Gyönyörű hely, rendezett és tiszta volt a szoba.
Egy széf és ruhásszekrény jó lett volna a szobában, illetve az automatikusan beinduló (de kikapcsolható) ledes hangulatfényt kihagytam volna. A szobánk a földszinten volt a reggeliző hely mellett, így reggel hallottuk a terítés hangjait, de mivel eddigre már minden nap ébren voltunk, minket nem zavart.

New build, clean and quiet area
The accomodation is great however, I was not happy that I was not able to get any breakfast before 7.30 am, most tours in Sorrento Start at 7.45 and I have to leave early. As a bed and breakfast, they should accomodate for this. I have been to many others, and there was not a problem to arrange breakfast earlier. After all I have paid for it. Secondly, it should be managed by Professional mature reception staff, not inexperienced, individuals. In August, the AC was not really sufficient, maybe need to fix that. The location is also about 45 mins walk, not as advertised. It is farther from the Centre, please note. taxi will be about EUR 20 each way

the location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the port, like a little sanctuary up in the hills. our room was perfect and the bed extremely comfortable. all the staff were lovely, on our last day when we weren’t going to be able to make breakfast as we were catching an early ferry out, a small packed breakfast for us and our son was left in our room. honestly, it’s just the most stunning building surrounded by olive trees. i wish we hadn’t organised so much for our days so we could’ve hung around it more and just taken photos!
our fridge was broken, but i think that was just bad luck

The front desk was around from 10am-12pm and not very helpful at all. They wouldn’t direct us or give us guidance on anything. At night there was no one around and they wouldn’t answer the WhatsApp till the next day.

Beautiful scenery of Sorrento from the common terrace and little patio next to the room.
The friendly staff recommended us some beaches nearby. We visited Marina di Puolo with large parking space.

Beautiful views of Sorrento, excellent breakfast, modern hotel with beautiful gardens! It was also really peaceful as it's not in the centre/is away from all the tourists!
Although the location meant amazing views, there is no shop nearby and no bar at the hotel so no way of getting a quick drink to have out in the lovely gardens. It was also a pretty steep uphill walk from Sorrento (about 25mins which in the sweltering heat was tough!) - some other hotels in the area offer a shuttle service which would have been nice as taxis are expensive!

There’s no 24/7 service, they close and shut down their phones from 8pm to 8am.
Simply this is not a hotel, it is a guest house.
It is not acceptable that after 8pm their is no one to answer you. So, for instance, if by mistake you forget your key inside your room, you sleep on the floor, in the corridor.

The breakfast was awesome. Margarite made a fresh omelette every morning for all the guests to enjoy with the rest of the tradtitional Italian breakfast items. The room was clean and modern and the facility is situated just above the city of Naples with a fantastic view. It's peaceful and quiet, a great place to relax. Transportation to the town of Sorrento was fairly easy as we had a car, but the main part of the city is within the reach of a 30-45 minunte walk.
There's really nothing about the place that was unpleasant. Ref my previous comment about the location, if you wish to get to Sorrento proper quickly, you'll probably need to drive. Driving isn't prohibitive as the downtown can be reached within about 15 min by car, however parking can be an issue and the roads are windy. Finally, there is a narrow gate at the entrance of the property, so if you do have a car be careful as the gate opening is narrow and warrants attention when entering and exiting. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

My room with the terrace overlooking the sea and the city lights next to lemon trees was amazing. Large room.
Although listed as a room with breakfast included, they were not very accommodating. I had an early tour-8 am, and the staff didn't want to turn on the coffee pot or let me make toast.
When checking out at 7 a.m., again, no available breakfast. No shuttle service to town. Taxi ride to town each direction was 25 euros.

dishonest management
We stayed with this hotel on the 18/1/23. We booked the suite but there was no curtain on one of the windows so there was going to be light in the morning. so they moved us to another standard room and didn’t refund us for the difference . Also due to a medical condition we had to leave after one night (we booked 2 nights). the manager (Francesca) promised that she will contact BOOKING and ask them to refund us. I tried contacting her through mail and WhatsApp but she ignores us.

Actually this bed & breakfast is located in a beautiful place with a keen sense for design, unfortunately less focus on guest's needs. The breakfast was ok, you can order scrambled eggs in addition to the modest buffet. The coffee was very good and the kitchen lady friendly and helpful. The heating and AC did work properly, although noisy sometimes. The room was clean but with a damp smell when entering after some absence.
If you arrive there for the first time be careful not to pass the entrance, especially in the dark. You will not see the house itself, there is a high wall, so you can't see it from your car. In the dark the dimly lit sign can be easily overseen. Next to the entrance of Maison Bon Bon is the entrance of the Vino Vero restaurant, it is much easier to spot. Maybe if your navigation is working well for you it saves you some calls from reception personal eager to leave but unable to help.
We had a deluxe double room with terrace and sea view. Besides from feeling spacious I still wonder why it is called deluxe. The room is sparsely furnished with only one chair for supposedly two guests, tea and coffee utilities is a kettle with paper cups, no spoons, no bottle opener provided. If you like to use a glass in your room, bring it yourself or ask the friendly kitchen lady. A real tea cup can be fetched from the breakfast room by yourself.
The terrace is an area separated from the whole buildings terrace which provides nothing, no privacy, no chairs, no table, nothing. So I don't know what this terrace is good for, also because the sea view is only possibly from another part of the terrace which you easily reach from the breakfast hall.
Entering for the first time and after every absence the room had a damp odor which luckily the AC took care of quickly.
The shower had no door and low floor design so water will inevitably spill in the bathroom..
Not provided paper tissues and hand soap, which I would expect even of a less "deluxe" place.
A lot of small issues adding up to a not so perfect experience. The helpful kitchen lady was saving it. Thank you!

breakfast was average, not many fresh fruit or variety of pastries/breads. The bathroom mat and towels were left wet in the room so we had to reuse them still dump. only shampoo was available, no soap/conditioner/ moisturiser available.

Not suitable for older folks with mobility issues due to the hill down to Sorrento but we managed fine. It's no big deal. There was one particular narrow walking route down (25 mins) that works perfectly with very few cars. And a great restaurant next door!
Would have been nice to have 24-7 drinks/coffee facilities given the lack of communal lounge area to relax, but as a base for visiting Sorrento, Pompeii, Vesuvius, it's just what you need.
One suggestion: our curtains were very thin/see-through, which felt odd with other houses and farms further up the hill.

Rooms are super noisy, every morning around 7 am, you can hear the breakfast preparation in the kitchen. You are dependent on the car, there's a bus going to the city center, but the latest is at 6pm.

The location is quite a distance from the main area of Sorrento. Taxi fare was minimally $20 one-way. There is one restaurant nearby, which was ok, and not much else. Although I was aware that it was outside of the main area, I underestimated just how far.
