Clean, convenient place to stay in a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants, pubs, and vintage shops.

Perfect location for exploring London! Shoreditch is a fun and interesting neighborhood and tube/bus access to all parts of London is great. The apartment is really clean and spacious for 4 people, well equipped and host was very responsive.

This would only apply in warmer weather but if you like to sleep with the window open, the front bedroom facing Hackney Road can be noisy. That’s where we put the teenagers since they sleep like logs! Sorted.

Good location.

Great location, easy to get around London. Comfortable beds and a decent living room. Good communication. You collect the the keys from a nearby convenience store.

So many stairs, I knew it was an upper floor but didn't realise just how many there are! Beware if you have heavy, bulky luggage. As other have said, the entry is filthy, but it's a shared space and probably not the responsibility of the owner, but first impressions count. The bathroom, the shower needs a service, it vacillates between freezing cold and boiling hot, making for a very unpleasant experience. Again, as others have said the bathroom door does not shut, the lock is broken, I caught my t-shirt on the broken door lock and now have a hole in it... Unfortunately, in the bedrooms, the walls appear to be quite thin and we were woken on several nights, in the early hours, by the neighbours, who could only communicate by shouting at each other. Take earplugs. Kitchen, Needs a teapot!

Very neglected property.

Location was good with restaurants but very noisy area at night.

Place was neglected and dirty. Carpets filthy in lobby & home. Bathroom not clean. Shower dirty, shower head moldy and cracked window. Even the coffee pot had moldy crust. The noise at night unrelenting and loud. Cars and people yelling all night. Made me think twice of ever booking with booking. com again and we use them constantly and are always happy. Which I could add more photos of the neglect condition of the place.

Exceptional

Excellent place, equipped with everything you need. Very suitable for a family or two couples. Large and spacious living room. Interesting district with a lot of STREET ART. A bit far from central metro lines but you can get to any central place by bus. Many bus lines nearby.

Spacious apartment for our family with two teenagers. Well situated in fabulous Shoreditch. Nice view from dining area.

The bathroom is very small with room for only one person at a time. 3 level apartment with quite many stairs.

Avoid

Still yet to get my deposit back from this host despite numerous attempts over the space of 2 months. Hot water didn’t work although we told he host he made no attempt to fix so we had to shower with cold water while it was snowing outside. There are 6 flights of stairs to get into this place and no lift.

Fair value for the money, could definitely be better

Easy to locate. Close to bus stops and train stations. Close to shops, stores, pubs, etc. Furnished with every basic requirement with a little more to spare. The internet was excellent. They went the extra-mile - there was detergent for washing clothes. The host was always pleasant on phone

The rooms were small-ish. The carpet rug over the floor had pins that kept pricking one. No lifts. The apartment is at the 3rd floor and the staircase was quite narrow, was a very difficult climb to the apartment on arrival and even more difficult climbing down with baggage on checkout. No curtain or blinds on the big glass door in the seating room, thus no privacy staying in the seating room especially at night. The lighting was poor, quite a few of the bulbs didn't work during our stay. The sofa bed in the seating room was small and difficult to set up. Under the furniture was a bit dirty
