The facility was fine it was the room 703E.

Places were close to where we were at

Room 703E was dirty when we arrived. The carpets was not vacuumed and the coach was dirty along with the grit on the kitchen counter tops. if you charge us a cleaning fee then it needs to be cleaned when we arrive. The top bunch bed mattress had blood stains on it that was gross. The room was hot because we couldn't control our room temperature and yes we had the curtains closed.

love the condo and beaches

location and the view were outstanding. would consider coming back, we had an issue and Haley took care of it right away. she was wonderful.

some of the Tikki bars and restaurants were closed till March 1, we totally understand but it would have been fun if they were open.

Vacay Review

I like how the property was beachfront. The location was perfect. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff was not very friendly. The condo could have been cleaner than it was. Floors were dirty when we walked in so we re cleaned the condo after arriving. Towels were worn out and dirty.

Will not be staying here again

I liked that the property is right on the beach and the view from the balcony is very pretty. The condo had many board games and a pretty big tv.

When we got to the parking lot we didn’t know where we were supposed to go. It took us around 30 minutes to find out room. I called the customer service number and got recordings. Finally I went to a lobby and they directed me to where we needed to go. When we got to the room we found that the door closing mechanism was broken making it hard to open the door the whole way. The condo had pretty old furniture and the decorations were very dated. The main room’s bathroom’s tub was clogged so it would take a while for the water to drain. Once you were done with showering, there would be water leaking from the sink that would leave a puddle. The bathrooms looked like they had been painted but you could tell that the place was very old. The pullout couch’s mattress was very uncomfortable and old. I could not find extra bed linen to dress it. The bunk beds were only for small children. The condo that I thought I was renting said that it slept 6 adults. The day we left, the maid came to clean the condo at 9am when checkout time was supposed to be at 11am.

The description on booking.com was not accurate. It described it as 2 bedroom with 3 queen beds. We still made it work, but that was a disappointment.

Exceptional

The location and access to the beach was perfect!

I didn’t like the elevator situation how only certain ones could take you to certain floors which made you have to walk far it just made it confusing

Our stay was great other than the broken sofa bed & no sheets.I would stay there again

I loved the view of the beach and hearing the waves rolling in. The breeze from the patio door was amazing. It had everything we needed to cook (we did'nt do much of that). Elevators were pretty quick.

When we arrived 1hr &15 mins late our room on the 15th floor was not ready, they were still cleaning it & would'nt let 1 of the kids in to use the bathroom. The sofa bed was Broken & had no sheets for it anyway.

Location

Broken sliding door to patio, called and said they would send someone out to fix never showed. We had to physically man handle the door to open and close. Master shower didn’t drain properly, so you stood in the dirty water the whole time. Furnishings where old and out dated. Couch was uncomfortable due to this. Master bed mattress very uncomfortable due to sagging mattress. The master toilet has a leak and needs repair so not to waste water. The carpet is dirty and spotty from spills etc. Very disappointed in the condo, would not stay there in the future.

The power being out for 7 to 8 hours. They said they would reimburse me 1 day but I haven't seen it yet!

Great stay!

Very nice resort and kept very clean! Loved having the Tiki bar located beachfront. Took only 3-5 minutes to walk to Pier Park which was fantastic as well.

Girls Senior trip to Panama

Everything was great. The location is perfect. Close to everything. The condo we stayed in was nicely decorated and clean. All kitchen supplies you could need were available. Beds were comfortable. Lots of closet space. Hardly ever had to wait long for an elevator. Super easy beach access. Tiki bar poolside was nice.

No complaints at all.

The tv in the living area was on a different cable system.than the bedroom. Never could figure out how to use the remote controls(multiple) to connect to cable

Loved the location, the view and actually thinking of renting again, especially for my next IMFL.

Communication was great from the front office making sure we had all the entry codes and following up during the staty to make sure things were going well. I would definitely consider renting again.

I would have liked to have a couple of blankets available in case it got cold. Also, the dryer took forever to dry clothing. Check the knives in the wooden block and make sure they are clean.
