I love the nearby neighbourhood! The staff, was really handy.
I like this Hamdyguy ! He aranges mini trips for less money. Plus you can use him as a taxi scooter also very decent priced.
The appartement was delivered clean.

On West Bank and close to centre, the Nile, cafes. Very clean and modern with constant hot water, comfortable bed and good facilities. Peaceful and spacious with own balcony. Friendly and helpful owner. Amazing value and excellent place even if it wasn't amazing value.
No sign outside that indicates what it is and the Google maps directions leads the wrong way.

Le gérant de l'appartement était d'une énorme gentillesse ! C'est la personne la plus serviable que nous avons rencontré en Égypte. Il a de bons plans et peut vous aider à organiser votre séjour à Louxor à des prix défiants toute concurrence... des prix égyptiens !! Pour le taxi à journée pour les sites de Louxor ou même le tour à Montgolfière... C'était vraiment intéressant !
L' appartement était super ! La cuisine est bien équipée, une immense terrasse avec un étendoir (on peut utiliser sa machine à laver gratuitement), 3 chambres dont 2 équipées avec une climatisation, 2 salles de bain... Bref ! On a passé 4 nuits là bas, c'était vraiment top.
Rapport qualité prix imbattable !!!
Logement situé sur la rive ouest, proche du ferry public et de tous les commerces.
Je recommande à 100% !!

Good shower and a nice quiet location
They won't stop sending us abusive messages for raising valid problems with our booking. It's actually unhinged.
We booked an apartment and there were people staying in one of the rooms - this was not an old lady but two people, maybe in their 20s, and we arrived early enough for their still to be plenty of time for them to find transport and accommodation options, we were not told about them being there until check in or we would have found other accomodation - I have never had this before and one of the bedrooms didn't lock so it didn't feel very safe, as well as meaning we didn't even have a private bathroom.
None of the facilities listed were present - there was no kettle, no washing machine, the WiFi didn't work and the stove didn't work so it was impossible to boil water or make food.
We were advised to walk rather than take a taxi from the ferry, but with suitcases, take a taxi!
Received abusive messages from the staff after leaving our review.
Also their response is weird, my friend and I are not married and therefore required and used separate rooms (hence booking an apartment and not a room) but our marriage status is irrelevant and they seem homophobic in their increasingly wild version of events.

숙소에서 양쪽 나일강쪽 식당도 맛도 좋고 가성비로 가기 좋아요
일출벌룬도 동안에 묵으면 픽업이 4시정도로 아는데 서안에 묵으면 5시정도 픽업으로 한시간 더 잘수 있어요 ㅋ
방안에 거울이 없어요 ㅜ 거울이 필요하면 옆 화장실로 가야해요

Buona posizione, bellissima vista, staff gentile e disponibile. Stanze ampie e luminose, con tanto spazio nell’armadio. Bellissimo terrazzino a ogni piano, per rilassarsi. Se non fai in tempo a fare colazione, sono disponibili a prepararti qualcosa da portare o in alternativa ti preparano uno spuntino al ritorno. Per qualsiasi problema o domanda, il proprietario è sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. I ragazzi che lavorano lì sono gentili, la sera aspettavano che tornassi per essere tranquilli e alla mia partenza mi hanno accompagnata in moto al traghetto.
Forse da aumentare la potenza del wifi e migliorare la pulizia in alcuni punti

My stay at Memnoun House was exceptional! First of all Badawy made sure that everything was okay with me and was super helpful everytime I asked for his help. He even prepared me some food on my early arrival when it wasn't included. Oh and the breakfast was really complete! It felt like a lunch to be honest.
Everything was clean and the room had AC which was great since it was 42 degrees outside during my stay. The view from the veranda and rooftop were also great and the house was situated in a calm and friendly neighborhood. I havo no complaints, 5 stars really! Thank you so much for everything Badawy!

I stayed here for 1 week. The location was awesome. I enjoyed the local view from the roof top every night. People in the village were very kind and invited me to have dinner. The owner and his family were kind and asked me many times if I was in trouble.

Badawy is a great guy! He was so helpful from the first minute we arrived at the house. He checked us in in the morning because we arrived earlier than expected. He arranged a tour with an excellent tour guide. My girlfriend got sick and he went to the farmacy to get medicine. He is our Egyptian hero! Our good friend for now on, thank you so much. Also the apartment is really comfortable and the view is amazing!! Was a great time the last 4 days in luxor at Memnoun House

The location of the flat was excellent, you can easily visit all of Thebes from there. From the large terrace, you can see directly onto the Nile and the Luxor temple opposite. The flat is nice and very clean. Badawy, who takes care of everything, is extremely nice and helpful with everything you need. There are many nice restaurants nearby. We would love to stay there again anytime.

Maneger Badawy and Staff's hospitality was perfect.They always helped me and I felt like real home during the stay.
Badway advised me about how to organize daily visiting plan of west bank and offerd me good price of car.
When I went out,staff took me to the ferry ride point and bus station in west bank by bike or car witout additional charge or Baksheesh.
Breakfast was very delisious which cost 3$.
Every staff of this hotel treat me so kindly.
I recommend to styay this hotel when you would like to experience feel like a Egyptian home and would like to relax.

This is the most pleasant place I had during two long trips to
Egypt. We were here for 10 days and enjoyed it very much. Especially
helpful is the manager Badawy, who quickly and reliably organized for us tours to the tombs of the West Bank, to Abydos and Dendera
and a wonderful balloon ride, all for a very good price. He and his very kind team at the hotel
were always there for us. The hotel also offers bike rental, has very
good breakfast and is close to some good restaurants. You can also have
your dinner brought to you if you wish. It was excellent all around.

The hosts Badawy, Mohammad, Mehmed & Ahmed are amazing, I got great advice and help with the temples from Badawy, and the boys made great food, I particularly liked Egyptian breakfast, they make great tea too and dinner was amazing as well, all this at a great price.
The place is clean and feels like a home away from home. Just a lovely experiance, and when I come back Im staying here again!! Best hosts and people in Egypt so far for me!! Loved it!!

I had a whole top floor for 8 usd per night . Good views in the front and the back . The staff were all very nice and the manager, Badawy was extremely helpful in everyday, he can help you find any excursion for a fair price and he isn't out for himself . Very good guy . I rate 10 of 10 not just for th room being very clean and great, but because the manager helped me get the best out of my experience in luxor.

The place is absolutely lovely, clean and cozy. The area is quiet and great for walks. Beautiful balcony, we ended up spending a lot of time just relaxing there, away from any hustle. The host is a very kind man who helped us a lot. Thank you very much!

Badaway is such a kind and helpful man one of the nicest and most genuine in all Egypt. The room is amazing was on the rooftop and had the whole rooftop terrace and a outdoor kitchen to yourself. The views were insane. So beautiful over the nile and even behind the views at sunset over village and lake were amazing. Luxor is crazy so much nicer to stay in this chill village. Was super easy to get across 5 pounds. Cheap as. Ferry always goes. Badaway picked us up as we arrived late and we were so grateful. Bed comfy, shower hot and this was good. WiFi slow as all of Egypt especially during the world Cup we had data so didn't worry us.

Nice spot in the west bank, very quiet and peaceful. Badawy picked me up at the ferry at 2 am, when I didn't even ask him to and I didn't have internet connection to let him know my arrival time. He gave me tips to visiting the temples. The room was very big, clean and has a comfortable bet.

It was the perfect place for us to stay. It's in a peaceful part of a Luxor, away from all the touristy agitation (yet only 10 minutes away by foot from the public ferry).
The bed was super comfortable, the flat was well equipped, and its shared bathroom was convenient to use (I'm mentioning this because it's not always the case in Egypt !) and clean. This guesthouse is incredible value for the money it costs.
But the best part for us were the hosts. They treated us as people and not just as tourists, which is rare in highly touristic places. We will not forget their help, their simplicity and their sincerity. If we ever go back to Luxor, we won't stay anywhere else and we 100% recommend you to stay there too!

Very nice place with nice and helpfull staff. I liked it so much that I prolonged my stay with three days.
The top floor doesn't always have WIFI-connection. But that is easy solved by going down a floor. Then You can go up again.
