Das Hotel ist im Prinzip ok und der Check-Inn and Out ist meist einfach,

Die Lage und Preis / Leistung der Zimmer sind ok.

In meinem Fall, habe ich über einen Technikraum geschlafen, das störte schon sehr mit den wechselnden Geräuschen in der Nacht.

Zweckmäßig

Bodenhohe Fenster mit frei zugänglichen umlaufenden Balkon: um Privatsphäre zum Beispiel beim Umziehen zu haben müssen immer die Rollläden komplett geschlossen werden. Nachts bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist dadurch auch nicht möglich.

Wir kommen wieder !

Das Hotel ist klein, aber fein. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage nahe des Theaters und des Zentrums. Es war wunderbar, dass alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Die Zimmer klein, aber für eine Person ausreichend und komfortabel.

Wir haben nichts zu kritisieren. Alles hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Es war ok für 2 Nächte, aber vermutlich würden wir wegen der Lautstärke nachts nicht noch einmal dort buchen.

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem.

Die Lage direkt an der lauten Hauptstraße sollte direkt im Text erwähnt werden. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer gemietet: eines war alles prima, eines roch total verraucht und im dritten Zimmer stank es stark aus einem der Abflüsse im Bad.

Benutze Laken no go, ansonsten ok

Lage zentrumsnah Ausstattung ok, auf den ersten Blick alles sauber, Bad und Boden wirklich sauber, Bett s. u. Balkon schön wenn auch wegen strasse sehr laut

Aufgrund vieler schlechter Bewertungen hab ich mir sofort das Laken angeschaut, bevor ich das Zimmer bezogen habe. Hier fanden sich einige Haare auf dem Bett. Ich bin wieder zur Rezeption und habe nüchtern um Austausch des lakens gebeten und angeboten, es selber zu wechseln. Der Rezeptionist hat sofort ein frisches besorgt und mir gegeben. Ich hab das Laken selber abgezogen und neu bezogen, um sicher zu sein, dass ich ein frisches habe. Dieses war noch leicht feucht, wie übrigens die Bettwäsche auch, somit nicht wirklich ok aber frisch. Da ich die Übernachtung brauchte und gelesen hatte, dass man mit wenig Kulanz auf Beschwerden eingeht, war dies mein Weg, für eine angenehme Nacht zu sorgen. Das leicht feuchte Bettzeug konnte ich auf dem Balkon aufhängen. Hätte ich die Bewertung vorher gelesen, hätte ich nicht gebucht, da eigentlich ein no go. Der rest der Unterkunft war völlig in Ordnung, aber sowas geht trotzdem nicht.

Pleasant hotel experience

This hotel is easy to reach and not far from the city centre. It has all standard facilities available.

The Wifi connection was quite patchy in our room, but otherwise all was fine.

Good stay on a budget in Heilbronn

Everything was very clean. Nice view from the balcony. Good location close to the center.

There was no AC in the room. The other guests/people at the hotel were making us uncomfortable a few times.

Great stay, great location

Great staff, very helpful every time it was needed. Since the late time check-in with the machine not working until the check-out. Great location in Heilbronn (in walking distance from pretty much everywhere)

The fact that you have to climb stairs (no elevator) must be more explicit in advertising the hotel.

no staff persons who take care of your problems, we arrived at 22H and got door entrance card with an automatic distributor. ATM sales alcohol drinks, and a young girl cames asking us money to buy alcohol, seems adolescent, for sure we don't gave her. One hour later this girl yelled loudly at the gate of this gardless hotel, maybe she got harcelled by somebody . I am not making story, but it's just amazingly helpless. Bed is not large at all, but fairly comfortable. No air conditioner.

Pleasant

The staff at the front desk was nice. And I like how new the hotel was.

The shower room had bad design; its door was not able to close completely and there were gaps which made the water went everywhere in the floor. I used all my towels to clean up.

Frightening.

Cleanliness

No air conditioning so I was forced to leave the door to the balcony open. At 2:30 am a man climbed up from the street onto the balcony to my room. Fortunately, I heard a noise and saw him before he could enter the room. I reacted by shouting loudly for him to get down and leave and that I was calling the police. He disappeared soon afterwards but I was left shaken and scared. No one in the hotel came out of their room to help I called the hotel number but no one answered so I sent a message but I have heard nothing from them. As a lady traveling alone this situation had the potential to have been deadly.

Nice stay, great location. Not a good place to stay during the heatwave though!

Staff was really friendly and all the amenities were new and clean.

Because of the heatwave the room was really hot. The window shutters were broken and we were unable to open them up to really air the room. A ventilator was kindly provided but because of the noise and the heat we didn’t sleep very well.

Okay. unexceptional but good standard for price.

Classic functional good value hotel. clean and functional. good staff. easy check in. comfy bed. Good shower, lots of hot water.

Bit basic. No breakfast available. Balcony wraps around building so not private - people walk past the room window. Small bathroom.
