I will be back this place has the most amazing views and vibe and made me feel creative enough to work.

I love this property! It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, quiet and perfectly located to everything in Palmsprings. The manager is absolutely fantastic and the staff is sweet and always eager to help.

A washer and dryer somewhere on the facility would be nice for those that stay longer than a few days

Lovely mountain views from nice pool and hot tub

Loved the hot tub and pool - had it to ourselves every time we enjoyed them! Lovely, well-maintained grounds with nice mountain views. Our room had a kitchen which was really nice. Staff was very responsive.

Had a couple minor issues (e.g., wrong gate code, broken hair dryer, needed coffee), but the staff always responded very quickly. Housekeeping didn’t come during our 3-night stay so get extra coffee or towels if you need it. The TV was really dark, even though we increased brightness, but it was not a big deal.

Great price, the property overall is very well kept. The room was kind of run down but nothing a deep clean and new bed

Very manicured and clean property. The carbon monoxide detector was going off and the staff was VERY sweet and helpful. The shower had great pressure and I really appreciate the tankless heater.

The caulking around the sink is deteriorating and discolored. It looks like the bathroom needs a very deep clean. The bed was two separate beds and kept pulling apart. We couldn’t sleep comfortably at all. The ac unit was dripping huge drops of water onto the floor causing a huge puddle on the very slick tile. The chair had what looked like a cigarette burn/hole in it.

CheckIn ging auch nach 3 pm nicht - entsprechende Mail kam sehr spät. Geschirr war dreckig. Abfluss am Waschbecken im Bad funktionierte nur zögerlich.

Amazing!

Loved staying here! The vibes were phenomenal! Loved the privacy and all the amenities! The staff were very helpful and quick to assist in anything we needed. The rooms were super clean. We loved the front and back porch. The pool was super nice as well. Felt like we were at a very high end resort. Super affordable will definitely be back! The location is perfect if your visiting Palm Springs too as it’s in the heart of downtown! We didn’t have to drive more than 10 mins for everything we wanted to do.

I do wish the pool was cold. It was warm day and night

Superb

The rooms are very nice with velvet like curtains and marble like floors and showers. The outside has a very nice pool and hot tub. Flowers and grounds are well taken care of.

They only thing I could say is that our room had some very minor maintenance items like a faucet slightly loose and a light fixture slightly loose. These were very minor.

Very relaxing stay. Rooms clean and the views were beautiful.

It’s was really beautiful and the location was excellent for the activities we were going to do that weekend. Very quiet. Easy check in. Loved the rooms and the pool.

I didn’t find anything I didn’t like. It was great.

Extremely quite. Basically had the place to ourselves. I liked that we didn't need room keys because all the doors had coded pads. The pool is open 24 hours.

There is no front desk and that was confusing getting in. I didn't receive any email instructions to get in. We waited for 30 minutes in the heat until we were let in.

Location and it was adults only

The pool was dirty, warm water, my door was not locking, I told the person in charge and told me I needed to put the code after the fact and it still was not locking and refused to move me even though there was a lot more rooms available, the bed was supposed to be a king and what they did was put two twin size beds together with a foam piece to join them, I had a bad night sleep keep following to the middle!!, so I had to book another room and left

Disappointing second stay

Really enjoyed how quiet this location is and loved that our room had a kitchen and full fridge! The ice machine outside by the pool is a great bonus. Staff on site was helpful.

The room was surface level clean but didn’t feel “clean”. The floors were dusty and when we misplaced our keys and looked under the bed, there were crumbs and old fries under there. 2 of our friends in our group woke up with bug bites. Not sure if they were bed bugs or something else but super disappointed.

Lovely property.

The location was excellent. This is an older facility that has been improved. The landscaping is lovely. We also appreciated the mini split air conditioner, which was quiet.

They have an online check in that required more technical sophistication than we old folk possessed. Fortunately, we called ahead and someone showed up to help us.

it was disappointing and not worth all the money

the property manager was really nice, he worked very hard. You could tell whoever his management was wasn’t doing their job.

the pools where dirty, the hot tub didn’t work, there was barely hot water in the shower, the bed folded in on one side.

Room was cute and clean. Very nice pool area and the grounds were immaculate. Location was good also.

My only disappointment was that the shower was tiny. Good thing it had one of those removable, hand-held shower heads…otherwise there was not enough room to stand under it to get wet.

Pleasant

This is a funky hotel in a residential neighborhood so you must have a car and be prepared for an adventure. No evidence of adults only activity on this particular evening.

The office is in the bowels of one of the two adjoining hotels with a common owner. They are attempting to automate check in, so there is a little opportunity for anything related to services or concierge. They give you a code to get in the gate and into your room. Didn’t quite work for us.
