Auf dem Dach sieht’s echt sehr schön aus und die Lage ist wirklich Top!
Allerdings gibt es jeden Tag einen Zimmerservice, doch danach sind die Zimmer leider immer noch dreckig gewesen.
Wahrscheinlich liegt es an dem Hotelpersonal selber, nicht an den Putzfrauen.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Man konnte nachbestellen, was man noch wollte. Ali Baba der uns das Frühstück brachte war super nett und extrem gut gelaunt. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist wirklich außergewöhnlich!!! Man sitzt in erster Reihe vor den Pyramiden und kann sein Essen genießen.
Ab Spätnachmittag/Abend war Musik nebenan und auf der eigenen Dachterrasse. Das hat eine ungute Mischung ergeben. Sinnvoller wäre, wenn einer auf die Musik verzichten würde.

IT was stunning experience. If you are looking for the hotel with pyramids view this is defenetly the one. We choose the room with pyramids room balcony. ROom was clean, service is perfect, it has hot water, view was stunning, The rooftop terrace is another gem of this hotel, where you can enjoy your breakfast or a serene evening with the pyramids lit up against the night sky. Hotel workers were so friendly. they helpt too muchh, they even let us to stay extra hours without payment till our flight. Hotel is so safe place, there were nearly 6 7 polis cars waiting for security purposes and also there is turist police office. We like everything in there. Thank you for your services.

After an inauspicious start (the room they promised us in 6 different messages was not available - surprise, surprise!) they tried their best to make the stay as enjoyable as possible although we could have done without the trip-selling every time they opened their mouths eg how was breakfast sir? what do you do next sir? how about taking our guided tour to ..., sir?
Please dont promise a pyramid view room and then not provide it!

Excellent breakfast, wonderful views and mostly friendly and accommodating staff. the Heaven Lounge is brilliant although the prices are a little high - you are paying for the view though.
In general, there are few hotels with better views of the Pyramids!
The rooms are very basic but there again, they are cheap. Most have no view and most do not even have a window. Bare electrical cables hanging around also!

The location is great, right by the sphinx and with the restaurant terrace overlooking this and a great pyramids view.
The rooms we were given were clean and the breakfast was good with friendly staff. The transfer from the airport they arranged went smoothly too. It was fantastic to have such great views of the pyramids from the upstairs terrace. It was good to see the sound and light show for free in the evening. The staff, except from one guy we met on our first night, seemed nice.
Unfortunately, my group didn't have the best experience with keeping rooms - we had booked two separate rooms via booking.com, myself several months in advance and my sister at least a month in advance - both of us paying a good amount extra to get balconies/pyramid view rooms. However, when we arrived we were told there was a 'problem' and we were both shown to rooms with no views or balconies at all. I was gutted as I'd spent a long time researching a good place to stay and was really looking forward to waking up to views over the pyramids.
A slightly pushy guy told us to go to the cafe while he 'sorted something out' and we had to wait over an hour there until he came and said we could have the choice of either leaving or he would do our food for our two nights for free. This wasn't a great deal as it was already 10pm at night (and leaving with my kids to find a new hotel wasn't really an option) and we'd already been told that there was only two options for food that night and were going to be out the next day/evening. We basically had no choice to accept though (and had already been pushed to fully pay for our rooms before being shown them - yes, probably shouldn't have done that!). It wasn't about the money though for us - just the disappointment of no view. I have a feeling that as our arrival was a Saturday in Ramadan (and we arrived in the evening) that we may have been 'bumped' for other people to be given the originally booked rooms. I would recommend checking room allocation prior and definitely before paying for your room here.
The hotel/area was noisy so bring earplugs!

分到隔壁酒店的露台上的大房间，不知道是不是超售了，露台很大是公用的，房间也很大，但是整个房间是琉璃的，窗帘也有些缝隙，对于保护隐私不太好。员工们很热情，提早让我们入住，并且同意免费参观箱子不限时间。整体来说比较满意，地理位置非常好，就是房间隐私保护和室内设施不太好。

Otelin konumu harika, otel personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Terasın manzarası harikaydı. Odamızın manzarası da aynı şekilde çok güzeldi. Piramitleri tam karşıdan görüyor. Giriş noktasına ise 1 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi.
Odada kettle çalışmıyordu. Bunun dışında beğenmediğimiz birşey olmadı.

Het uitzicht vanop het dakterras.
Wij hadden vooraf vervoer geregeld met het hotel. Men zou ons komen ophalen. Niemand te zien, in het midden van de nacht, stonden wij daar met 2 kinderen. Na het hotel te bellen zou men iemand sturen, na een uur gewacht te hebben, hebben we dan maar zelf een taxi genomen. Bij aankomst in het hotel wil men ons ook nog meteen excursies verkopen, dit om 4 uur in de morgend. Na enkele dagen stellen we vast dat er een muis in onze kamer zit. Naar de receptie gegaan om deze te komen vangen, men ging binnen de 5 minuten komen, na een uur terug naar de receptie gegaan, hadden nog steeds niemand gezien.
Elke dag was men in het hotel aan het werken, een liftschacht aan het maken, dit vlak naast onze kamer, van in de morgend tot de avond in het lawaai en stof dat tot in onze kamer vloog. Dat er werken in het hotel waren is ons nooit gemeld, niet via de website na boeking, niet aan de receptie. Er werd hier ook nooit voor geëxcuseerd voor al het ongemak, van de pick up, lawaai, muis enz.
En dan ook nog even vermelden dat ze ons in een kamer hebben gelegd zonder raam.

The localization, is very good!

Mit Blick auf die Pyramiden und die Sphinx hat dieses Hotel eine aussergewöhnliche Lage. Check-In und Check-Out läuft unkompliziert ab. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Eine vorzügliche Bäckerei und Koshari gibt es ganz in der Nähe! ❤️
Durch die Lage in Gizah bei den Pyramiden ist dieses Hotel gezwungenermassen sehr dezentral für die Besichtigungen in Kairo. Pyramiden und zentrale Lage ist hier leider nicht möglich.

Excellent location opposite the Sphinx. We really enjoyed the view whilst having the enormous breakfast!
We only had a little window looking at a messy little courtyard, but we knew that and didn’t bother us.
The hotel organised our taxi from the airport but didn’t provide any contact for the driver even though I asked a few times. Eventually I got his WhatsApp after around 30 minutes of trying to locate each other well past 1pm in the morning!
Obvious recommendation is to provide contact early on..

Il posto è invaso di venditori ambulanti che ti assalgono appena esci dall'hotel a tutte le ore; mentre di notte la strada, pur essendo molto vicina alle piramidi, non è per nulla illuminata e brulica di cavalli/ cammelli (con i loro escrementi) che quasi non si riesce a camminare. I tour offerti dalla struttura comprendono visite a negozi convenzionati nei quali è quasi impossibile uscire senza comprare qualcosa.

The hotel is a great value, with a terrific view. The rooms are clean enough but perhaps could use a bit of a freshening upgrade. This is hardly a complaint--I really enjoyed my stay and the showers had very nice hot water and pressure!

La ubicacion esta muy bien con vistas a las piramides (duplex con vista a monumentos), solo que yo quede en 2do nivel y el ruido y olores de la calle suben a las habitaciones si tienes la ventana abierta. Every staff was friendly and helpful. The view was phenomenal. Actually if I do come back for a second visit, I’d prefer just staying in this inn, sitting in its “heaven lounge” - looking at the magnificent view and chill.
Today I left Giza and arrived in Sharm el Shiekh. Now as I writing this review from a so claimed “5 star” resort hotel in Sharm el Shiekh, I realized that how precious that they even have the North American power sockets on the wall of Pyramid View Inn; whereas there is nothing like that in my current resort hotel.

The property provides great value for money. Excellent view at all times. You can see 8 of 9 pyramids and the Sphinx from your room. Light and Sound show from your balcony. So you basically stay here for the best view in town. Second, the ladies here are so kind and affectionate. Carried our suitcases multiple times but were never without a smile. Breakfast was sufficient and food was good. Staff at the restaurant was very nice as well. We got a complementary ride from the airport. Driver was fun and energetic.
It is not a 5 star property. Does look like the owner is trying to renovate it. We were first given a non renovated room with no balcony whereas we had booked a one with a big terrace. We were then given a room with balcony but obstructed view. And then finally, when we reached out to the manager, he fixed the situation in minutes. We got a renovated room with balcony (still not the terrace as shown in pictures) with excellent view, and they fixed with wifi situation. Ofcourse, the staircases, corners, and outdoors are not clean and hygienic, and so is sometimes the situation at the restaurant, but the lovely staff makes up for it. You can stay there just for view and people.
