El alojamiento estaba muy céntrico y hay cerca una zona donde poder aparcar gratis. La habitación estaba limpia, cama cómoda y teníamos una terraza pequeña donde poder desayunar. Además hay una terraza muy agradable en la azotea para poder estar.

Chilled relaxed and fresh bright space . Great place to unwind . So close to restaurants bars and shops . Best of bot

Spotless fresh and bright. Nice views, lovely balcony. We’ll stocked kitchen with fridge , cooking facilities , coffee maker and coffee pods , toaster and kettle . Lovely bathroom . Very good location. Friendly and very helpful host . Thank you Jim . Will definitely return in the future.

Superb

The location could not be better. A stones throw away from the main street of bars & restaurants. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. The rooftop terrace was a lovely addition to sit out with your morning coffee or have a drink in the evening. Jim was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Any queries we had he was there to help us with.

Perfect no complaints!

The location was perfect close to main strip. Room was clean and modern. Free clean provided on day 5 out of 10 which was excellent. Also towels were changed every second day. Would definitely recommend My Residence.

everything was 10/10 - location, comfort, very quiet despite being close to restaurants, great selection of nice glasses/crockery etc. loved our own outside area but also used the communal area as it was a bit cooler!

there is absolutely NOTHING to dislike but I think it would benefit from a full length mirror, perhaps on the wall at door under the air con and also a couple of hooks in bathroom

Super spacious apartment, very clean and had everything you needed. Really enjoyed the private and shared balcony and having a outdoor shower. Location is perfect, short walk to the supermarket beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect, so close to absolutely everything and the roof top was lovely to sit out on. Jim the owner was Soo lovely and even allowed us to come early and offered us baggage to be held over. Having your own fridge and kettle in the room was helpful and the option to use the iron in the main area. The bed was massive, Soo great to have room to spread out and it was surprisingly quiet in the streets outside considering it was Soo central to all the bars and restaurants. Also v.handy to have a clothes line on the roof top to make use of

The property is in the middle of renovations we weren't aware of but it was Soo noisy and early, with paper thin walls it was hard to sleep. The next room walls are also thin enough to hear plugs being inserted. The couple next to us happened to be at our wedding and agreed the same, the photos are not what you get, the kitchen area is shared and in the public area and the Aircon blows hot air (it was near 41° all week) I believe the family room would be best as it had facilities internally. Also for impaired individuals there is no lift which is understandable as the property is compact. There was also only one pump of shower gel in the shower holder

Great location for Alvor

Great location and check in procedure was easy. Room was nice a clean, with a modern bathroom and plenty of space. There was also a shared kitchen with coffee machine. There was no noise at all at night despite being 30 seconds from the strip. The room was great value for money and I’d definitely book again if I returned.

The room was clean, bright, and fresh. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were high quality. The bathroom was modern, and the shower had good water pressure. Overall, we were happy with the room. The location was pretty good---near stores and restaurants but still quiet at night. The beach was a short walk away.

We had difficulty finding parking in the lot next door but were able to find parking easily in the municipal lot down the hill. We would have loved a better view---we looked out on the neighbor across the (narrow) street, who was frequently on her phone on her balcony. The room and bathroom were smaller than we had anticipated.

Beautiful

Very spacious clean and modern, Also Jim is very helpful . I would stay here again without hesitation.

This is a small thing but towel rail for bath towels was too high for us to reach

I cannot give this property high enough praise. It was absolutely perfect. Jim was a most attentive host and the studio apartment was ideal for a couple. Air conditioning was fantastic as temperatures were high. Looking forward to our next visit .
