My husband and I had a wonderful time this week. It’s our second stay in the villages at seacrest and the first in this property. Everything was perfect and the bed was so very comfortable. We’d stay again for sure

Kelly’s place is stunning! Very moody and cozy, perfect for a couples getaway. The bed is nice and comfortable. There are a few restaurants and shops that sit in front of the building and down the street that are walkable. She provides clear instructions on how to find her condo. She’s very responsive and that was very appreciated. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to finish out our stay. Kelly, however, was so understanding and worked with us.

I came to town for my son's beach wedding which went off without a hitch - beautiful weather! This condo was a short 10 minute walk across the street from where the rest of the wedding party was staying. I parked my car at check-in and never moved it until time to leave. Fabulous location for Seacrest and Rosemary Beach.

Kelly was so responsive and helpful! The unit was exactly as described and so clean! Helpful things like paper places and coffee pods for the keurig were provided and very useful! The unit is very close to the pool and so convenient to access. We used the tram for the beach and highly recommend. If you want to rent beach chairs, call a few weeks in advance as they book up quickly. The beach access if you bring your own chair is not a large area so head down to the beach earlier than later. We walked to rosemary several times for dinner and loved pescados and la crema. Short and easy walk. Perfect for a quick getaway for our babymoon!

This little studio is the perfect stay for a couple! It is conveniently located near restaurants and hang out spots. We were able to walk everywhere we went and it’s only a short walk to the beach! It has a kitchen which was nice to make use of if we needed and it was so cozy! Definitely would recommend and come back!

This is such a cute property! There was plenty of space for the two of us! The location is great, right next to the pool and many shops and restaurants! Conveniently located between Rosemary and Aly’s making everything a short bike ride/walk away. We were told by some locals that we did pick a very busy week to visit, so there were a LOT of people/kids everywhere, but we would love to come back during a slower week haha! Kelly is an amazing host, gives you lots of information about the area, is super kind and responsive!! :)

Nice property. Two ways to improve cleanliness would be to dust the top of the refrigerator. With limited space it becomes a good storage space. Clean the inside of the bathroom drawers.

Perfect couples studio. The tram to the beach is an excellent option. Everything central to town. Studio super cute well equipped and owner great at communication and recommendations. Very nice long weekend home away from home!

Overall very nice. I would stay again. I rated a 4 out of 5 on the cleanliness just because there was a few things that needed some attention. The owner was unaware unless I told her. She was very apologetic. She said and did everything I would have done. Thanks for everything!

This was the perfect little spot for my wife and I. Short walk to beach, in the middle of lots of restaurants and shopping etc. Never had to use our car once we arrived, everything is within a short walk.

My first impression of the place was amazing. It smelt clean, and looked amazing. The hosts were so pleasant, they did everything they could to make the place more pleasant. the location was close to everything, all we had to do was walk. Definitely visiting 30A again, and will definitely be booking this place.

Super great place to stay, very clean, and super close! So close to everything and has access to a private beach! Has live music and yummy food right out the front doors as well, and Rosemary beach and Alys beach are a short walk away!

Had a great stay. Condo was as advertised and very clean. Check in process was easy, Kelly was extremely prompt with responses. We had one issue with the air conditioning that was fixed the next day. Location was great, had some restaurants and dessert options in the plaza where the condo was and could walk to other restaurants in five minutes. There is a tram that will take you to the beach or it's about a 10-15 minute walk. Just note there is not a lot of public beach access in Seacrest. I got to the beach about 12 and was able to get a spot for two chairs but it was crowded. Overall great stay. Would stay in this condo again and highly recommend if you are travelling to Seacrest

This studio had everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing trip! The Village community has great access to shops and restaurants and Rosemary beach is a short walk away to experience a charming town square vibe. The beach access is close by but across the street and a tram takes you anywhere you want to go. Kelly and Charles are amazing and responsive hosts and deserve an A+ rating for their quick notification and delivery of my husband's iPad that he had not realized he left behind! Thank you so much! It was just my husband an me. The condo was the perfect size. The team took us to the beach an back. Though it did rain on us an the tram did stop running. It was a short walk back to the condo. It really didn’t bother us, an we understand why it wasn’t running. The location was good! I wish more restaurants had been close. The two locations of restaurants we wanted to go to were in a very popular area full of people an no parking. We ultimately had to just get a pizza. There was really only two restaurants an one was pizza to sit down at that was very close. Just know, your going to have to drive for the restaurants. There was also only public parking, so at busy times there was some times no parking. You had to wait for a spot to open up. Overall a good place to stay for a quick 3 day trip. We did really enjoy.
