Angemessener Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal und Verbesserungspotential im Equipment

Das Hotel war von der Autobahn gut zu erreichen und man kommt von dort auch gut zum Bus oder zur Bahn. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal hat mir trotz meiner späten Ankunft geholfen, nachts um 1 gut ins Hotel zu kommen (vorausgeplant mit Schlüssel im Safe). Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.

Das Hotel ist nicht sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum, was ich aber in Kauf genommen habe. Leider war der Duschkopf nicht richtig zu fixieren (ich habe ein Gummiband verwendet). Das Hotel hat zwei Eingänge. Von der Hauptstraße kann man nur nach Check-In das Hotel betreten. Die Auszeichnung des Haupteingangs kann noch verbessert werden (Feedback wurde gern angenommen hierzu).

Everything we needed, clean, comfortable, shops nearby, nice to be able to have tea, coffee in the rooms and we were able to also get drink from the bar despite late check in

Superb

Nice room, free parking, pets allowed on a considerable extra fee. Staff was really helpful - we forgot our child's toilet seat when leaving the hotel, they kept it for us and we picked it up on our way back :) Burger King in the same building - you won't stay hungry ;)

clean and it had air conditioning which was vital in this hot weather.

even if the room was non smoking, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, ingrained in the room furniture. not very pleasant.

Comfortable and good value for money

The hotel is on a really busy road but I was given a room at the back and it was very quiet. Good safety standard, very friendly staff. As I was working on the Bildungscampus, it was approx. 2 kms walking distance away to the North Campus overpass and very easy to find. City center easily reached on foot. Ample car parking provided. Nice and uncomplicated eateries along the way, otherwise you can always duck into the Burger King right next door.

Distance between double bed and desk a bit on the narrow side. Perhaps the TV could be mounted on the wall, then the desk space would be satisfactory. Better to have an adjustable table lamp for the desk. However, this only matters if you settle down for a longer stay. For my two nights, everything was comfortable. Good size for a double room/ sgl occupancy.

Very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was expansive and very good and lots of fresh coffee. The beds were comfortable and it had free parking. Excellent.
