No Smoking in Cottage/Porches/Patios, NO pets/animals or visiting pet/animals permitted on property. NO exceptions. No Smoking, No trailers or anything in tow. Short Rental Agreement sent from owner. Photo ID required. We strongly advise purchasing Travel insurance that is offered during checkout. Contact VRBO with any questions regarding the policy. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policies. 100% refund if canceled 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled 14 days before arrival date. Our stay in Audra's cottage was over the top. Every thing that was stated in the listing was much better than expected or presented. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Very quiet location with a nice view of the lake from the sweet front porch. Perfect for a night or an extended stay. Nicely furnished with all the essentials. Couldn't have been a better place to chill out. Excellent directions and communication made check-in and check out simple and hassle free. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend near the lake for the Georgia Mountain Fair! The cottage was so comfortable and the location was perfect. Our host made it so easy at check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

Plenty of room and great price. Good place to get away from it all. Fully furnished and somethings to do locally. There were 4 cabins and we were the only ones there during our stay. Big deer walked right by kitchen window while wife was doing the dishes. Lots of water activities near by and good view of the lake.

The place was so cute and the perfect size for a couple! We were a little disappointed it wasn’t right on the lake but it had a nice view of it. The couch was hard but it was actually more comfortable than the mattress which they had said was getting replaced before we came (in another review) but wasn’t. All in all we had a great stay!

The bed was very hard to sleep on. Needs a new mattress. Whoever makes the bed put the mattress topper on first and the mattress cover on last. Could not sleep on.

The cottage was exactly as pictured. The view from the front porch was better than the pictures. We had plenty of room for the 2 of us. The host had thought of everything to make our stay pleasant. We grilled out twice and cooked in once. We will definitely be back.

The cottage is easy to get to, clean and has everything you need. Close to Town. The views of the lake and mountains are the most beautiful!!!! The jetted tub was fabulous. The bed is very very firm. Bring paper towels with you if you think you need them. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs enjoying the lake & Mountain View's and sunset.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The sunsets were breathtaking. We wanted for nothing, the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. The personal touch that was much appreciated was when extra blankets that were brought up due to weather conditions. So thoughtful!! Thank you for sharing with us. We will be back.

We enjoyed our short stay and this cute cabin. The cabin was clean, well equipped and served our needs. We enjoyed grilling out our first night before it got so cold and then decided the fireplace was the best part:). We would enjoy staying here again when the weather is a little warmer. We loved the property! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The views from the porch were very nice. Just as described- long range views. Not right on the water, but not far either. Up on a hillside across a small road from water. Just perfect! So much more comfortable than the hotel room we were considering. We’ll be back!

We have booked this cabin over the last 3 years I believe. The view is amazing with the lake/mountains. The cabin needs some maintenance. I brought the following to attention of property manager and received a "I'll let service know". This past weekend, we had rented cabin for 5 days, left on the 4th due to the following: Water Heater is set to dangerously high temp that would scald Jacuzzi Tub has a ring around it, I mentioned last year that housekeeping needed to spend more time on tub cleaning No hand soap/paper towels this time, last time, they were provided Hand Towels in Kitchen had sour laundry smell Blanket on bed had a white substance Mattress seriously needs replacing, one of the reasons we left a day early, I'm still suffering from excruciating pain in neck and back Rocking Chair on front porch, arm broken Light under microwave does not work, mentioned last year Swarm of Bees in Retaining Wall I feel that whoever is in charge of maintaining, updating, etc. just doesn't seem to care.
