This beautiful and private villa is located in Malmok, just steps from the beach, in an quiet and safe neighborhood. This spacious home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Between the multiple common areas, the private pool, outdoor patio and BBQ - this home is a fantastic get away for families, friends, and couples. Welcome to your paradise away from home!

This home is beautiful and private. The large master bedroom has a king size bed dressed in quality sheets, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There is a flat screen TV and a safe in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed and a large closet with a safety box and a private bath with walk-in shower.
A third bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom while the fourth bedroom with two twin size beds has a spacious full bathroom just next to the room and sliding glass doors that open to the outside seating area and pool.
All rooms and common areas have air conditioning units.

Property is exactly like pictures!! What a great villa. We are a group of 5 and had so much space and privacy!!! We wanted for nothing! Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time in Aruba and we loved staying at this villa. We spent most of our time exploring the island, but we did hang back at this villa a few times. It was nice to have such a nice, private outdoor space with a pool to wind down. We slept very well each night- the bedrooms and bedding were very comfortable. The clothesline and the utility sink outside was a surprisingly convenient feature to clean up and let towels and gear dry. As far as the location. It’s walking distance to Malmok Beach- VRBO shows the location practically on that beach, which it’s not. I think that’s just something with the map view. It is a nice location nonetheless.

7 night stay.
The property is really nice and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and the location to everything is great.
The communication and response from the owner leading up to the trip was great.
Experience with the property manager wasn’t great and almost made me want to give a 2 or 3 star based on the interactions with her but that would not be fair to the property.
Checkin was smooth. There were notes left from the property manger with her number stating to call her with any concerns, later found out she didn’t really mean that.
Mosquitos were really bad. I called the property manager and asked do they have anyone that sprays for mosquitos. She says we were just there and didn’t see any mosquitos so go buy some Off to put on. We did go buy some citronella candles that we had to burn throughout the house anytime we were there. My MIL has over 15 bites on her from being in the house. We also were unable to use the pool at night due to the light not working on the pool. We let the property manager know about that on the 2nd day and it was never corrected. We had an issue with hot water in the showers and a toilet issue. The property manager response was we just had a guest there and they didn’t call me at all making it seem as we were bothering her so I didn’t reach out any more and neither did she. We just figured stuff out on our own and made do with what we had to.
Things you’ll need: wash cloths, laundry and dish detergent, mosquito repellent, trash bags.

We loved this villa for several reasons. It was far enough away from the resort area but close enough to go to dinner or shopping. We loved the 2 minute drive to some of the best beaches and snorkeling we found on the island. We also loved having the pool for late afternoon or after dark swims. The house was plenty large for our group and the kitchen was very well stocked and convenient. Also loved the covered patio for reading and hanging out with our friends.

This is a great property. We had a two-family trip. There were perfect accommodations for 7 adults.
The pool was cool and refreshing. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals in. The house is located near beautiful beaches, with a short drive to many restaurants. I cannot recommend more highly.

The location is excellent. A 10 minute walk to the sea (tres trapi, swimming with turtles in the morning). The pool was also very nice. A very bird friendly garden with lots of life to spot.
It’s a big house! We were with a large group but had no problems whatsoever with space. Very well equipped house. We would really love to come back one day.

2nd time to Aruba. We are 59-64 y/o. This home was just as described. Lots of space. When in our bedroom, we did NOT hear others in their rooms.
Rudolf/owner and Omaira/island contact were quick to reply. When we arrived home was very clean inside & out! The grill propane was 1/2 & we planned to grill, within 24 hrs we had a back up propane! Landscaping & pool services did come by during 2 wk stay, they did their services w/o notice.
6 beach chairs & 2 hard coolers = great. There are blow up rafts, but we didn't use. Those that brought rafts to beaches struggled with wind.
Fridge ice machine = great. Fridge water spout leaked, so we adjusted and had a pitcher of water in the fridge at all times.
Great blender for mixed drinks!
Morning 1, Mr Coffee pot did not work, we used French press & before 2nd morning Omira brought us a new Mr Coffee pot. We had starter coffee filters (possibly, left from previous guests).
Each of the 4 bedrooms had 4 bath, 4 hand and 4 beach towels. No wash clothes, so we brought some. Kitchen had 2 dishcloths and 2 towels.
Lots of books. Minimal games (cards, chess, shaker scrabble). Wish we would have brought a portable speaker. Pool was FANTASTIC!
1/4 mile walk to Malmok Boardwalk = watched sunset nightly. Use phone flashlight for the walk home.
1 mile walk to Arashi Beach.
Bring: Dishwasher & laundry soap. Spices (supplied: S&P and old spices). Garbage bags.

This is a huge house, well fit for large parties. We didn't use even 1/4 of the home. It's .25 miles walk to the ocean and less than a mile to Arashi Beach. We loved the privacy of the pool and the location. The house could use a little TLC, all minor issues: the floats poolside had holes in them, the master bath shower did not have hot water, the water dispenser in the refrigerator leaked, there was an ant issue in the kitchen. The property manager was on-site to let us in when we arrived and also on property at other times but she did not speak any English so communication was very limited. Rudolph did respond to e-mail promptly.

We had a wonderful week at the Malmok Villa. The property was clean, well maintained, spacious, and well equipped. The beach was an easy walk away but the pool made it easy to stay at home. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. Highly recommend renting a car to get around. The Euro-style Super Food Supermarket is less than 4 miles away. We hope we can stay here again in the future!

Nice home and even better location! Down side was the house came with the bear minium of supplies. No garbage bags or kitchen supplies like dish soap, dishwasher detergent or spices. Little touches go a long way and this house was lacking.

We had a wonderful week at this property. We
appreciated the quality of the beds and pillows as well as the towels that were supplied. You do need to bring your own washcloths as they do not supply. The kitchen was well supplied. The knives were all exceptionally well sharpened. The pool was wonderful. Twice per week, the pool was serviced. Chairs for the beach were available (camping chairs) as well as a cooler. Very close walk to snorkeling area. A few suggestions - instuctions for the safes (were locked and we couldn't use) and instructions for use of the television. Fans on the patio didn't work... only the lights. Great stay - would definately recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful place and walkable to some wonderful snorkeling. We cooked almost every night in the well appointed and functional kitchen. There were even some minor issues that were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend. Hopefully we will have an opportunity to return.

We enjoyed the pool and fountain by the pool. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

This was a perfect house for our group of 7 friends. 4 bedrooms w 4 baths. Lots of space. Large round table to accommodate us for meals and games. Lovely shaded patio and the pool was such an extra treat! The house and property were clean and well maintained. Great location. Just north of the high rise hotel area. Owner was responsive to our questions prior to our arrival. Would rent this house again. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely stay at a lovely home. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have had more dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper. There was no laundry detergent provided. The small amount that was provided didn’t last long with a family of five. I understand this is typically the renters responsibility but would be so helpful and a very nice touch.

Great Location & Unique Place
This house was very close to our favorite beaches and it made everything easy. We loved all the art throughout the house and tiled game table outside. The pool was great, there were plenty of towels, lots of books and tourist magazines for information and it was easy to keep clean. The owner was very responsive and check in/out was very easy. We appreciated them sharing their home with us in one of our favorite places!

Lovely stay in Noord!
This home was perfect for 7 adults. Great common spaces both indoors and outdoors. The pool was just perfect for quick dips to cool off. The beautiful tree is a highlight of the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, with all appliances for a few homemade meals on the nights we dined in.
We enjoyed our stay in this peaceful neighborhood set apart from the busier Oranjestad. Would definitely stay here again!

Was a nice rental but had lots of things to be repaired. Home phone did not work and it was very hard to reach property manager. When I did, it did t make much difference.

Great house!
This property is an excellent location in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood close to the beach and some of the best snorkeling spots on the island. We especially enjoyed spending time in the beautiful backyard with the wonderful pool. The property manager was also very responsive, helpful and pleasant. This was our first visit to Aruba and we hope to return. We definitely recommend this rental property!

We all enjoyed are stay at this amazing home which was well equipped from the kitchen to the outdoor grill area and pool.
The beach was a 10min walk however recommend renting a car to get around the island since they are so many different beaches that can be visited.
Overall experience was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Location was perfect to walk down to beautiful beaches and walking path. Pool was well maintained and a good size. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils.
