Paid for what you got…a cheap hotel.

The room was very clean and bed was nice.

Water leaks from shower onto flooding bathroom floor because glass door doesn’t close all the way, there are no night stand lamps, it’s noisy from people above.

AC blow cold and room was clean as well as space and size for a king room

Blankets were to thin not enough pillows for a king room and they rush u out before you can gather all your things especially when you check in after 12am you should be able to check out at a later time and not be rushed

Location, cost, quiet.

Wifi did not work. The shower water went all over the bathroom floor leaving a huge puddle. No coffee machine in the room.

I NEED A REFUND.

Location

The staff was rude, they almost refused me a room due to someone else's behavior only because she knew that I knew them. She made me beg her to let me stay there instead of me having to call booking.com for a refund... It wasn't until I started crying that she told me she would call her manager. She then continued to walk to the room behind the office and walked right back out and then finally agreed to let me stay, but I was not allowed to have any visitors? I will never stay here again. There was blood on the ceiling, almost like blood spatter. And there was also fingerprints on the bathroom door. It was just very poorly cleaned... I used to stay at this hotel all the time when my husband abused me, and they had always been nice up until this point.

I had requested that there be no frequencies. Cleaners, air fresheners.. there was some. I have Severe reactions to fragrances

Staff was courteous and allowed for 2 hours for check out.

Breakfast was just basic with Corn Flakes, Cup cakes, decent coffee. But this is what was mentioned and therefore i did not expect anything more

I had some personal reasons to allow for an additional 2 hours for check out

I enjoyed it a lot but wished some would be a little bit more mindful of others stay.

the hotel seemed to be nicely clean.

Enjoyed and would stay here again.

The property was clean and had great location. staff was friendly.

There were a few loud neighbors, but that’s not the fault of the motel.
