Staff is very nice and helpfull
Bedding pillows are lumpy warm confortier was not available

The size of the room was excellent. Comfortable bed, great shower, very spacious room with a lounge area and a balcony.
Check in is 4pm which seems late. I received a message the day prior to arrival explaining guaranteed check in was 4pm. We arrived and were unable to check in until 5pm which was frustrating.
I sent the property a few questions before arrival and I never received a response.

Price was reasonable.
Elevator took too long to arrive, but all good in general.

Friendly staff
Room service didi not come until 5:00pm-6:00 daily. Not many vegetarian choices on the menu at the restaurant

The AC worked well.
Some of the staff was nice and some were very rude. They only had one cart for luggage in the whole hotel which was crazy! They only had one guy for valet parking so you had to wait 15-25 minutes to get or park your car. I was on the 3rd floor which had a beautiful view of a concrete roof which had old pizza, socks and other trash on it. Pillows are half the size of a normal pillow. For the same price there is way better hotel’s to stay at in Denver. Will definitely not be coming back.

Behulpzaam personeel, heel vriendelijk. Ruime kamers, comfortabel. Prima fitness faciliteiten. Goed bereikbaar.

The lotion and its walkable distance from convention centre helped me to be on my own.
all fine

When I left I was charged for taking a water and candy bar in the room we never touched

I loved the room; it was spacious and clean. The pool was also nice, albeit a bit too chlorinated. Nevertheless, it was delightful to be able to swim in the refreshing cold. I loved the fact it was an old Playboy house! :)
Anthony from the main restaurant was excellent. He made me feel like I wasn't just another customer—very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. There should be more people like him.
The food fell below my expectations, though I suppose that might be typical in America. The soup and desserts were enjoyable, but the burger and pasta I ordered were subpar.
The burger arrived burnt on both sides and when I inquired, I was told that's how it's done in Denver. Unfortunately, all I could taste was the burnt flavour. The lasagna was equally disappointing; it was saturated in vegetable oil, comprised mostly of layers of pasta with minimal meat, and topped with mozzarella cheese instead of bechamel sauce. I couldn't even finish it, it was tasteless.
I tried another pasta dish, and while I managed to eat it due to hunger, any Italian would be horrified. The pasta was stuck together, requiring me to cut it like a cake.
Moving on to breakfast, it wasn't bad, but I suggest including sourdough or gluten-free/non-wheat bread options, perhaps with an addition of avocado. Despite this, there was a broad selection available.
Lastly, a note about Amanda from the restaurant: we all go through tough times, but there's no need for rudeness.

- Room was real nice!
- It was spacious for 2 people
- Front desk was very helpful and offered a water bottle upon arrival
- Gave a free drink voucher to use at their hotel bar/restaurant
- Location wasn't in the heart of downtown but fairly close so transportation like uber/lyft isnt much during most times
- They have pool but I didnt use because of snowing weather but looks like a great pool with great view of downtown
- Bed was comfortable and restroom/shower was nice & clean.

It’s nice
I found a hair in my boiled egg when I went to eat breakfast I’ll let the waiter know, but he just took it from me and continue about his day
Also, I never got refunded back for my deposit. I paid 140. They were only supposed to take out $60 one time for my pet feed so I was still supposed to get back $80 and instead I got charged to my account $65 more.

Friendly staff. Nice suite.
Lack of hot water.
Allergic shampoo.
Inconsistent breakfast.
Outdated misleading website - no bathrobe and sleepers in the executive suite!

It was OK…… however please see what happened with breakfast below THAT I DID NOT LIKE…. Which was mostly breakfast…. Everything else just OK…. Lunch in restaurant was OK…. Room was OK BUT DID NOT LIKE THAT THE closet was located about 20+ feet away from the bedroom AND THE BATHROOM (in two different directions). We had to walk through the sitting area to go from the bathroom to the walk-in closet and We had to walk through the sitting room to go from the bedroom to the walk-in closet….. a very unique layout…
The BOOKING .com site stated BREAKFAST INCLUDED (IN BIG BOLD LETTERS) BUT WHAT WE GOT WAS A MINIMAL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!! We have gotten better BREAKFASTS AT ONE AND TWO STAR HOTELS BEFORE!!! An oversight by BOOKING.COM???? If I had known it was a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST I WOULD HAVE USED ANOTHER RESERVATION SERVICE (like Priceline) THAT TELLS THE TRUTH ABOUT INCLUDED ITEMS!!!! ALSO our room was booked for 3 persons for 3 nights!!! The CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST COUPONS WERE ISSUED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY. They stated that was the Warwick Hotel policy????

Food and drinks were AMAZING!! The breakfast spread was lovely and fresh and delicious! The staff were wonderful and the room was clean. The beds were top-notch.
The location was a little confusing to figure out (mainly parking) but after that, it was easy peasy. The room did smell a little like cigarette smoke from the vent, but that wasn't a huge issue at all.

Loved it
Some rooms didn’t have microwaves

The staff at the front desk were very nice. They checked me in quickly and were very helpful when I had to get my room key reset four times. This hotel's #1 asset is definitely their staff.
When I walked in my hotel room, I observed a strange odor. It wasn't putrid, but sort of like a lingering fart-type smell. Unpleasant. The sheets were like paper and the mattress felt 50 years old. The heat/AC in the room were totally messed up. The heat would come on, it would exceed the set temperature, and instead of just turning off to let the temp normalize, the AC would come on. It would then get to cold, so the heat would come on. It's a simple controls issue, but it was not pleasant. Other than that, the room itself was pretty nice. If only I could get into it when I got back to the hotel. FOUR TIMES my key card didn't work and I had to get new ones made. It was nearly every time I returned. This was a major inconvenience. Finally, the pool was advertised as being open year-round, but the door to access was locked and my (just-reset) room key would not unlock the door.

Staff was incredibly helpful, and very welcoming!
Maintenance issues include, peeling wall paper, and lack of hot water.

Having enjoyed staying there years before I was very disappointed revisiting. A promotional suite became a real negative. The convertible living room sofa had an old spring mattress & unacceptable.
After bringing the issue to management they did nothing to solve the problem. Valet parking charge & a resort fee was insult to injury.
3.6
Nice big rooms with non smoking policy. Downtown and good breakfast as per menu with reasonable money
No car free parking, even non smoking policy on the balcony but when checked in room. But staff was very friendly and did not charge full valet price for two nights and it is big thanks to them. Valet parking cost 36 usd per night.

Staff at this hotel was awesome. Manager Cecilia was a very helpful with a situation that occurred that solidified what a top notch staff you have. I’m coming back. Kudos to the whole staff at this hotel. Thank You

Spacious room, with ok HVAC. Comfortable and nice balcony with view (8th floor). Wanted to try the Italian restaurant, but missed opportunity in two day stay.
Parking could be more accommodated as I don't use Valet service. My room didn't get cleaned even when sign was out....due to new staff still learning their jobs. Could use a kettle in the room. Could set the water temperature higher as shower was maxed out and wasn't as warm as I liked.

I like it.

The pool and location
No hot water in the suite at all. Took almost 30 minutes before the water to warm in the shower. The seats were dirty with stains.
3.6
Room was comfortable, large and had a great balcony. Bar and restaurant were also nice with good food. Complimentary drink coupons for the bar were a bonus. Nice Breakfast buffet.
I am a Journeys member with the Warwick Hotel Group. Since I booked through this service my status was not recognized by the hotel. It would have been nice to receive the perks I usually get when I stay at these properties.
3.6
Absolute perfect hotel. The rooms are gigantic (actually too large for what is needed), but this is normal for Denver standards. My room had a large balcony, was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The gym and pool are a very nice addition. I received some vouchers for a drink at the hotel restaurant for dinner, a simple guesture that makes the difference. The area the hotel is located in seems to be still developing. It's close enough to the center to walk over, and still very quiet.
Be aware that you need to pay a security deposit for each night you stay over. It might be advertised on the website, but I'm not sure. This is normal for Denver, but was a surprise to me. The rooms are really very big. I would've liked the option for a smaller room at a lower rate. Room rates are the highest I have ever seen anywhere. Again, not abnormal for Denver, there is hardly any option in the city for a smaller room at better prices.

Front desk very helpful. Valet parking very convenient.

The roof top pool and bar service. The staff was exceptional!
The morning we were checking out someone stole our luggage out of our car.
3.6
it was good quality rooms and very spacious. The pool area was great .
There was no hot water to shower in the morning.
3.6
the vallet made things very easy. but at first hard to find but cute area.
the rooms were out dated with the TVs and the sleeping arrangements. the pillows weren’t comfortable but for two nights it seemed ok.
3.6
The location was perfect for my conference and the staff were courteous and helpful. I liked the Gatarra restaurant.
The key maker needs to be replaced. Each day when I would come back from a long day, I would be unable to unlock my door because the key was malfunctioning, which meant additional trips back to the lobby to get a new key each night. I work with a lot of magnetic technology but so does everyone else, the Warwick should fix this.
