This upscale, and pet-friendly, spacious townhouse with mountain modern decor and breathtaking views, is perfect for your large group or family, located walking distance to Eagle Lodge in the premier community at Juniper Crest. This 3 Bedroom + Loft, 3 Bathroom home features unobstructed views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwin Mountains, offering light and bright rooms in a beautiful mountain setting. In the living room, cozy up in front of the gas fireplace on the large comfortable sectional, providing seating for the whole family and TV viewing on the large flatscreen with cable. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings is the perfect social setting for your group to be together. The dining area provides seating for up to 10 with an extendable table and more chairs available. And with an upgraded kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare large family meals.
You enter the home on this main level via the private 2-car garage, with ample storage space for equipment, and a spacious entryway for boots, jackets etc. The first of 3 decks are on this level with private bbq off the dining room. Upstairs the Master suite features a King bed with flatscreen TV, private deck with stunning views, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Also on the upper level is the loft featuring a day bed with two Twin trundles, flatscreen TV. A great flexible space that can be used as a second TV room, or a bedroom. The loft is closed off but does not have an entry door or closet. On the ground level, the second bedroom features a Queen bedroom and flatscreen TV. The third bedroom features a set of Full bunk beds, plus a trundle bed, flatscreen TV and daybed by the window to enjoy the views. Both lower level bedrooms have access to a full bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. Located on the lower back deck is a private hot tub for soaking after a long day of skiing or hiking, that looks out to the mountains. A private laundry room with washer/dryer is also featured on this lower level, offering more amenities to make your stay more comfortable. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Came here with some friends on memorial day, and the place was excellent. The living room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of all the mountains around. The kitchen was large and well-appointed. The outdoor spaces were beautiful, and all have excellent views of the Sherwins. The private hot tub with beautiful mountain views was highlight.
The beds are not quite as described in the listing: the room that claims four twin beds actually has two full-size bunk beds and a small day-bed, and the room claiming two twins has a twin bed with a small, pull-out trundle. If we had more people, this would have been a problem, but fortunately we had enough space for everyone without having to resort to the trundle or day-bed, but for a larger party it's worth noting.

The biggest issue we had was the heating. There is instructions telling us to set our thermostats to 5 degrees apart, but we never got the bedrooms to warm up following the instructions. The bedrooms are always freezing! But really, 5 degrees apart on 4 different thermostats would mean 20 degrees different in total. That would still mean they don't work normally. I believe the 5 degrees apart requirement is a made-up story to discourage us from warming up the rooms. That I think is very unprofessional. I must say the it is a great location for getting to the slopes, if you don't mind wearing a puffer to bed.

Didn't get to go...Blizzard. Instead of endangering the lives of my children and elderly parents, I had to cancel due to a blizzard and dangerous road conditions. Since I did not get travel insurance, I only got the cleaning fee refunded. Disappointed that the rental company could not work with me since I have stayed at that property numerous times. If I had made it to the property, we would have been snowed in and unable to leave as the 395 was closed. Very expensive lesson learned.

My friends and I stayed here and it was perfect! We had plenty of space for everyone to have their own beds and all be able to sit in the living room together. I loved the cleanliness and the location was perfect. For being a pet friendly place, the place was very clean and kept well. We were close to everything in town and all the lifts. The hot tub and balcony views were amazing!

We were not allowed to check in until after 4:00pm.
However, the did allow us to check out 1 hour later.
The place was clean until you sat around the sofa.
The cleaning crew must clean under the sofa.
There was DOG hair everywhere.
I would rent this home if back in Mammoth. Beautiful views of the mountains and in walking distance to lifts.

Bunks with full size mattresses really made it fun for the kids to all stay in the same room. Hot water comes on QUICK which is great during the winter. Private spa, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and modern furnishings are a plus.Wish there was a better check in and check out process than picking up physical keys offsite. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and experience at Juniper Crest #25! The property was exactly as described with spacious living and dining areas, bright light coming through large windows and doors, and comfortable furnishings that made it very relaxing after long days on the slopes. They layout was very comfortable and accommodated our group perfectly with Bunk Beds for the kids and comfortable beds for the adults. It had easy access to all bedrooms and multiple areas to chill and relax. The outdoor spa made a wonderful relaxing environment perfect for soaking your sore body after spending the day on the mountain. It was less than a 5 minute walk to Eagle Lodge, which made it convenient to go back to the property to have lunch, saving a bunch of money not eating on the mountain. Plus we never needed our car to go anywhere being so close to the lodge. The property was very clean and well-maintained and ready upon our arrival. The management team was excellent with spending less than 5 minutes during the check-in and check-out process and having everything ready to go when we showed up after a long drive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and we are already planning our next trip and staying here again. Like I said earlier, this property is top notch and a wonderful place to enjoy your time in Mammoth!

This townhouse is beautiful, comfortable, and has great views! The kitchen is well stocked, and there are tons of games in hidden drawers in the coffee table (we didn't notice at first!). The hot tub has a great view as well. Good location to walk to Eagle lodge for skiing - although it isn't fully ski back, the ski back trail ends and you still have to walk on the road. It would also be right on the Town Loop walking trail when it isn't covered in snow - unfortunately inaccessible when there was a ton of snow. Pet friendly. Parking in garage was easy for 1 SUV and a tall truck, but any extra cars have to be parked elsewhere in complex, if you can find a spot. Only other complaint is that the "fourth" bedroom is really a tiny open office upstairs with the large main bedroom. no door or access to a bathroom.

Great views, great location!
Loved this property. The townhouse is in a great location in mammoth with beautiful Mountain View’s. Nice big couch to lounge on and awesome deck to relax on with some wine looking at sunrise/sunsets! Only downside i would say is they should have a mop or swiffer of some sort. Only having a broom made it very difficult to keep floors clean with small children. Also, they should have baby gates available since this property is kid friendly. We had to use our coolers to block off the stairs entrances to keep our small kids from falling down the stairs. Other than that, we loved it!!

An Amazing Cabin with Amazing Location
This is the best cabin I have ever seen. It is right next to eagle lodge, making it super convenient and easy to get to the lifts. The back of the cabin is a beautiful field of trees and snow and provided the most amazing view when waking up in the morning and having breakfast. It was clean and the jacuzzi was a nice addition (really helped after a day of skiing), will definitely be returning! :)

Great location tucked away near Eagle Lodge. OUr stay was during summer with bike trails leading to Mammoth Creek just behind the house. Beautiful interior design with nice finishes. Kitchen was a tad small but overall great rental. Rooms and beds were comfy for exactly 10 adults.

Great Place
This is a wonderful place with a great location. The only constructive criticism is that the cover for the hot tub should folks up to the back of the property so it blocks your view of the woods behind the property as you sit in the hot tub. All of the other hot tubs for the adjacent properties rightly have the cover flip up to the side so it does not block your view of the woods. This should be fixed.

Great Condo
All in all we loved our stay. The property was awesome, new, very nice. The private hot tub was great, except the cover opened the wrong way, destroying the amazing view. Garage was so convenient. Kitchen was comfortable, with everything we could have wanted. Bedrooms and beds were great. One TV in a bedroom did not work and a few lights were out, but those would be our only complaints.
