The property had amazing views and all the beach equipment you would want…towels, chairs, coolers. I would warn anyone who can’t handle stairs to consider a different property, as the stairs going to the lower level are outside and quite steep.
Linda, the property host, was very helpful and easy to work with, meeting us at the ferry, helping get our jeep rental, then escorting us to the property and getting us situated.
The air conditioners worked great!
St. John has been a family favorite for years!

This is a sweet little place up in the hills but only 5 minutes from town. It's great to be able to go Cruz Bay for dinner and entertainment and be back at night for quiet star gazing. There is also the benefit of having two distinct living quarters in one villa and a large patio for gatherings. The owner made sure we were met at the ferry, brought to our car rental, and then shown to the property. The owner and his staff are extremely responsive to the smallest questions!

My husband and I loved staying at the Blue Oasis! The sunset views were incredible and the location above Cruz Bay was so convenient to everything. Manny and Linda were so attentive and communicative from the time we booked until we got home. Linda met us at the ferry dock and took us to get our jeep and then to the villa while pointing out things along the way. This island is so magical and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying here. Only a couple of things we can possibly suggest to have on hand--some swim noodles and a beach umbrella. I have also stayed other places that have a journal for guests to write in with here recommendations and what they recommend for activities that would have been nice to have. Manny was super helpful in his recommendations and getting reservations for us. Can't wait to visit again soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Blue Oasis. The view is AH-MAZING! The unit is fully stocked with everything that you need (has several pantry staples!) and tons of both beach towels and bath towels. The cooler and beach chairs came in so, so handy. The owner was great with responding to me ASAP and also gave me a great recommendation for a rental car (Luciah- so nice!). And the personalized service that Linda provides was truly a life saver! She met us right at the ferry dock (Luciah had the car waiting for us there) and we followed her up to the property. She gave us tips for parking, all sorts of recommendations and was such a huge help! This was one of our best vacations and we are in love with Love City!

Great week in Saint John
We stayed here for 5 days in mid-June 2022 and had a great time. The property is very accommodating with the upstairs and downstairs apartments being separated but easily accessible with regards to each other (downstairs apartment just outside the door). The pool is right nearby but it is not loud as there is a decent amount of foliage between the unit and the pool. Parking was right there for our Jeep and the property manager that met us at the barge dock was wonderful! She had great insights to the island and was super friendly to talk with. Overall a great trip and we really enjoyed the veranda, view, pool and calmness of the property!

Can't beat views!!
Everything from start to finish was amazing at this property! The views from the deck made every morning and evening the perfect way to start and end your day.
As many reviewers have mentioned, the hill(s) to get to the property are intimidating at first, but after the first few times and driving around the island, you get used to it! You definitely want a car to drive around the island, so the hill to the condo is great practice.
The condo is two separate entries, but it worked perfect for our family and the extra space is nice. The pool felt like our own private pool and was a nice refreshing way to end the day at the beach. Linda and Manny's recommendations were spot on and they both were very hospitable.
I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay on St John! We cannot wait to come back.

Loved our stay
The amazing views and convenient location made our trip truly memorable. Well coordinated welcome by both the friendly and helpful property manager as well as the owner, who offered helpful recommendations. The two unit configuration was perfect for our family since it allowed a separate space for the kids to relax before breakfast or at bedtime.

Week in St. John for family of three
Great base for snorkeling and exploring St. John. Close to town, excellent views, pool, with plenty of deck space and large bathrooms is good for families. Manny (owner) and Linda (manager) were extremely responsive to our requests. Being met at the jeep rental agency by Linda and escorted to the property was greatly appreciated. Our 13-year-old enjoyed staying in the loft of the upper unit. We liked having all the extra beach towels and proximity to grocery store. We will repeat our stay if we have the opportunity to return!

Breathtaking Views in the Morning & Evening!!!
If you want your typical hotel or resort feeling, don't stay here. When you are at the Estate Bethany, you are home. It had all the amenities we ever needed. Outdoor grill that we frequently used for grilling. Beach chairs and coolers that we used everyday we spent at the beach. Linda and Manny were some of the most gracious hosts. Always checked up on us, and attended to every need. Thank you. We will definitely be booking this location again.

Best rental on St. John
We just returned home from our week long stay at Estate Bethany! It was amazing and we can’t wait to return next year! Manny and Linda went out of their way to make sure we had the best vacation possible on St John. Great beach, snorkel, sunset cruise, hikes, and restaurant recommendations! Manny even got us a table at the best restaurant in town for my husbands birthday! The house was clean and comfortable. The house supplied us with beach chairs, towels, coolers….everything we needed for a day at the beach! My morning coffee view was incredible and I miss it already! Our teenage daughters loved staying in the bottom floor in their own “apt” and using the beautiful pool as well.
We wouldn’t rent any other house on the island. It was perfect and we will undoubtedly be back next year.

Incredible view!
We loved our stay at Blue Oasis. We followed Linda to the property from the Jeep Rental. We weren't sure we could find our way around the steep hills and quick turns, but Linda was right that it would only take a day to figure it out. The view from the deck is amazing, and it was a great place to see the sunrise behind the hills and sunsets over the water. We had fun counting the iguanas sunning themselves in the morning in the trees below. The loft bed was SO comfortable. The A/C units weren't functioning properly when we returned home one evening (from an island power surge), and Manny quickly got Martin to come over & get them working. The lower unit has a mustiness to it, but it does get better with air movement. Both Linda and Manny were so responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much for letting us stay at Blue Oasis!

Our Experience at Estate Bethany
Overall we had a very good experience renting Estate Bethany! The views and location of the property were outstanding, truly living up to the description of the property. Both Manny (the owner) and Linda ( property manager) were very hands on, both attentive and responsive from the the day we committed to renting the property till the day we departed. They provided great contacts helping us navigate the island, as well as assistance for future trips. You also have to remember this is the Caribbean and the standards are a little different than you might be accustomed to elsewhere. Manny provided an opportunity to rent a vehicle while staying at his property, bypassing a lot of red tape with the local rental agencies. We took advantage of this opportunity but were not able to get the vehicle promised. We did get a vehicle of a lesser quality and Manny provided a credit to offset our disappointment. Thank you for being a gracious host.

Winter Escape
Impromptu, last minute decision to go to STJ. Luckily we found Blue Oasis and it is exactly as the pictures describe with epic views.
Linda the property manager and Manny the owner worked flawlessly from before checkin to departure.
Clean and nice, plus the pool is only a few steps away and was never crowded. Enjoy!

Great AC, Even better views
The peace and view of the home was outstanding and it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The bed and furniture were extremely comfy and the place was very clean. The gas stove runs a bit hot and you could use some kitchen shears and measuring spoons, but all in all, it's one of the best rental places we have stayed in on St. Johns and we have rented on the island 7 times prior to this one.

What a beautiful view!! Loved having my morning coffee on the deck. Manny and Luciah were very helpful and responsive. Luciah met us when our boat arrived and escorted us to the property and gave us a tour. We appreciated this because it took the guesswork out of getting to the property after a long day of travel.

Week in paradise
We just stayed for a week at the Blue Oasis Villa. The views are amazing and my husband and I, our adult daughter, her fiance and my teenage daughter all had an incredible week. We had plenty of room to spread out. It was really like two separate villas, up and down. The pool was steps away and we always had if to ourself. We rented Manny’s car and it was wonderful to have for the week. It was critical for traveling up the steep hills. Manny and Luciah both were very responsive and helpful before and during our trip!

Our First Trip to St John
The Blue Oasis Villa was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to St John. We are a family of 5 now, our son was recently married so he and our daughter in law slept in the lower level of the villa so had privacy and their own bedroom and shower and very comfortable AC. The beds were extremely comfortable, the screened in porch area was so nice for breakfast, and the main bathroom was also extremely roomy for me and my daughter to both get ready for dinner each night.
Manny was so helpful and easy to work with and always text us back right away if we needed help with anything. He gave us a guy to pick us up at the airport so we didn’t have to wait. Luciah and her husband were there waiting for us at the ferry dock with the keys to Manny’s SUV rental for the week which was so hassle-free. They also helped us take all of our luggage up to the villa. Luciah was helpful the first night when we had gone to dinner and were trying to get back to the villa. St. John has a lot of hills and steep terrain and she text us back every few minutes til we were back to the villa. It was easy after the first night.
The villa was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler that we took to 6 different beaches, a beach each day, during our stay.
It also had a everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning.
Manny even left us with a bottle of wine, cheese, and crackers when we got there which was a welcome sight after our long plane ride.
The ocean views and breezes were spectacular from this villa. Truly the peaceful relaxation we needed after the long, trying year of 2020.
Would 100 times over recommended staying here with the hospitality of Manny and Luciah and the ease of the whole trip. We had an amazing stay at St John!

Excellent views
View was amazing. Balcony was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning. Master room has separate entrance from the rest of the place (with kitchenette). It does make it feel like a separate apartment. So, good for 2 couples. Would recommend car rental since it is a steep hill and not all cabs will take you up the hill. But once you find the right cab driver, that really isn’t a barrier either. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

Amazing time on a beautiful island!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Manny’s property. This was our first time in St.John and we had a great time. The place was clean and cozy in its layout. It was nice that it was two floors and my wife and I had some privacy ,as we have three teen daughters and an infant we were traveling with. There are two grocery stores near by and everything is pretty close driving distance, you do really need a car in the island in general. Manny was very responsive and helpful with any concerns we had. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home, Fred.

Absolutely Lovely
The villa was absolutely lovely, our favorite part was sitting on the balcony at the end of the night enjoying the views and the weather. The property has everything you could need (including awesome views). The grill was a nice perk too :). Huge shout out to Manny, Luciah and Jay, they were SOOO helpful and we had the smallest problem with the oven and Jay came over RIGHT away and fixed it. They were so lovely and the property was just the perfect location with the best views. Definitely will recommend!!!!

Amazing Property and Owner!!
From start to finish this was an amazing vacation. We just returned from a 2 week stay at Blue Oasis. We are a family of 4 with kids ages 10 and 13. The villa provides the perfect amount of privacy to allow us all to spread out a little as we had to work and do a little remote schooling during our visit. The location couldn’t be better and is about a 2 minute drive to downtown. Views, views and more views!!! Kids swam everyday in the pool before we would head to a beach. Manny is a top notch host and answered countless question prior and during our trip. Tons of recommendations on where to go and where to eat. The property manger on island is also a great guy and was very helpful upon arrival and the day we were leaving. I would give 10 stars if I could. Amazing experience and we will be back!

Manny and Jay (property manager) were incredibly responsive and helpful navigating the logistics of the island and overall helped make our stay on the island a wonderful experience. The condo is spacious and has exceptional views - would def book again!

Unforgettable Stay
We stayed 12 days and had a tremendous time on St John. From the very beginning we were met at the ferry with the keys to Manny's X5 AWD SUV which we rented for a great deal. There was great internet service available for kids to do online school. It's a 15 min drive to world class beaches where we saw fish, sea turtles, sting rays. Kitchen was small but functional where we made most of our meals. We had all great meals outdoors on the amazing desk with million dollar views. (The best restaurants in town were all booked 1 month out so do your research ahead of time and reserve before you arrive.) It was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend.

Just the break we were looking for in paradise!
Manny is hands on and very responsive to emails and questions. The view from the decks are simply amazing. It's close to everything in Cruz Bay but you feel safe and secluded back at the condo. The layout is unique in that it actually is almost like have two apartments. It was great for privacy and perfect for two couples or a family with teens like me. I highly recommend Blue Oasis and we are sure to return!

Blue Oasis-- A gem in St. John
We LOVED this property! It was our 1st visit to St. John & Blue Oasis was perfect! The views (3 bays) is absolutely amazing! The villa is clean with super comfy beds & everything we needed! The screened in porch is spacious and offered shade & wonderful breezes and made grilling out extra special. Manny & Luciah were quick to answer any questions we had & the use of a rental through them saved us time and money & was so convenient! There's no better way to start the morning enjoying a cup of coffee & enjoying the views below! Enjoying the beaches by day & the villa by night--there is not a better way to wash away 2020! Blue Oasis Villa is just the charm. This is our 4th stay. Words to explain the beauty and views is an understatement. Can’t say enough about our memorable stay. The owner is fantastic to work with and Luciah the property manager is terrific, the nice treat at check in was just perfect . Can’t wait till out next visit.
