The Radisson blu was amazing, i loved that it was not over crowded, and close to EVERYTHING, we loved the atmosphere and tranquility of the resort and the location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property had everything for solo, couples or family stay. The room views were excellent, as were the spa and pool amenities.
My favorite part was watching the sunset from the 3rd floor adults only infinity pool.
From check in thru check out, the staff were attentive, helpful, friendly and just great overall. This was my 1st visit to Aruba and I intend to return to the Radisson Blu Aruba.

The hotel was overall pretty and clean except for a few things that I noticed. The pools should be cleaned more frequently from leaves and debris. Also there were stains on the sheets and quite a bit of towels and washcloths with stains on them. The air conditioning in the room seemed to barely be working despite decreasing the thermostats temperatures simultaneously and it took time for the shower water to run warm (it never gets hot) and the faucet water wouldn't get warm at all. The pools aren't heated which was another downside as the water becomes really chilled in the evening.

We came to Aruba 25 yrs ago and did not have a good experience. People were not friendly. After 25 yrs and many of my friends going several times telling us to go back we did for our 25th anniversary.
We travel a lot and have been to several places in and out of the US. We are sitting in the airport sad that we have to go.
To begin with, the Radisson Blu was absolutely amazing. The property was magnificent and the ALL of the staff made us feel so welcome. They took care of our every need. We’d like to give a special shout out to some of the staff. Valentina our concierge was absolutely amazing. She set up all of our excursions and made sure we were happy at all time. The front desk staff Alexander and Jay were equally accommodating and Robinson out by the pool made sure we had everything we needed. And lastly but not least Dana at the front door was also amazing.
The location of the hotel was perfect. In the middle of all the shops, restaurants and casinos.
Aruba is absolutely beautiful in every way.
If you don’t like large crowds I recommend coming in late Sept or early October. I’m told it gets really crazy after October.
The cost of the hotel was 2/3rds less than down the beach but the accommodations were equal to any location on the island.
I would recommend going to the DePalm island for a day. Open bar and food all day for $104 pp and for an additional $50 each, private beach and waiters.
We will definitely be back. Hope to see you there.

I had an issue with my stay, tried to address with manager and was told since I booked through hotels.com I need to reach out there to resolve. Although my stay was a pay at property booking.

The property is a block from a bustling part of downtown with plenty of dining options. It's a few blocks to the beach with a shuttle going every 30 min (didn't use). The 3 bedroom suite we stayed in was nice and everyone at the hotel was friendly. The issues we found were the following:
Beach - Radisson has umbrellas there, but there are not nearly enough for the number of rooms (There are about 30 spots... a family of 4 will take ~1/8 of those spots). If you're not there by 8:30 am, you'll need to rent from another vendor ($35/day). After the first day, I would reserve the spots at 8 am, but it's a pain on vacation. More importantly, there is something wrong with Moomba beach... the sand feels squishy and smells like sewage once you're 20 or so feet from shore. We thought it might be decomposing seaweed, but when we tried beaches around De Palm Pier and a few closer to Moomba, we did not have those issues (those beaches were pristine).
Pool: On the first day, we decided to swim until the room was ready. It's nice enough on the surface, but once you dive, there were all sorts of bandaids, hairballs, and plenty of other debree on the bottom. Kind of gross.
Room cleaning: was mostly non existent. Every other day they would make the beds, but you had to ask for coffee refills, towels, etc. Also, whatever crumbs the kids dropped stayed there until we cleaned it up (no one vacuumed or mopped)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Aruba, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in luxury and tranquility. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the adult saltwater infinity pool—an absolute gem of the property.

We enjoyed our stay. Stayed in a three bedroom, 4 bathroom room with full cooking facilities. We cooked several meals during our stay and also enjoyed some meals from the hotel restaurant. Also, had a beautiful view of the ocean. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we really enjoyed it again.

If you are coming for the beach and think that Raddison will provide you with chairs and umbrellas….only if you show up at 7 am. Most people “save” their chair with a towel and won’t even show up all day. Preventing guests not to be able to go to beach. Also, they bought umbrellas that were so big, they have to lay them on their side and the coverage from the sun isn’t great. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach from hotel. The adult pool is nice but you can’t see the beach because you are too far. Not coming back.

I was so suspicious but the value was amazing so we decided to take our chances and I am so glad we did. The residence is great for a reasonable price. Daily room services and cleaning. Kitchen well equipped.The hotel is at walking distance to the beach from 1 end (they also provide shuttle ride every 30min) and to the main street where all the action is from the other end, where all the restaurants, nightlife, shopping, .... literally everything.
The staff is amazingly friendly and super helpful. The events at the hotel helped keeping the kids entertained too. We did the scrub atelier, attended the magician show and they had other stuff on their calendar that we skipped like gelato event and more....
The pools are clean and not crowded
The building is quiet yet close to all the action. The service desk employees are all well informed and helpful especially Valentina. We loved working with her.
Antonio at the entrance was extremely friendly and fast getting us rides or any help we asked for.
I can't say enough about our stay... It was truly beyond our expectations.

What a great hotel. A block from the beach but the shuttle gets you there in a minute or you can walk under 5 min. Clean and spacious rooms. All are 1,2 or 3 bedroom suites. Pool area was great not noisy or overcrowded. Would definitely stay there again

I had an ocean view room and this room by far has been the most spacious room I ever stayed in. I love the fact that it has a living room/kitchenette area. The different pools are amazing. It never felt too crowded. I think the only qualm we had is they would take away the washcloths and not replace them and honestly we were so on the go that we didn’t even bother asking for anything and it also would be nice to possibly order room service from the tv.

Traveled with my daughter and her 2 friends as a graduation gift. The hotel provided customer service that exceeded that of many cruise ships. Everything was enjoyable from start to finish.
The 2 bedroom /2 bath room was spacious and clean. The rooftop infinity pool was well maintained and like a secret oasis.We will most definitely stay here again

The property is new and well maintained, the entire staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location is very convenient, located just 5-7 minute walking distance from Palm Beach with a great set up of chairs (don't get there too late, past 930AM you might not get a chair). There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes that would literally be a 1 minute ride, we never used it but it is there if needed.
It is directly across from a shopping mall as well as a slew of restaurants.

This is an excellent property to stay and experience the Strip in Noord Aruba. The property is clean and beautifully kept inside and out. The roof top infinity pool was an excellent spot to have a few drinks and watch the sunset. The only fault is that the dinner in the onsite restaurant was not that great. The rooms were new, clean, and very spacious. The hotel is located at the north end of the strip and has walking access to everything. The beach is two blocks in, but the hotel offers free transportation and there are chairs and shaded areas, all on first come first serve basis (there was no issue securing chairs or shaded area). We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which work well for our family of 4. The staff were all very friendly and would offer help with any need required by a guest. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling to Aruba.

Our family of four just spent a wonderful five days at the Radisson Blu in Aruba. We have nothing but praise for the property. The staff were extremely accommodating.
We especially would like to acknowledge Alexander who checked us in promptly and pleasantly, Jose who took care of our needs all week - from bringing our bags to the room, to driving us to the Moomba beach in the shuttle, and calling cabs for us when needed, and Santos who gave us information about the island and his personal story that brought him there. Our king-size suite was perfect for our family. Our college age kids had their own room and bathroom and we had our own beautiful space, plus a shared area with tv, microwave and full-size fridge. We also had a full balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The pools are very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the adult-only infinity pool. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and the many restaurants in the Palm Beach area. We would highly recommend this hotel as a wonderful value for the price and will look into Radisson Blu in other cities for future travels.
