Very nice surprise

During our roadtrip in Scotland we found this lovely place as a perfect stay for one night. And it was really good choice! :) Owners are very friendly, gave us lot of advices and the really nice surprise was their warm welcome. We liked the place, is so hommy :) As we left early, they provided us a very tasty take away breakfast. Totaly recomended! PS: Dear Andy & Anne, thank you for all, take care :)

Exceptional

We had a wonderful time at Andy’s and Anne’s place! It felt like home and was just perfect. The owners have an eye for details. The continental breakfast had everything one can wish for. The B&B is a 15 minutes bus ride away from the town centre. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone but if you prefer to be a bit more flexible it is best to have a car. We will be certainly back in the future.

Perfect!

Better than home. Lovely hosts, great room and bathroom. Everything very cleaned and comfortable. Simply the perfect stay! We will surely come back here if visiting Inverness again.

The host of this B&B is smiling, very pleasant and helpful. She’s really taking care of her guests. The house is great and so are the rooms. The delicate awakening, to the sound of the Outlander BO, gently contributed to the magic of breakfast.

Out of town, away from noise.

Located just outside Inverness, the city center can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Mr Andy is a perfect host, the property is well maintained and very clean. The room is spacious and with a large window. Comfortable bed. Very good international and Scottish breakfast.

The private bathroom is really tiny, with a very small shelf to support the necessary for shaving and personal hygiene but, all things considered, for 2 nights it can be adapted.

Beautiful Suite with Amazing Breakfast

The owners are amazingly accommodating and friendly. The rooms(we had a living room/breakfast nook, upstairs ensuite loft like bedroom), were gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great view of the city and lovely gardens. Off street parking. The included breakfast was over the top!! Great place to stay 10+++.

A bit off the beaten path.. SatNav had a hard time finding it but Google got us there. Not really an issue. Well worth it!!

Cosy comfortable place run with love

Very cosy private 2 floors studio. The owner was very helpful and kind, everything was new and stylish and wonderful breakfast I have made a video review of this hotel on YouTube l you can check my channel: Curves on the road

The bed could be bigger and the check out was early for us, but overall wonderful place I would recommend ,just count with the fact that there are stairs to the bedroom/bathroom I have made a video review of this hotel on YouTube l you can check my channel: Curves on the road

a little confusing as to how to get downtown and get to parking (no on street parking available) and would have appreciated more info on local and nearby attractions

Very good value stay in Inverness

Very good place to stay in Inverness. Warmly welcomed. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean - as was the bathroom next door to our room which was solely for our use. The house was very quiet and after a good night's sleep we were treated to an excellent breakfast. We would recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic value for money with great hosts in a lovely place to stay

The room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely shower in an en-suite bathroom. The bed was really comfortable and there were tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely continental style breakfast. The accommodation was in a quiet area but only a short drive into town. The hosts, Andy & Anne, were extremely friendly. Loved our stay.

. Everything. Very welcoming, a comfortable, homely large private space. A fantastic continental breakfast

Nothing really just a little way out of the centre of town but still walkable, about 40 minutes. However host provided bus timetable and taxi number so not a problem. It is shown on the map where it is and a lovely quite location.

A fantastic B&B and would certainly stay again.

Very comfortable and clean. Very welcoming hosts. Nice and quiet with a lovely little patio. A very nice, well presented continental breakfast.

Area a little far from amenities, and though breakfast was very nice we would have preferred the bread/rolls to have been plainer and not so sweet.

Loved our experience overall from room comfort to breakfast to warm hosts.

Andy and Anne are amazing hosts. They have an awesome facility. They were very helpful and we enjoyed every bit of our stay including the lovely breakfast and meeting their neighborhood cat who was most curious at the new comers!!

Very nice stay and welcoming stay.

Lovely room and Andy and Anne are both very nice people and extremely helpful. The rooms were great and very clean. If I visit Inverness again I would definitely stay here again.

Inverness itself is not much to do. The location is fine but nothing special.

Night in the city

Lovely little bnb within walking distance of the city, though also on a bus route which we used home. Very tasty breakfast which goes to show bacon and eggs aren’t everything.
