The hotel guest beach area was amazing. They even have staff there to ensure you have what you need.
The staff were unbelievably kind. Getting a wave from Santos every time we saw him made us feel very welcome! Definitely not the same culture we are used to. This, and other small things made our stay really nice.
Our room was amazing. So clean and modern. Two choices of pillows, both were nice.
Leyonardo at front desk was always very professional and always in good spirits.
Juliana at the bar was so lovely, we ended up getting more drinks than we intended!

We had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful and we loved everything about it. The only negative thing I would say is that there are not enough chairs at the beach. We had to rent and pay for a beach umbrella and chairs most days, which we were not expecting to do. Other than that, 5 stars!

Everything about this resort was incredible, but mostly the staff!! They were so kind, helpful during my crisis and genuinely friendly and caring! The Radisson blu was amazing, i loved that it was not over crowded, and close to EVERYTHING, we loved the atmosphere and tranquility of the resort and the location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was overall pretty and clean except for a few things that I noticed. The pools should be cleaned more frequently from leaves and debris. Also there were stains on the sheets and quite a bit of towels and washcloths with stains on them. The air conditioning in the room seemed to barely be working despite decreasing the thermostats temperatures simultaneously and it took time for the shower water to run warm (it never gets hot) and the faucet water wouldn't get warm at all. The pools aren't heated which was another downside as the water becomes really chilled in the evening.

We came to Aruba 25 yrs ago and did not have a good experience. People were not friendly. After 25 yrs and many of my friends going several times telling us to go back we did for our 25th anniversary.
We travel a lot and have been to several places in and out of the US. We are sitting in the airport sad that we have to go.
To begin with, the Radisson Blu was absolutely amazing. The property was magnificent and the ALL of the staff made us feel so welcome. They took care of our every need. We’d like to give a special shout out to some of the staff. Valentina our concierge was absolutely amazing. She set up all of our excursions and made sure we were happy at all time. The front desk staff Alexander and Jay were equally accommodating and Robinson out by the pool made sure we had everything we needed. And lastly but not least Dana at the front door was also amazing.
The location of the hotel was perfect. In the middle of all the shops, restaurants and casinos.
Aruba is absolutely beautiful in every way.
If you don’t like large crowds I recommend coming in late Sept or early October. I’m told it gets really crazy after October.
The cost of the hotel was 2/3rds less than down the beach but the accommodations were equal to any location on the island.
I would recommend going to the DePalm island for a day. Open bar and food all day for $104 pp and for an additional $50 each, private beach and waiters.
We will definitely be back. Hope to see you there.

Upon arrival we were greeted with glasses of champagne. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary!! We were later given a bottle of champagne. The entire staffs were willing to help with anytime you need.

I love the adult only infinity pool and the staff however the surrounding properties are a bit of an eyesore. Also the beach available to guests in not very appealing.

The room was clean and enjoyed the room service. I paid for a balcony room and did not receive it nor did they tell you about the extra hundred dollars a night until you got there.

Everything about this property was great EXCEPT if you book a pool view room make sure to call immediately after you book and tell them you do not want to be on the 1st floor because you cannot see anything from most of the first floor rooms, ven though they face the pool. You will have what I consider a garden view, a view of bushes and walkways. You literally cannot see the pool. I was very upset because I paid extra for a pool view and received this. They would not change my room! I complained from the time I arrived and for two days after and was given the run around. After two days I realized they were not going to do anything. At this property you are treated like a number, they will not make any changes or accommodations for guests. I was very disappointed with this aspect of the resort.It put a damper on my entire trip because it set the tone. No one ever apologized or even reached out to attempt to fix the problem. Just repeatedly told me to wait to hear back from different employees or to call back. I also asked for a 12 o'clock checkout because our flight was a little later and was told no. I'm not a difficult guest and it was embarrassing to have to continue to call and try to get my room changed to what it should be. Other than this the stay would have been 5 stars. The food at the restaurant was great. The amenities were great. Beautiful resort. But there are other resorts in the area that make guests feel more than just a number that are just as nice.

A great choice! Super friendly staff. Rooms are HUGE! Had a large balcony with a beautiful view from the 12th floor. Pools are nice, facilities are clean. Convenient location and easy walk to Moomba Beach Bar and the water. Will definitely stay there again!

I absolutely loved this resort and the surrounding area. The resort was quiet and peaceful. The only thing I wish was that they were stricter with enforcing the adult only pool. Aruba is the perfect place and the Raddison Blu is the perfect resort! The rooms are big and comfortable! The view is amazing.

The staff at this hotel was very accommodating and extremely nice and definitely went out of their way to make you feel at home. Santos, Dana, the girls at the Clover coffee shop super nice and friendly. Will definitely recommend family and friends to this hotel, and hopefully will be back soon.

Great property (the lobby is a little stuffy) !! The property used to be condos so the rooms are like an apartment. They even have 2bdr and 2 baths.The rooms were a great size, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of space lounge on the couch and watch TV or sit on the balcony appreciate the view. Service was great, the pools were great, loved the food and drinks at the Sunset Bistro and pool bar. This property is a block away from the strip. You can walk to any casino, restaurant, or souvenir shop.
