Rock and Roll weekend rest

Location was good was quiet nice keep rooms and clean

Had to pay for parking $20.00 a night should be in with the hotel cost up front instead of told when checked in.

Comfortable hotel in the Cleveland Clinic and CWRU campus area.

The hotel staff was uniformly friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable.

As with so many hotels this one seems to be run on a skeletal staff and as a result things are overlooked. The bottle of conditioner was empty in our room. We were a family of four but there were towels for only two and no bedding for the pull out couch. Curtain of the bedroom window did not work.

Enjoyable time under some stressful events. Easy access to and leaving.

The breakfast hours were more than adequate, selections were great,good options. Location was great for what we came for. Help us arrange shuttle bus pick up to Cleveland Clinic. Easy check in and check out. Staff was very friendly. Parking is available on site, contrary to Bookings information after finalizing the transaction.

Hard to find the entrance. It’s actually behind on a back street. It is loud but you are near the major hospitals so kind of expected

Beautiful faculty excellence location!!

The shuttle for Cleveland clinic I am a patient who comes up for days to weeks at a time.

Price I thought was a bit high and I asked about discounts for Cleveland clinic patients but did not feel I got that deal.

It was a decent place to stay . Not a place if your looking for nice luxury suites good for a quick

The staff was very friendly & attentive. Very nice to have breakfast served each morning . Cleanliness was pretty good.

The website / pictures of the room & Also the description of the rooms were a bit misleading. Room was smaller then expected by a lot . Was also advertised for having a great view being the corner room . There wasn't much of a view haha .

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a pool and nice, free breakfast. Staff was helpful, esp. Gerard who worked at front desk when we arrived. He was a great asset to our trip! Beds were comfortable and every room was spacious and clean!

Only 1 bed was uncomfortable for our family. We reported it to front desk when we left.

They room was very spacious and Kimberly the night staff very helpful. Kimberly was able to check us in as we arrived late at night and gave us directions for our stay.

When you walk into the hotel, both entrances smell musty. The hotel looks clean and smells good after that.

A generally pleasant and convenient place to stay.

There was a microwave in our room, which was welcome for some leftovers we had. For breakfast, the offerings in the dining area were varied and fresh. Dining area was pleasant to sit in. The service was friendly.

For some reason noise carried through the air ducts or in the hallways. We couldn't quite tell where it was coming from but someone had their TV on loud until very late at night and then again first thing in the morning. Earplugs helped but we would have preferred more quiet. We also wish the room rate were a bit lower. :)
