Mas foi boa!

Die Matratzen sind etwas zu weich

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür

Der Müll wurde nicht aus dem Zimmer entfernt. Die Damen an der Rezeption gaben meine Beschwerde weite, aber die Putzfrau ignorierte dies. Nach ca. 8 Tagen wurde der Müll entsorgt.

Fernseher funktionierte nur bedingt, obwohl darauf hingewiesen wurde wurde er nicht repariert. Die Räder zum Heizung einstellen funktionierten auch nicht

Clean place, but very suboptimal staff and appliances.

Place was very clean and functional. Bathroom & kitchen had all amenities (except for fridge, cf. negative points). Location relative to city center was OK, although very close to a major road. Windows were soundproof and allowed light in.

Check-in instructions were confusing (the English and German versions differed substantially, one said to pick the key up in Neckarsulm, 5km away from the hotel, the other refered to a key box at the hotel). I called staff about this and was almost laughed at. The apartment had a strange smell and was very hot. A/C existed, but stopped working because of overheating after one hour. We had to let it cool down for > 3hrs to get another hour of cooling. Fridge stopped working during the first night. Called the reception about it who promised the send a handyman (it was a regular Friday work day) who never arrived. Called again twice, each time they promised to send someone, never showed up. Alternative apartment was not available (just single room) and we were not allowed to use only their fridge. Which was strange, as we were the only guests the entire time! This could have been handled much better, one reason why I book an apartment is that I want a functioning kitchen.

It's good

I had everything I needed in the room. The bathroom was in good condition. The bed is big and comfortable.

It was difficult to ventilate and had a strange smell. That was very unpleasant.

good location. room furniture funktional, but nice.

room was incredibly hot. linoleum floor. glass front door with a jalousie - but the latte did not fully cover the glass. so always when someone walked the outside corridor and the Light went on, it was too bright in the room. this disturbed my sleep. furniture already a bit too ruined, given for how new the location is. 6 Euros for the parking is a rip off. little parking available.

Clean but a bit uncomfortable

The apartment was ok and sort of clean mostly (the fridge had not been cleaned and had food bits in from previous guests). There is no staff on site. The "hotel" feels a lot like an odd US roadside motel, windows open to the hall and anyone can peek in. As a single woman staying there I did not feel comfortable.

great for 1-2 nights stay - even with kids.

great for a sleepower on the way to France (not far from the highway, but the area was calm and more or less quiet) but as well for a city tours - availability of bus connections to the city center

Motel feeling in Heilbronn

Spacious, good shower and toilet. Separate bed room for the kid. Ok value for money.

Choice of TV channels very limited and internet TV kept on loading so no use of having a TV set in every room.

Great accomodation and good value for money

Good location, close to the highway. LIDL is at walking distance. Spacious rooms, concieved for a proper and easy cleaning. Parking in front of the door.

Could do with a microwave oven - good for family trips.

Fabulous

The appartement for family was spacious, clean. We didn’t meet the staff but I had to call them because we couldn’t accès to the room. The personne we reached was very kind and helpful. The location was good, near the motorway, but too close to the Main Street.

The huge problem for us was the noise ... We had the appartement close to the main large street where there’s a lot of traffic. We couldn’t sleep at all.. we heard every single car. The other problem was the air-conditioning system which was so noisy that we had to turn it off. It was so hot that night that with the hot and the noise even my children couldn’t sleep.

A comfortable stop for those on the road.

Lots of room - two bedrooms and large kitchen with a large table. The apartment was rather quiet in spite of being the closest one to a busy noisy highway. A comfortable parking place just next to the entrance to the apartment. Close to the main thoroughfare exits - a good stay for those travelling by a car. A market in the vicinity. Clean (with the exception of a a beer bottle left by a customer in the fringe - as it had a half-opened cap I managed drop it on the floor and break. I cleaned the floor but the smell probably stayed - sorry).

I requested a quiet apartment but I got the one the was just few meters from a busy highway, Nr 1, the closest to the highway, while there were apartments available that were located further from the road. The apartment was rather quiet, so this is not a strong complain, however, I think the staff should give more consideration to the customer's preferences, especially it is possible to fulfil them and it does not cost anything. The ambiance is rather Spartan but OK.

Good

The location was good for me, because not far from the office. Quiet and comfortable for a business trip. Good design. 15 minutes walking ALDI and McFit are available. The gas station in 3 minutes.

No cleaning in my room for the whole week. Fire alarm in the kitchen triggered during morning breakfast cooking. Blinds on the front door let light through, it is annoying especially at night time.
