We booked a vacation for all of our family which ranges from adults to children as young as 2 years old. We had the best time. No matter what age there was something to do. What also made it great we were close enough to the marina that we rented a boat and a float to pull everyone. The house was awesome. Big enough for all of us and the family room upstairs was amazing. Great place for everyone. We will definitely do this again. Thank you!

There is no AC which we knew going in but it’s right next to the busy road so if you open the windows you hear loud vehicles all night. And it didn’t help much with the heat. and the blankets are dirty. There were extra pillows that were disgusting and didn’t have pillow cases on them. Sheets are scratchy and cheap. Everything felt gross, the carpet etc.. Back deck needs to be sprayed for bugs. And needs to be power washed. We did enjoy being right on the water but for how much we spent I expected more of the house. Very disappointed. Won’t stay here again.

We had a great time at this property. The weather was cold and rainy so we spent more time than we had anticipated inside - the house was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The view of the lake was great. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would stay again without hesitation. Communication was great - property people checked in to make sure everything was in order. Check in and out was super easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Vacation Station is a wonderful location and a great house for a large family group. The owners have recreation equipment available and the accommodations are nice. We have been back many times to this location. Unfortunately the one down side is no air conditioning. This has been no problem in the past as the eastern facing patio allows you sit out in the evening and with open windows the house does not get too warm. That said, my Wife has reached a point in life where hot flashes now demand A/C. Maybe if the hot flashes stop we will return next year. Thanks for an otherwise great place.

This house is clean, well stocked and is in a perfect location. Plenty of room for our 15 adults and children. Hopefully with snow the shore line returns closer to house. This is our 4th stay and unfortunately last our last stay , fee and rent increases now exceed our budget. This is a lovely place to stay if you have any doubts.

Everything was fabulous with the house, location, parking, amenities and so forth. The first evening after our arrival, the house was freezing cold. We could not get the furnace thermostat to turn on. Called vacasa for help. The area manager called the next morning and arranged to have a space heater available from local Ace Hardware. We used the heater to warm the house and it was quite comfortable. The furnace was repaired the next day. Great Service. Everything was clean and tastefully furnished. Very nice location. Lots of room and only three of us. Would be perfect for 12 people.

Perfect getaway for a small team retreat
This house was perfectly situated for our team retreat. We were only there for a few days, but found it to be appointed well and in an incredible setting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the entertainment options were great (for both in and outdoor activities), the beds were comfy, and there was lots of good space. It's close to town and very conveniently located as well.

Great location and Layout but beach was far away and 5th bedroom was Uncertain.
The location and layout of this property is amazing and our family had a great time. The house has fun decorations and includes large windows for beautiful views of the sunrise and Bear Lake. The mattresses in 4 bedrooms were very nice and comfortable . . . With that being said, there are a few things that could be improved and better communicated to future renters. Although this property is advertised as being a 5 bedroom home, we were never sure if they considered the giant game/media room with no designated bed as the 5th bedroom OR if the small outside structure w a squeaky mattress and electricity but no heat, a/c or plumbing was considered the 5th ?? This was very disappointing for our family with young grandkids!! We could have also used a little better information on what was included so we could have planned better on what to bring w us. For example: There were only two folding chairs for our party of 10 and 2 of the 4 kayaks were “child size”. Also due to the current drought, the beach is actually a five min walk from the house through marshy landscape carrying any kayaks, coolers or beach chairs. (It just would have been nice to know that beforehand!)
Management: The refrigerator needs an immediate adjustment because it froze salads, milk, fruits, veggies and even sodas. The whole house could use a deep cleaning for dirty windows and cobwebs hanging everywhere in upper areas. The lack of a/c was a big problem!! We went Sep 1-4 and even with daytime temps below 75 degrees, the house temperature was uncomfortable. This was mainly due to the large front windows bringing in extra heat during the day that doesn’t dissipate by evenings. Even by using ceiling & box fans and opening all the windows, the upper level did not cool down enough for comfortable sleeping.

Amazing lakefront house!
This is our third year at this house and we absolutely love it! It is right on the lake with a private dock. The Host leaves lots of nice additions like new sponges, shampoo, conditioner, etc. It does need a few repairs to return it to its former glory, particularly to some of the doors, windows, and screens as well as some major dusting of the ceiling/corners. Despite this, it’s always a wonderful time here!

Wonderful beach get away
We loved the location right on the beach and close to a grocery store, the state marina, and the north shore beach area. We didn't use the small cottage as all our kids wanted to be together in the great room upstairs, using couches, window seats, and bean bags as beds. The four kayaks and two paddle boards were in great shape and lots of fun. The kitchen had everything we needed; and using the inside and outside tables, we had plenty of eating room for the 14 of us. The only things I would like to see are ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms (it can get a little warm at night) and better quality mattresses.

Our family had an amazing time at this house on Bear Lake! We loved the paddle boards and that the home had everything and more that we needed for our 4 day trip! The water... The water was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! We will definitely be back soon!! Thank you for having us!!

We stayed "off season" which in Bear Lake means just about everything is closed. Fortunately this property still offered a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The size definitely accommodated our party of 8. The kitchen was well appointed. And there was plenry of storage available for a week's worth of food. The theatre room was often and the kids enjoyed their Video games on the huge screen.Would definitely recommend and hope to return to this property.

That you SO much! we had an amazing time at your beautiful lake house. We were 4 moms and 5 kids total. It was too cold to do anything on the lake but the house was cozy and inviting and provided us a comfortable and fun filled stay with the most amazing views. We will definitely be back when it warms up! The kitchen is well stocked and we actually didn’t need to bring any of the supplies we brought. Enough pots, pans, forks, knives, bowls, glasses, plates, and baking items. The two bedrooms downstairs with the Private bathrooms were very comfortable. The two bedrooms upstairs were wonderful as well. The loft and giant tv room we’re excellent. All the kids ended up sleeping in the recliners in the tv room just to stay together and they had enough room and enough comfort. The water toys were neatly stacked in the garage but we couldn’t use any of it because it was too cold! we lit a fire in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows. While we didn’t use the “extra” bedroom in the tiny house by the fire pit we did peek in and it looked cozy and delightful! There was enough space for the 9 of us and certainly space for a few more. The house, bed linens, Towels, and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We did see a heater on the porch in the pictures but we didn’t see that anywhere to use on the porch so we could sit outside. We never saw anybody our entire stay! We had the code to enter the house and we locked up when we left. This was an amazing find. We were comfortable and happy and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!!

Family Birthdays
This cabin was perfect for our busy family to be together to celebrate recent birthdays & just unwind & relax. We had fun watching the sunrise from the deck, catching some sun, watching the kids tromp around at the lake edge. The movie & game room were a great after supper treat, neat bean bag beds! Our family’s guitar & singing time sounded amazing in the main room with the tall ceiling! We all thank you & definitely would love to come back!!

Family of 13 + 2 infants
The house only accommodates 12 in beds, not 18 as the ad described! There are no futons! Also 3 of the 4 kayaks had holes in them & were unusable. The 2 paddle boards worked great. There’s only enough forks for about 10 people so bring plastic utensils. We also brought sharp knives (there’s were horrible), an electric skillet, griddle, & waffle iron. If we hadn’t brought all that we would have been in trouble. All that being said, it was a great place. You just need to know what to bring to be prepared. If we stay again we’ll bring our own kayaks & kitchen utensils (spatulas, tongs, large spoons, etc)

If you like a clean home or cabin, this place is not it. Dirty right from the get go.
When we arrived we found two large garbage cans on wheels were completely overflowing from prior guests . We called to complain and were told “ sorry the garbage pickup is on monday.” We arrived Thursday evening. The inside of the home had not been cleaned at all. There was sand and dirt everywhere on the floors. If you like cob webs in all the corners this place is for you. After we left Sunday morning someone from Vacasa sends us a photo of the garbage bags piled with a nasty message. I guess we could have put our garbage and the prior guests garbage in our trunk an took it home. Toilets were not cleaned but at least the sheets had been changed. Whomever cleans theses places needs a lesson in cleaning. What a joke.

Relaxing and fun
We had a great time at the house. It was so nice to have the lake right outside the door. Having paddle boards and kayaks for both adults and children made it a fun time for everyone. Though the house does not have AC, it didn't affect us enjoying our time or the space. The dishwasher was broken before we arrived, and a new one was delivered while we were there, but washing dishes by hand for a few days wasn't a big deal. I tried contacting management multiple times with a few questions in the weeks leading up to our stay (by email and phone) with no response, but I know they were busy deailing with Covid-complicated reservations. Understandable. And we managed without those replies. Overall had a great time and would love to go again.

Best Vacation ever according to the family
Loved the location. We never left the house because of the fun things to do in the lake. There were beds for everyone and plenty of room for all 17 of us to stretch out and and enjoy our vacation. I would rent the house again but would like a dishwasher that is in working order and a working air conditioner .

Great location with fun activities
We had a great time on the property. The location is fantastic and the property had lots of activities available. Our favorite thing was the huge deck which created a lot of comfortable outdoor living space. You could not beat that beautiful sunrise in the mornings while sipping your coffee on the deck.
