Parkside experience

I liked that it is was close to all the facilities, clean and very smart, and the staff very friendly and polite. The gym access walking distance

Good for short stay

We only stayed here while waiting for our next plane. Good spot for that. Tidy room, private bathroom, TV, close to touristy area so hood food

Very pleasant stay.

Very close to Newport City Mall. Quiet residential area and very safe. Mark who was our contact was very helpful and friendly and could not be faulted.

I was very happy with the facilities so I did not dislike anything.

you can walk from the airport terminal 3

the walking path to the apartment is not in good condition, specially carrying a luggage. the apartment is ok for one night, not much comfort for more time.

Unpleasant staying

The effort that the crew made to fix the problem

After i was charged,i got message that there is a room waiting for me i found out that there is no available room and i would need to cancel the reservation without getting my money back and without checking in. For youre notification i would like to admit that the staff helped me to get a room in another place, but the room wasn't valuable for the price I played.

Good place to overnight if you catching flights to other islands.

I like the location and access to shops in the nearby mall, as well as close to the aiport.

Old apartment but walking distance to Manila airport

Very close to Manila airport and helpful host who came to pick up at airport. Swimming pool is fantastic in common area.

Old apartment with very basic facilities. fridge was not working even.

location

property didn’t look prepared for guests. sheets on king bed was full sized and was just put on top of bed. extra blankets smelled dirty and pillow cases were also dirty. no amenities whatsoever in the kitchen and bathroom. not even the basics like toilet paper and hand soap. this property was not rental worthy. it is not a comfortable place for travelers to get settled in after a long flight. wouldn’t recommend for anybody. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. property owner should stop renting this place if they don’t do a better job in preparing it for guests

Excellent location, Excellent room, Overall Just Excellent

The room was in very good condition. The majority o the items (e.g., washer, microwave, refrigerator, air-conditioning) worked without issue. The security at the location was extremely helpful. Located next to the Newport Mall, which was extremely convenient. Would stay again in the future without question!

Very minor items were "broken" but easily fixed (e.g., the sink faucet was loose as was the toilet seat). Also, there wasn't a garbage can in the kitchen (smaller ones around the apartment but nothing I was comfortable leaving food inside). Finally, would be nice to have had a run down of the rules while staying there (discovered we should not be drying clothes outside on the balcony and that garbage needed to be taken to the basement floor ourselves). No major problems at all, but nice to point out for future tenants.

Good stay before departure

The flat is nice with good choice of bed. I like the location, it is situated at the back of Resorts World (walking distance). Easy communication with the owner living abroad. The guards are polite and friendly as well as the owner's contact person in Metro Manila.

The old sofa with huge stain and the towels (doesn't smell fresh and naghihimulmol). I suggest the owner to buy Ikea towels, cheap but good quality. Prefer white ones for aesthetic and hygiene.

The pool was under construction and there was a water supply schedule during our stay and we weren’t informed beforehand.

Kitchen facilities n aircon

When I check in at 2pm the room still not yet clean up. They say have water heater to take warm shower n finally I take very cold shower that I can't stand it. They don't inform us during the time no water supply when I book the room.
