Luxury 2 bedroom, en-suite apartment set in a gated development with allocated parking.
If you are looking for a great place to stay with amazing beach views, where you can kick back and relax this is it !!
This home from home interior designed apartment is very spacious with open plan living . The master bedroom has amazing sea views and access to a long terrace that also runs through to the lounge area this would be a perfect spot to enjoy al-fresco dining with gorgeous views of the beach and sea.
Additionally you can sit back and soak up the views from the open plan living area.
There is WiFi, flat screen tv with Netflix plenty of DVDs books, and all other amenities that you would expect.
There is additional storage in the hallway for your use and we have fold away beach chairs for you to take down to the beach.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with all the essentials you will need for an easy holiday and has a spacious cooking area.
Dining area which can seat 2-6 guests comfortably, and is great for entertaining as couples or families.
The apartment is a 5 min walk to the marina which has a number of great restaurants and bars. Close to the marina is a large shopping complex, supermarkets and such like.
Beachy head is 15 mins away and Brighton and Hastings are 30 mins drive. Pevensey bay is a 5 min drive and is stepped in history. This is where William the Conqueror landed in 1066.
Pevensey castle Is down the road.
Eastbourne pier is 10 mins away.
So many activities to do here in Eastbourne, water sports, boat trips, restaurants and cafes in the marina, or just lay back and relax in this beautiful apartment with amazing views that will keep you mesmerised.
the master bedroom has a a lovely walk in shower en suite, and a balcony overlooking the beach and sea. gorgeous views to wake up too. and plantation shutters for that beach feel, and privacy if needed. has a spacious double bed and storage.
bedroom two has a large ensuite bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway. the bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a zip and link king size if needed and has a large built in closet and a tall boy which also houses a great vanity mirror. Again plantation shutters for that beach vibe and privacy if needed. The room also has a juliette balcony.
The apartment also has a double sofa bed for extra guests.
We supply fresh bed linen, towels and organic toiletries,
Tea, coffee, sugar and milk for when you arrive.

Highly recommend this seaside flat. Gorgeous view. Near to everything and great for a family.

All in all, we didn't feel this was a "luxury" property by any means. For a start, the host should have made sure all was well before our arrival, especially the shower-room window which gapes at the hinged edge and lets in gales. There were several other maintenance issues too. Not only that but the shower cubicle is tiny, there is no grill pan and the cutlery is cheap.
On arrival, you have to work out which key is which and how many floors to go up to find where the flat is - no details were supplied.
Location-wise it was great. The path on the beach is an excellent feature, if you don't mind people constantly passing your lounge window, and the amenities of Sovereign Harbour are easily within walking distance. What a pity the flat did not live up to expectations.

We had a lovely few days helped by amazing weather which made sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and set over the sea an incredible sight. The restaurants/bar at the harbour were a nice walk along the beach path, and Eastbourne itself an easy distance away. Very pleasant break..thanks!

The accomodation was comfortable but was lacking the luxury element due to a lack of amenities in the kitchen/dining space as well as a lack of toiletries, which were not organic as listed. The TVs were difficult to use and I had to login to my Netflix account to access the service. The property was well decorated with good views but it didn't feel as luxury as expected. Staying in the second room with two singles which didn't attach easily, I decided to sleep on the sofa bed which was a more comfortable option. The owner maintained good communication with us throughout.

This is the third time we have stayed in this lovely bright and clean apartment. The location is great. Its nice and quiet, overlooking the sea, but just a short walk to Sovereign Harbour with its restaurants and shops. We'll look forward to our next visit!

We once again enjoyed a lovely long weekend in this outstanding property. It is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Lovely Seaside Apartment
The apartment is bright and airy and overlooks the sea. It's well furnished and comfortable. As far as we were concerned it was ideally situated - near to the marina (a ten minute walk) for restaurants but far enough away from it to be quiet. The owner sent us plenty of useful recommendations beforehand and was very helpful. Really couldn't fault this accommodation and would certainly recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Jane due to COVID restrictions but that didn’t impact on her warm welcome. The apartment was amazing, fully equipped and clean with amazing views. Ample information supplied and Jane made herself available to us throughout our stay. Our pooches enjoyed it too with a short walk to the sea and a lot of space to run around. Would definitely recommend Jane as a host and we look forward to being able to visit again next year. 😀�❤️

Super flat with lovely view of the sea
We spent a wonderful week in this very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-equipped flat in December. The communication with Jane and Jo before our travels was helpful and friendly and all went well on arrival with Jo there to meet us. As it was Christmas there was even a tree and a few decorations up, which was lovely and helped to make our Christmas Day perfect. The kitchen was also nicely equipped for us to make a roast with all the trimmings that day.
The flat is situated directly by the sea and it was wonderful to wake up or sit in the lounge and look out onto the beach and water. The nearby harbour / marina with its restaurants, cafes and shops can be reached easily on foot so you do not always have to take a car everywhere. The parking space belonging to the flat is also of a good size for larger cars.
We would certainly recommend this flat to anyone looking to spend a restful and enjoyable holiday by the sea. Thanks Jane and Jo for making our stay in your flat a very pleasant one.

Short holiday in Eastbourne
We had a lovely relaxing stay in this comfortable apartment, two of us plus our dog. The sea views are great and we were lucky enough to sit out on the balcony in November! The apartment is a few minutes walk to Sovereign Harbour(where we saw a seal) and there are numerous restaurants in that area.
Its a beautiful spot for easy walking along the promenade which goes for miles. We would certainly recommend this apartment - and the way it is managed.

Wonderful stay
This trip was booked as a long weekend family staycation and it lived up to our hopes. The apartment is beautiful with an amazing unobstructed sea view from the huge balcony. It never felt like we were indoors, thanks to the airy nature of the balcony and windows.
Jane and her property manager Jo were both super helpful and easy to deal with. The property had everything we needed and I would highly recommend staying here. The location is great, the marina area has lots to offer plus being a mile away from Eastbourne and Pevernsey Bay, we made the most of our days out, ate well and lucked out with the weather.
We had the best time and I would definitely stay again, can’t recommend enough.

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment and our time in Eastbourne
Unfortunately the shower was only luke warm as i expect Jo told you,
and we felt the kitchen could be better equipped with more cooking dishes.

Just had a lovely week here with my elderly father who enjoyed the sea views immensely. It’s a bright, spacious apartment in a lovely location and the owner was very helpful. Plenty of things to do nearby.

The appartment is well positioned for the town and country trips too. Close to shops and car fuel but quiet. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the well-equipped first floor appartment (with lift). A very comfort time was had by all and we would certainly recommend the appartment to anyone.

Eine Wunderschöne , neuwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, beide mit eigenem Bad. Wohn/Esszimmer mit mehr als voll ausgestatteter Küche. Fußläufig zu erreichen ist die Marina mit mehreren Restaurants, das eigentliche Zentrum von Eastbourne ist mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Wohnkomplex ist sehr ruhig, das Meer wirklich direkt vor der Haustür. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist der Steinstrand, aber der ist in England ja eher die Regel.

Wonderful relaxing break, perfect peaceful location right on the seafront. The apartment was beautiful everything we were looking for and glorious sunshine and plenty to see and do just great.
