Everything was great! Staff checked us in quick and easy. I most definitely be staying there again.

A nightmare

Clean, hot shower.

On arriving I found out that the room which had looked so lovely on the pictures had no daylight at all. The furniture was up to the pictures, though. There was just a little window to the corridor, which had a small ventilation window to another patio without real daylight. As the air in the room was so humid that I felt it in my lungs, I had to open the window. Unfortunately, it was no hotel but an Airbnb without reception, which booking did not say, so there was no control and anyone moderately sporty and slim could climb into my room easily. Conveniently, there was a table in the corridor, next to my window. What an invitation! There was no safe in the room. While there was hardly any light during the day, I had more than I wanted all night because whenever someone passed, lights in the corridor went on, which happened at 23.00, again past midnight, at 3 in the morning... After a sleepless night, I was nerve-wrecked in the morning, I booked another hotel at 5:30, which turned out to be an excellent option, way better than the one I had to stay at one night. Unfortunately, I had paid for 5 nights and did not get my money back. The manager of the house, who I had asked for another room on arriving, had told told me that there were no other options in town at this price, which was a downright lie. Don't trust her!

El personal que me recibió, me prohibió introducir alimentos a la habitación, argumento que las habitaciones se olían mal y que estaba prohibió, cabe mencionar que en la reserva no se menciona eso.

La limpieza del lugar, todos los días pasaron a limpiar y organizar la habitación. Es un lugar pequeño pero cómodo y super limpio

La terraza, es un espacio para disfrutarse a pesar de la vista a la calle

El baño esta muy alto en relación al piso de la habitación y el agua caliente se termino muy pronto, acostumbro a bañarme en la tarde pero tuve que cambiarlo en la mañana.

Buen lugar para pasar una noche a buen costo.

Tiene buena ubicaicón, a un par de calles de la catedral de Morelia. El acceso al hotel es fácil y autónomo, mucha privacidad. La habitación cuenta con TV con Netflix y estantes para colgar ropa y maletas. Cuenta con terraza para fumadores.

La habitación es pequeña y tiene poca ventilación, la cama y las almohadas no son cómodas, la ropa de cama es de baja calidad.

Simply AWESOME

We have stayed in many places in Mexico but this place really surprised us in a good way: I would definitely call it a hotel but there was also a very nice kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, a stove and all the necessary utensils and pots/pans. The water in the shower could get very hot even at night, the room was spacious enough for me and my husband, and there was a very nice terrace and what has potential for becoming a co-working area. We will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Morelia

Las habitaciones son cómodas, el lugar es limpio y el acceso es fácil y rápido. La atención remota es buena y fueron muy amables.

Esta muy lejos del zócalo literal de 10 a 15 minutos caminando y eso no fue muy práctico

No hubo desayuno a última hora después de haber contratado me envían mensaje que no hay servicio de comedor .

La cama no era cómoda, el aseo no era el mejor, había una gotera en el lavamanos que no estaba en todo momento y no dejaba dormir

O quarto é muito pequeno, não dava para abrir a mala, só se fosse colocada sobre a cama. Teto do box mofado, piso do box escorregadio sem qualquer barra de apoio, lodo no rejunte da pia, tanto no chão como na parede.

Close to downtown, a market and tianguis on the area on Sundays. Looks secure and calm.

Rooms are small that expected, the bathroom was below a stair and kind of uncomfortable to access.

Perfect for a visit to the city. Affordable price.

Good location, walking distance to everything you want to see or do in central Morelia. The mercado, the cathedral and central square, lots of restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet, comfortable bed. Kitchen available and opportunity to meet other guests.

Great location, about 6 blocks from Morelia cathedral and walking distance to most historical and arquitectural sites. Warm, friendly and efficient staff and plenty of hot water. Easy access and entry. Very nice for a solo traveller but should work well with couples also.
