Fun stop with all inclusive on property for a short stay.

Easy check in and dealings with staff. The grounds were well kept and comfortable. The onsite restaurant/bar Spencer’s was expensive but worth it. The pool was uncrowded and the scenery of the hotels location (right next to a mountain) and wildlife were awesome. Bighorn Sheep right above the pool.

Not much to dislike. The first night was a little warm inside room. But staff got it fixed.

Always Consistent

Location, location, location. The resort is clean & safe. The staff is friendly.

I've been staying at this resort for years and always enjoyed it due to their cleanliness and its location within walking distance to downtown. I stopped staying their due to their recent requirement of two night minimum. However, this past holiday I spent two nights there it was just as nice as I remember. However, the 4:30pm check-in ridiculous. It used to be 3pm. They no longer offer free poolside water.

Allow more time to spend in the resort

Spacious, comfortable and clean room with almost full kitchen facilities. Free self operated laundry facility. Well maintained gardens and swimming pools. Can spend a full day without leaving the resort.

Parking by the bungalow type rooms could be covered or more trees planted to give shade.

I liked how it had a balcony and came with kitchen ware

we didn’t receive extra towels as requested, which was a bummer after staying there a few days in a row.

Central location, just a few blocks from the main part of Palm Canyon Drive. Very quiet. The 1 bedroom floorplan was very spacious. Very clean. Good amenities.

Disappointing.

Location and property were nice

No house cleaning services. Temperature control poor. Fan noise unbearable. Poor water pressure. Front desk not helpful at all.

wonderful resort -

fab location

one bed apartment for 4 guests. only one toilet accessible through bedroom. had to book extra studio for 2 of our 3 days so our friends could use bathroom facilities.

Everything we expected...and more!

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, museum etc. The bungalow is very comfortable and well equipped.

The shower head had many blocked holes and the coffee machine is a drip pot rather than individual cups.

Great except noisy family and Tennis Pro shop experience

location and adult pool/ Flower hot tub. Spencer’s Breakfast and Christmas Day dinner

room in need of repair. Bathroom cabinet door was hanging odd and towel bar came loose easily. plus, I requested from tennis pro shop manager they send handyman to toilets across from tennis courts. Instead of accepting my request at face value. He chose to embarrass me and pushed for a further explanation. I left embarrassed and angry. Noisy family moved into room next door after second night.
