the room was small but had everything needed very comfy bed,,,, was central to everything

Great price and location just a bit noisy

Location was very close to the beach, Pantong Walking street, restaurants and markets as well as a competitive price for the location.

The mattress was on the floor basically and it was filthy. There was a lot of building working that I couldn’t tell if it was from inside the building or not that was disruptive as well as the water pipes made a lot of noise.

Staff nice and good location.

Unlucky with room. Constant noise ist floor room. No window and air conditioning faults. Also no area to use just the floor for all accessories.

Was declined entry on arrival, credit card debited 10 days before my arrival into Thailand, I had confirmation numbers, receipts and proof that I had paid for my 5 days stay, I sat outside with all my luggage as I'd just come off the plane, and the manager called me and said there was nothing we could do because, "we don't check booking.com bookings". It was very unprofessional, it was only until I rang booking.com's customer service number and explained what was happening and gave them the payment confirmation number. They told me they would ring the manager of the hotel, 5 minutes later the same staff person who was rude and was denying me entry came and said my room was ready 👎👎👎 will never stay here again. Thanks to Booking.com for sorting it out for me.

Comfortable room in great location

Excellent central location walkable to everything. Comfortable bed. A/C and shower worked well. Housekeeper was very nice.

The wifi went out several times, sometimes for hours. Hopefully just a temporary issue and is fixed by the time you read this. Host was unresponsive to my queries, maybe a translation issue.

The hotel is very compact and the staircase is very narrow. Occasionally can hear noise from the stair, water pumps, people talking and opening doors.

Great, except for the noisy construction works going on next door

This is a great place in a perfect location, close to the centre and beach. The staff is very nice and makes things easy.

I would have rated this place better but the constructions works going on at the building next door kind of ruined my experience. I would have even extended my stay here for a few more days because everything else is great and love the central location, but I simply couldn't sleep in the morning because from very early in the morning the construction workers would start jackhammering and drilling next door, which made impossible to rest.

- Comfortable room with AC and own bathroom. - Hairdryer provided - Hot shower - Good WiFi connection - 3 minute walk to Bangla Road

- room small with no window, made it feel like a box with no air. - 5th floor and no lift - Self check-in and check-out. No staff, although contactable via WhatsApp. - The outside door should be closed with a card scan. Instead it's open all the time which means anyone can walk in and no staff are there to check.

Simply perfect!

Truly a lovely stay. Spent 10 days here and enjoyed every bit of it. Picked the room with balcony & it was very clean and spacious. Same goes for the bathroom. Located right in the heart of Patong, at walking distance from anywhere really. Staff really really friendly.

Wifi wasn’t the best I’ve found around to be honest but if you have unlimited data (you can purchase a Thai SIM card at arrival) you’ll be good to go. I worked & had video calls and everything worked out in the end.
