Lovely

Beautiful and quiet place in the heart of Rethymno, charming and relaxing. The room was gorgeous, the lady incredibly attentive. There is a little swimming pool in a lovely indoor terrace. Very recommended, specially for couples avoiding busy and noisy rooms.

Perfect stay

This hotel is a real gem and it really exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and extremely clean and the lovely balcony facing the garden and pool was a real plus. The garden is lovely and peaceful, with no noise coming from the main road. We also spent an entire afternoon in the pool which, although small, it is a very relaxing option for the hottest days. The owner of the hotel is very friendly, careful and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful accommodation in an excellent location.

Everything. Excellent location in a quiet street yet only a couple of minutes walk to the Old Town which has a multitude of good restaurants, shops and bars. Accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable, with good facilities. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Our host, Agapi, is a lovely helpful lady and was eager to assist but not intrusive. I would highly recommend staying here.

Kleine, persönlich geführte, grandiose, ruhige und herzliche Unterkunft in bester Lage !

Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr persönlich empfangen und betreut ! Die Altstadt beginnt direkt hinter dem Haus, alles zu Fuß bestens zu erreichen. Der kleine Pool im Innenhof mit dem Ruhebereich ist fantastisch schön. Wir hatten wunderschöne Suite mit genügend Platz. Mrs. Agabi hat uns sehr spät am Abend persönlich empfangen, sie ist eine außergewöhnliche , hilfsbereite und herzliche Dame !

A perfect stay in Rethymno - don’t look anywhere else!

This place was absolutely perfect. Only six rooms in the property, it felt like our own private stay! The pool area was amazing, and the location of the place was ideal - literally right beside everything. The rooms we stayed in were incredible, we couldn’t get over the value for money!

We had a fantastic stay at Phaedra Suites and were very satisfied. This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the city center, 10 minutes walking from Rethymnon beach. The suite was modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and made us sleep so well. Agapi, the owner is a wonderful host, she takes great care of her guests, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality added a personal touch to the overall experience, making us feel welcomed. Highly recommended!

A well equipped apartment in a great location

It’s location is perfect close to the old town and the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The owner and family were always very friendly and helpful and gave good advice on places to visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the whole building is modern and has everything you need. The pool is fairly small but perfect for a dip at any time of the day or night.

Beautiful property with everything you could need for a peaceful stay in the heart of Rethymno

Host was wonderful, very kind and helpful. We had a late check in and Agapi was very accommodating for this. The room was exactly as described, even better, with a comfortable bed and rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. The kitchenette was very convenient too for a long stay, with a a small supermarket on the same street as the property we could cook some of our own meals. The pool was small but lovely, set in a beautiful and quiet courtyard. It almost felt like a private pool due to the minimal number of guests at the property. There is a convenient water filter installed on the property which makes fresh water drinkable, saved us plenty of money. The location is in perfect! Set in the heart of Rethymno with walking distance from the beach and famous Old Town. Also a 10-15 minute walk from the main bus station with helpful transfers to Chania Airport or connections to other locations around Crete. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family, and even return myself in the future. We were very satisfied with our stay

Location very near the city centre; kitchenette in the room.

Lot of noise in the street. If you book here: take the room at the poolside, not at the streetside. And about the “pool”: this is just a bath, only allowed at restricted hours.

Lovely property, in great location close to the old town. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommed.

Stunning apartment, fantastic location and wonderful host.

Stunning apartment, well equipped and in a fabulous location with access the beautiful old town, shops, the beach and many restaurants. Beautiful pool situated in the courtyard. Fresh water and coffee available throughout.Host was lovely and give us some great tips. Highly recommended and will definitely be back next year.

Authentic Rethymno in a venetian appartment

Very beautiful appartments in the heart of Rethymno ! The host is wonderful and very charming. She gave us lots of tips on things to do/see around the town. Would come back without any hesitation!

The location was fantastic, just 3 blocks from a main entrance into old town and in walking distance from the beach!! A beautiful property and the host, Agapi, was SO sweet and helpful!

Relaxing.

Agapi was a great host. She very kindly changed our reservation dates a few days before as we had made a mix up. She even left a bottle of wine in the room for us to enjoy. The room was beautiful with a lovely balcony area. The location is perfect- very close to the port and the old town. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rethymno!

Pefect venue for exploring the old town. Such a pleasurable stay.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town in Crete. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. We loved being so close to the beautiful town and the church bells added to the romantic feel. I would recommend this accomadation to anyone.

Lovely decorated place in the heart of the town

The artistic touch on many elements of the hotel is amazing. The staff is very polite and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the resting area near the pool and pool itself is just a gem. It made our stay in Rethymno very pleasant and wanting to come back.

No possibility of parking , hotel is on a narrow street in the old town. So it is a bit painful to find the parking for the car. The room was facing the street, which was rather noisy as people and cars were passing by.

Very nice stay.

Wonderfully restaured house with a beautiful quiet courtyard and a small yet beautiful pool, which is perfect to relax. The owner is very friendly and helpful in giving advices. Conveniently located at the entrance of the Old Town.

The room we had was slightly too noisy. Those facing the courtyard are the best.
