First time visiting Asheville. Exploring cities/suburbs as an alternative to trendy vacations. Loved it. Loved the hiking, city and people, and food! We thought the condo was exceptional as they say. Spotless clean, amenities very nice. We always like to have a kitchen. It’s very nice. The security in place maneuvering thru - garage, elevator and condo access are excellent. It was so nice leaving the condo each day and feeling so comfortable we would have everything in place when we returned. Thank you for a great visit. Suzanne and Doug from NJ and PA.

The condo was an A+ with plenty of space, cleanliness, and convenience. Great location making for a short walk to the center of town. For families, the location across from the bus station made for some less than ideal observations but we always felt safe.

Our stay was nice. Very clean. Bed super comfy. Couch, on the otherhand was not comfortable. TV instructions would have been helpful. We never really figured that out. Also, there was an annoying, consistent, and loud dripping sound coming from somewhere, but not any of the water sources in the condo.

The property was clean and spacious for two people. Provided parking was nice and it was an easy walk to downtown (less that 10 minutes to Biltmore Ave.).

The condo was exactly as advertised--minus the square footage. The place was immaculate. The neighborhood was safe for a single woman traveler. The host was responsive anytime I had a question. I would rent this condo again anytime I'm in the area.

We stayed for just a couple of nights on the way out to Texas. The property is really first rate with top notch appliances and furnishings. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the security in the building is very good. The use of key codes everywhere is a bit daunting at first but you get used to it. We were supposed to use a parking pass but never found it. Overall we were quite pleased with the property and even more so of Asheville.

This was a nice base camp to explore the city and surrounding areas. Newish property, very clean and appointed well.

We were there for the Fringe festival which my daughter was performing in. So we had to make frequent trips over to the venue in The River Arts District which was an easy and quick drive. The unit is downtown within walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to a great local grocery store on Lexington. People in Aville are so friendly and helpful! Beautiful view of the mountains from balcony and although there are codes to remember to get into the garage, elevator and apartment, we felt safe and secure. No tub, but a large walk-in shower with 2 sinks, full kitchen and plenty of necessities provided. The walls and floor are quiet also. Comfy king bed and nice shades for restful sleep. We loved it and hope to return again soon! - JW

Family commitments required us to be in Asheville twice in 60 days. First time traveling with kids -had a 2 bedroom in same building. Liked location, security, amenities so booked a1bedroom same building. Very satisfied again

Very convenient and clean. Thank you!

The condo was clean and nicely appointed. The location was good for walking to restaurants and shopping. The disappointment was with the check-in. We were only sent the code to the room and upon arrival we discovered we needed a code to get into the parking deck. We had already wound up this narrow ramp to get there and had to back down which was dangerous and ended up messing up my car when we scraped a column. We called the property manager and got that code then discovered after getting all our things into the elevator we needed a different code to operate it and yet another to come in the front of the condo building. They finally sent an email with all of this info over an hour after check-in time and after multiple calls. Extremely frustrating.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Bright, large space. Instructions were clear and host was responsive. Location was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice unit and apartment building. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby on Patton Avenue. A short walk to Biltmore Avenue

Very clean and secure. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Across from the bus station with many homeless residents but never felt threatened or unsafe. Would absolutely recommend!

The place was very comfortable, clean, modern and warm. The location, at first, seemed inconvenient, but I was very wrong.
with a little map work, it turned out to be easy to travel around the area, both in town and traveling away from town. Also, the building, including parking was very secure.

The apartment is a great location. Right in downtown and close to everything. Very safe feeling. Bus station is across the street, but not a problem. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities advertised. Parking is great. Would rent there again.

Reviewer Comments:
I would definitely recommend this rental. The location was close and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We felt comfortable walking to and from this location. Asheville does have a fair amount of homeless people throughout the city though it did not seem isolated to this location. We felt safe throughout our time there. There were multiple secure codes to get in and out of the building which took a few days to get used to but once you did it worked swiftly. The building was quiet without noise from the neighbors, the only thing you could hear was the occasional garage door. The master bed was great. The kitchen and living room was clean and comfortable to relax in after traveling all day. We enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee and/or evening cocktail. Overall I would highly recommend this space and chose to stay here if we returned to Asheville. What a wonderful area!

We spent two days in Asheville before a week at Hilton Head. It was a way to break up the drive from Ohio. Lovely town and the Biltmore tour is a must. Great shopping and food downtown. This property was great and a short walk to the action

You can’t beat the safe parking and great building close to everything! We’ve stayed here several times and will be back!

We enjoyed a 4 night (weekday) stay in May of 2023. The condo is in a very convenient location, right in the heart of downtown Asheville. The building was very safe and secure, including the parking garage. The condo was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for reheating food or preparing simple meals. The appliances appeared to be brand new and in perfect working order. The compact washer and drier were a nice addition.
We were within walking distance to all shops and restaurants in the downtown area. We would highly recommend this condo! It was very clean and comfortable. All inens, TP, paper towels, soaps, etc were supplied.
Communication with the rental agency was excellent. We would highly recommend renting this unit when visiting Asheville, NC.

Well located, clean, spacious and well stocked. There were loud disturbances in the parking lot behind the building very early Saturday and Sunday mornings (12:30 to 1:30 a. m.). Partying with lots of drinking and shouting. Very inconsiderate of these jerks.
Also lost cable TV and internet our last day. Apparently the former owner of the unit sold it and Spectrum closed the account and suspended these services. I spent an hour on the phone with Spectrum but they would not restore service for our last day. The staff responded very quickly and got us back up and running with Roku. But management must have known about the sale and did not take steps to return the equipment to Spectrum and get new equipment in the new owner’s name. This was very inconvenient.

We had a lovely stay in Asheville. The location was perfect - right down town within walking distance of dozens of restaurants. The condo was spotless, well-equipped, with nice touches to make it comfortable. Appliances in kitchen were very nice and the bathroom had nice big double sink and nice shower. Covered garage parking with access code. Building was very clean and quiet. Can't beat it for the price.

We had a great time visiting Asheville and staying at this apartment. It was a very convenient location within walking distance to lots of places. Check in and check out were very easy. I would recommend this property for two people only - there is a pull out couch, but it is very uncomfortable. The normal bed was comfortable.
5.0
It was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The garage door was a little loud, but I liked the security of it. Would stay here again!

Visited Asheville for a long weekend getaway. Perfect location for walking to several restaurants and breweries. Garage and building are secure. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
Only negatives: busy bus station across the street, some homeless population, but I can’t imagine staying downtown anywhere without encountering that. We never felt unsafe, just aware. The garage door is loud so wouldn’t want to stay any lower than the 4th floor in this building (can hear the garage open and close on the 2nd floor).

Great location, within walking distance of downtown and River Arts District (RAD is about a 15 min walk)
Property was new, clean, well appointed. One bedroom, pull out sofa. My 13 yo daughter slept on pull out. It was one of those super thin flimsy mattresses, so glad I personally didn’t have to sleep on it. But it was fine for my waif of a kid 😜
Master bedroom was good; comfortable. We were missing shampoo, it was not supplied as promised, not a big deal, but we did have to make a stop at a grocery for some. All other supplies were provided as listed. Clearly just an over site by housekeeping.
As for the immediate walkable area itself, it does NOT have a regular grocery, pharamcy, liquor, or discount store close. No shortage of CBD retailers immediately outside our door though, lol.
If you are from outside North Carolina and aren’t aware, they do have weird liquor laws, and hard liquor is only sold in state stores owned retail shops called ABC stores. Wine and beer sales can vary, depending on your location and local county laws

Perfect location for our four night stay; short walk to downtown and south slope breweries. Building and garage is well lit and felt safe and secure. Shout out to Mountain Murals Tours and Lazoom Comedy Tour- both were awesome! Fave brewery was Burial!

The property itself is recent construction and seems well cared for. Pictures online were accurate. The bed is much softer than our preferred firmness, however YMMV.
The location is one to avoid. There is an active homeless population using the bus station across the street as a hub. Behind our building and under our balcony, we witnessed 4 unfortunate souls shooting up (IV drugs, for those unfamiliar with the term). One of them became a bit unhinged after his fix, throwing cans at the side of the car park ramp.
Sadly, that wasn't the worst thing that occurred during our stay. Our unit backs up to a large parking lot that filled up with partiers very early Saturday morning. They were very loud and disruptive and at about 2 am, a volley of approximately 15 gun shots rang out. Frightening to be so close to a shootout. The news reported 4 injured.
During our stay the parking garage was closed for repair, which meant a long walk to an unprotected lot - I mention this because of the other security concerns.

We weren't particularly crazy about the area although close to downtown..one reason we choose the property was because of the attached parking garage...we received an email a day before arriving that the parking garage was closed and we had to park in an adjacent parking lot..which meant lugging all of our luggage across pavement and into the condo and when it rained we were exposed to getting wet. No offer of a partial refund....the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired if you plan on preparing any meals, not fully stocked with what you need. Shampoo and soap's were partially used and left for our consumption...used sponges too, kinda gross....kitchen faucet did not work well. I emailed management about it and never got a response...they were really really cheap with leaving what you needed ie toilet paper...the washer and dryer also took so long to work...not a great property in our opinion...we def would not stay here again

Ashville Stay
Pros: very clean, great security, upscale furnishings. Cons: shower floor very slippery, pics on the wall were of negative tones/depressed feeling, clothes dryer was difficult to operate. Needed maintenance to service it ( which they did the next day). Neighborhood felt unsafe to walk in.

The condo was in a great location and has everything we needed for a long weekend. We’d definitely rent it again!

Downtown Asheville - walk everywhere!
Property was perfect for my husband and me. Just large enough to feel comfortable, bathroom was huge, nice balcony for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Very quiet neighborhood and the bed was awesome! Our kids live here so we didn’t spend much time in the condo but will return again, for sure!
