I checked in and I checked out within in a hour and a half.

Nothing!!! This is the worst place I’ve ever checked into!!!

Cleanliness, staff and it’s a property used for folks who are un housed and it shouldn’t be advertised for people to come and stay there.

The other staff was very respectful.

The overnight front desk attendant was disrespectful and was rude to me name was dj 😡 not only one time but twice to me name again was DJ .

The size and spaciousness of my room was amazing. The staff was also nice.

The cost was a little more than expected for the area.

The worst experience I’ve ever had!!

It was awful! It appeared to be like a section 8 location and they had roaches!! The doors don’t close unless you slam it several times!!

It had a terrible smell and it was very dirty!!

absolutely nothing, I was in the room for less than a half hour and saw a mouse

elevator is slowest ever . room not clean tub doesn’t drain properly. I seen bugs it has a kitchen but no pots and pans no remote to tv . bed sheets dirty . No customer service at desk at night .

Wonderful! And I mean Wonderful workers at night. Wouldn’t come here again if it was the only hotel

The young gentlemen who work the front desk at night were very helpful and polite. They deserve some kind of raise being so hospitable. All my rooms had either broken TV’s, roaches, or the heat not working but he kept trying to find solutions for my friend and my kids.

Roaches, no heat in some rooms, bathrooms and rooms are not up to date, vending machine drinks are hot, loud guests/residents, way too expensive for how it look.

I Recommend do not stay there

I don’t not like my stay. It was getto it had roaches also it was nothing but noise all night long the front desk staff took almost 2 hours to check for people in because he was gone away from the desk for one hour I have reservations but my check-in was horrible it was people hanging all outside of the building I had to take my bags back outside because of the roaches the bed was really hard the sheets was dirty I would never recommend staying here.

They had roaches, To much noise, bed wasn’t comfortable at all

Nothing didn't stay there because my reservation was canceled didn't receive no notice or email. I was told when I arrived at the hotel I was very upset and had to book a room somewhere else
