i don’t recommend at all

staff no help at all i wait out side the property around 2 hours with my kids thy never ask me bigning any 200 pound deposit as soon i pay everything thy ask me after can you pay deposit is well so i paid . bedroom no curtains

Disappointing but served it’s purpose.

Close to airport. Two bedrooms. Two bathrooms.

The grounds are a disgrace, rubbish and cigarette butts everywhere. It looks like a ghetto and I immediately felt unsafe. The yards front and back need tending and rubbish removed. The checkin process was really complicated with several emails from different management companies. The front door latch on unit one is sticky and I was locked out for a while. The bathrooms had mould in the showers and one smelled like stale urine. The unit appeared relatively clean on the surface but wasn’t acceptably clean on closer inspection. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you need to pour boiling water over the cutlery before you use it. The owners of this property should change their management company as it could be a good airport stopover with some care to the premises and better management.

No frills budget accommodation.

It was very quiet & that was great Could not hear planes Neighbours were very quiet. Reasonably clean

I didn't like having to send a pic of our passports. (What happens to that picture? I hope it is deleted & not retained) Be aware that there is no complementary tea & coffee available. The place was very basic, no frills. Really don't have anything else to add

Stay was very useful for taking someone to Heathrow early in morning.

Location re Heathrow Airport Terminal 4.

Had to ring your office for code to obtain keys. TV remote broken & batteries not connecting.

It was good, but could be improved with very simple changes

The space was great. Parking was fortunate, I’m not sure why 2 of the 3 available spaces were not free. The lounge and kitchen were well laid out with a nice TV which had Netflix. There were lots of extra pillows

The pillows and beds were not the best (lumpy and low quality )and more dishes and glasses should have been available. The blinds were broken so it was difficult to make the rooms dark. I would recommend an additional roller blind for the bedroom windows, but I would stay again 😊

very bad service no let me to check in matters of 5 mins I book just like like 10 mins before check in I was there too at property. you can see on text message the time I booked and I was outside the property 9:56pm

Great for pre flight stay

Free parking a bonus, size of apartment comfortable for our family of 5, lovely and warm when we arrived. staff extremely helpful and responsive. 11am checkout meant we could take our time and not rush out. location to airport great.

Good value and location with basic furnitture and beds

The check in and out process was very easy to navigate. The owners communicated well and were easy to work with. The apartment is very conveniently located for the airport and underground lines. The space was clean and adequate for a night's stay.

The beds weren't super comfortable. I could feel the springs in the master bedroom where we slept. It was fine for a single night and considering the cost and location of the apartment. But I wouldn't have enjoyed a long stay in the space.

Booking manager were so rude that she rang off the phone in the middle. New terms and conditions were sent after booking

To be honest there is nothing which I like.

Booking Manager response over phone was so insulting, she rang off without answering my question or convincing me in a professional way. Booking price was different on booking.com but deducted few bucks more while booking. Moreover on security deposit £2 non refundable amount which was not disclosed earlier. They asked IDs and personal documents of everyone even for children (Never experienced such requirements while booking all around UK). No facility of tea making, which even cheap hotels provide. I could not cancel after booking as they threatened that they will not refund a penny, so I decided to stay a night but surely will not book again. These hotels might impact booking.com business in adverse way.

Good short stay close to the airport

The location is good, and convenient. Rooms and bathrooms are great. Appliances good and working. All in all a good choice for a well priced brief stay prior to travel, which is what we needed.

The place is a little hard to find - there is a cluster of apartments, and you need to drive in to the complex to find the numbers - they're "street" numbers, but it feels like a "complex / apartment block". The door handles in the apartment need a little attention, and the crockery wasn't very clean. A few more items would be useful (e.g. grater), but it had the basics.

It offered what we needed for convenience and location to the airport, within our budget.

The location to the airport was good. Having the kitchen to prepare food was the convenience we needed. Customer service was quick and responsive and very helpful.

There were some maintenance issues that let the property down. - on arrival the front door was propped open and a small rat was running around the hallway. -The kitchen bin lid was broken at the hinge and has been just balanced on the top. - The glasses needed washing from the cupboard before drinking from. - the door handle on the bathroom was loose and at risk of falling off. - the window blind in the ensuite bedroom was broken closest to the bed and so couldn’t close fully for privacy and security. - the ‘double’ bed did not have a thick mattress topper on when the two single beds were pushed together, so the gap between them was deep and uncomfortable to sleep on for two people.

A good location for Guest looking for a temporary stay until Accommodation is soughted

Easy access to stores and very quiet environment. Well spacious for our family of 5. Somewhat difficult communicating with host. I was only able to communicate via email, the host when contacted rudely redirected me to email response. I will only recommend this property to guest who are familiar with travelling overseas. Also, I am yet to received my 200 pounds security deposit as at when this review was provided (1 week).

Difficulty in Communication with the Host. Also deposit not refunded as at when the review was provided (1 week). It is very important for host to realise that some guest are not very good with technology and also difficulty with foreigners or guest travelling overseas for the first time.
