It’s okay, but could be a lot better for the price

I liked that this resort was just a block away from the strip. It had a relaxed environment with mostly older people, which was ok with us since we had kids with us.

I didn’t like that the resort didn’t have any in hotel restaurants or bars or any food. It only had a tiny little marketplace. I also didn’t like that the property is so outdated for the price we paid. The restroom and balcony door handles were broken and we had trouble locking them or even opening them. Also the shower water takes a while to come out warm. The toilet got clogged easily. Luckily they went to fix it right away. But even after that, it seemed like it was going to get clogged again.

Great location, staff is accommodating and friendly, walking distance to everything.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and have nothing negative to say so far.

Very good

Excellent location, the pool area has a nice view of the mountains.

Rooms are a bit outdated, the bathroom and room door didn't close properly, you had to use a lot of force to close and open. But then if they upgrade the property, they will jack the prices and then we won't be able to go. The property has the bare minimum for a comfortable get away with the family, and the location is the best thing about the property.

Superb

Room was a great size. Everything you need and more. The pool was great. The location was ideal right in the middle of Palm Springs to walk to restaurants and stores (even in the heat lol).

It just got really hot in the room after using the shower because we couldn't turn the AC any lower because of overhearing danger. But other than that no complaints.

Love it!

We stayed in a room with a king-size bed and balcony with pool views. The room was nice and spacious. The location was perfect, in the middle of downtown. The pool was great with the jacuzzi. We enjoyed the coffee in the mornings! We love the AC, which made the room cool.

The shower pressure could be stronger but other than that, all good.

Location, Location, Location!!

Bathroom Lighting, toilet water looked like it was going to overflow after flush, And shower Fixture needs to be cleaned or replaced.. (maybe CLR)

Location was great. The pool was nice and lots of umbrellas and chairs!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Location is amazing. The pool area, size of the room, and hotel layout great too.

The very noisy air con - it constantly clicked and was very loud when it turned on, it woke us up numerous times overnight.

I would stay here again and I would tell others too as well.

Or room was facing the pool and the pool area is beautiful!! The staff was incredible. Everything was very clean. I will be staying here again!!I will also be telling my friends about this place. Its awesome.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the Restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Poor choices for TV. No cable TV to watch a movie at the end of a long day.

Eh, Meh, and go for the location only.

I love the hotel's location; it's the main reason I stay there. I also liked the patio and the rear exit to the room. It was relatively relaxing, and the bed was okay.

It is so outdated, dark, dingy, and dim. I went to PS to escape and rest. I also had tons of products and clothes I was supposed to take pics of and post on social media. I thought oh good, I will pack it all and post while I'm in PS. But when I got there, I realized how ugly and unappealing the room was, even for stupid phone pics for Instagram. I couldn't work at all.

Overall, amazing.

Central palm springs. Easy access. Lovely vibes.

Just a small thing - include more coffee, creamer, sugar in the room. I understand I can go downstairs to get from the reception but still.
