We loved the hotel and had a great time.

Had to pay for parking. Location to downtown was great but a lot of homeless people in the area. Hotel and staff were awesome. Breakfast was included and sufficient.

Zentral, sonst lieber meiden.

Sauber bis auf Hundekot im Treppenhaus , zentral gelegen.

Keine Fahrräder vorhanden wie versprochen, kein Geschirr in der Küche, 3 Handtücher für 5 Personen, Kaffeemaschine kaputt ohne ernsthafte Reparaturversuche, Hundekot im Treppenhaus, fürs Parken wurde *versehentlich* 150 statt 75 Euro berechnet, was nur durch meine Kontrolle der per Mail geschickten Rechunung auffiel. War an der Rezeption schwer rückgängig zu machen, eine Entschuldigung unterblieb. Eigentlich schönes Hotel, hart vernachlässigt.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again.

The hotel was new and clean. The rooms were spacious. We loved the kitchen area with the water filter. The complimentary breakfast was nice. I enjoyed the omelette station, coffee and chobani bar. Although we didn't use it, the laundry is really useful.

We had a view of the bail bond houses.

Friendly staff who was very helpful. Dinner recommendations to Cuba Cuba were on point! We used the complimentary bikes and took a ride out and it was amazing . Breakfast was great as well. Overall an amazing time and hotel.

Average place

Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and quite comfy. Great location to explore Denver. Good gym facilities

I was transferred to another hotel the first night due to overbooking. While the staff were very helpful in sorting that out, it was still quite inconvenient to have to go to a different place. The shower in the room wasn't great, it was really hard to adjust the temperature and it was just lukewarm.

Great aside from one thing

I loved the hotel in general. Had no complaints other than the pillows.

The pillows were not great at all. They were actually the worst I've ever experienced and I was not able to enjoy my sleep at all.

I loved the hotel. Great location and will definitely stay there again.

My favorite thing in this hotel was the water filter. We always struggle to stay hydrated in Denver, so the water filter and faucet was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very modern, beds were extremely comfortable.

I would like the parking to be a little less expensive. But it was very convenient and safe.

One of the most convenient and enjoyable stays

Sara at the front desk was exceptionally sweet and helpful when we were checking in. The entire staff was very professional and efficient. The stay was a good price, the breakfast was good, and the property was beautiful. We had a large flatscreen TV in our room and a kitchenette as well! We also had a full size fridge which was very convenient.

Worst hotel stay, possibly ever. No heat, the parking garage was in a dark, sketchy alley. You had to get out of your car, walk around to the keypad, swipe your key card, and then walk around to get back in your car. You needed a key to get in the elevator for the garage and room elevator. The door had a sign that said make sure to deadbolt and latch the bar. The duvet cover had hair on it and the sheets on the bed were dirty. There were stains all over the floor, big stains. The drain in the shower was a rectangle tile cut off the tile already laid. If our son hadn't been sleeping and us just arriving to denver, we wouldn't stay there. Marriott standards have been misplaced.

A Pool would make this hotel so much better and nicer!

Rooms are spacious, clean, and it’s a great environment. We loved our stay from entrance to exit, the breakfast are is very unique something I’ve never seen before! Would definitely stay there again!

When I checked in and got to my room it was a total different room from what I chose on Booking. I had reserved a King Suite and I was given a two queen bedroom and I was charged more at check in from what I was given on booking.com I was told by front desk agent that I did reserve through a third party and the room I choose is not guaranteed. I had never experienced that and I’ve been with booking.com for a few years now. We were then offered to go back to front desk to get the room we officially wanted but instead we just stayed in the two queen bedroom.

Spotless rooms with lots of features to make you feel at home.

This place is really nice. Everything was super clean, from the lobby to the bathrooms. They have a nice big common area with a bar for having a drink without going downtown. The kitchenette in the room was a bonus and made us feel even more at home. We also appreciated the packaged breakfast that we could take up to the room and eat in privacy. Short walk to downtown so we didn't have to drive everywhere, and we safely parked our car in the hotel's garage for an extra fee.

The neighborhood is right on the border of a "sketchy" part of town. Also this is a small thing, but the bathroom lights were on motion sensor and the toilet flushes like an airplane toilet – so midnight bathroom breaks wake everyone up.

Geen schoonmaak bij meerdaags verblijf

Standaard kamer. Goede wifi. Parkeren op straat is goedkoopste optie. Tussen 18 en 8 uur is parkeren gratis.

Hotel maakt kamers niet standaard schoon bij meerdaags verblijf. Ze zijn hier echter niet open over. Zeggen dat je een niet storen bordje op de deur had terwijl dat niet zo was. Medewerkster bij receptie ook zeer onvriendelijk. Zou beter zijn om gewoon aan gasten te melden dat er tussendoor niet wordt schoongemaakt.

If the price is okay for you, it‘s a very recommendable hotel

Very nice and comfortable hotel with affordable parking. There is even a pretty cheap public parking one walking minute away from the hotel. Excellent breakfast.

מאד נוח ועם ארוחת בוקר סבירה זו יכלה להיות שהות מוצלחת במיוחד

החדר היה מאד מרווח, מיטה נוחה, מקלחת מעולה. כמו כן היה מטבח מאובזר מה שמאפשר לאכול בחדר. הצוות יצא מגדרו לסייע לנו בנושא שהיינו זקוקים לו לסיוע. אולם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עלובה, קמצנית, ללא פירות זולת תפוחים, האוכמניות היו על סף רקבון, החביתות ספוגות שמן ומוגשות עם נקניקים דרג ג. מהר מאד נגמר הקפה (שהיה איום) ואיש לא טרח למלא את המיכל. גם האורחים נדרשים לפנות את הכלים בעצמם. לא נעים ועומד בסתירה מוחלטת לרמת החדר והשרות

ראשית את ארוחת הבוקר. שנית יש להגדיל את כמות הפודים של הקפה ושקיות התה בחדר

My stay at the Element was very comfortable. The location was pretty good.

The property was clean , well maintained with modern interiors and that was the most important to me. Nice ambience in the common areas and beautiful outdoor patio.

Free breakfast is always a win but the layout was confusing and the line was long for omelettes. Because of the line, the yoghurt bar was blocked and did not seemed sanitary.

They made us feel welcome!!

Beautiful facility, friendly staff, great location!! The breakfast was minimal, but covered all the basics and had a chef making select entrees, that were fabulous! The only disappointment was it did not have a pool like I thought it said it did. It was hot when we were there, so it would have been refreshing! The staff said most Elements do, but this one does not. Nonetheless, I would stay again our next visit to see our son!

The best Hotel in Denver!!! Very nice stuff and delicious breakfast! Room very clean and comfortable, is with small kitchen, bad is modern. Outside is romantic fire to chill , we rent a car and get good garage. Next to Hotel is Beautiful Denver Art Museum. Recommend for my friends and family. Thank you so much for staying and enjoying at Hotel Element Denver Downtown East.

Well located and friendly

The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful, the room wa good and dark when sleep was required and the bed was comfortable. Also good to see that the toiletries were sourced within North America.

The kitchen staff clearly had trouble keeping up with demand for clean crockery etc. at breakfast and it took far too long to get any of the cooked food on offer.

A nice place to stay.

It is close to 'everything', Cherry Creek Trail 16th Street mall, US Mint and the Cathedral Basilica, where I attended 7am Mass.

I didn't like the fact that I paid $25 per day for parking. I felt it was higher that average market price of $15 in Downtown Denver.

The building looked great and was very clean but the outside sound and breakfast could have been improved.

I liked that it was in a good location to downtown and that it was close to a bunch of restaurants and things to do.

I didn’t like how the rooms weren’t sound proof to the outside. I heard people talking outside, police sirens, traffic, and a bunch of other noise; especially when I was trying to sleep. The breakfast could have been a little bit better.

Very good

The breakfast and the room were great, and the staff were friendly. Free breakfast was good, but the line was too long on the weekend.

The parking garage was difficult to enter, having to get out of the car to swipe our card, and awkwardly turn into it. It was also unclear how to reach the parking garage. Also the night desk was unmanned when we arrived.
