Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und stets bemühtes Personal! Preis Leistung war top. 2 Personen 4 Nächte mit Frühstück gesamt 190 Dollar. Infinity pool, rooftop bar, große Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, direkt am Meer gelegen.
Liegt ein paar km außerhalb des Zentrums von Nha Trang, deshalb auch ein wenig ruhiger. Trotzdem verschiedenen Lokalitäten direkt ums Eck.

We had a fantastic stay at Boton. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly staff that were very accommodating and helpful, especially Sarah. The room was even better than expected, the infinity pool was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our massages at the spa. The breakfast buffet was delicious and has a variety of options to choose from that changed daily. Although there was no beach directly in front of the hotel due to high tides in the morning, the shuttle service to a beach two minutes away was perfect. Beach lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas were provided at this beach. The front desk helped us book a motorbike to rent, transportation to the airport and accommodated our request for a late check out. Boton was situated in a quieter area. We appreciated being further away from the busyness of the main town, but recommend driving over to check it out.

The hotel was proactive in making our stay as good as possible even before we arrived by offering pickup from the airport and letting us know if we needed some restaurant reservations.
Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to a huge suite! I loved it, however, my partner doesn't like carpets hence why we are probably the first couple to decline an upgrade. :)
The original room had an amazing view and everything was perfect. They cleaned the room every day, even twice a day sometimes.
Amazing pool and pool bar area! with stunning views!
They also provided snacks which I recommend everyone either to eat and put the plate in the fridge or outside of the room.
The staff at the reception/front desk was always smiling and so helpful in anyway they could which was highly appreciated!
Breakfast was the best we had in the 3 different hotel we stayed.
Shot distance to a hiking destination!
Gym: Don't trust the pictures... I don't think that gym is being used much and it was super small. I would go and take GRAB/Taxi to another gym. I wouldn't even do a jog on the treadmill.
Snack/bug: Bugs love sweets and if you don't hide it they will come of course. I called the housekeeping they did not answer the phone so I ended up calling the front desk and sent the housekeeping to my room. I showed them the issue, and they said they would fix it. After waiting 10-15min... I thought there was some kind of misunderstanding... So I had to take the elevator down to the front desk where I found the housekeeping guy sitting on the sofa talking about something... taking his time... That was a bit irritating. If a customer of a hotel talks about bugs... they should rush to fix the issue. In the end, everything was resolved and we didn't see any bugs as long as we would put the snacks in the fridge or outside of the room.
Beach:10-15min walking distance to the beach area for the hotel. They offer shuttle every hour and it is possible to access the beach like across the streets of the hotel, however if you want to sunbath etc... u had to do the walk. Which can be little misleading in the picture they have provided.
Pool: Few sunbeds.

다른 5성급호텔에 비해서 가격도 쌰고 위치가 떨어져있어서 별로 기대를 안 했는데 생각보다 너무 괜찮았습니다. 가격에 대해서 부담을 가지시는 분들은 이 호텔 가격이 쌀때 이용을 하세요. 주변에 마사지샵 먹을거리. 카페가 있습니다. 바로 옆에 카페는 진짜 맛있으니 추천합니다. 그리고 wifi 속도가 빠릅니다. 편하게 업무랑 검색 및 유용하게 잘 썼습니다. 수영장은 크기가 작지만 수영하는데는 큰 어려움이 없습니다. 옆에 사우나가 있는데 여길 추천을 합니다. 몸이 개운합니다. 그리고 무척 청결합니다. 솔직히 아주 제 방을 깨끗하게 청소를 해서 고마웠습니다. 직원들은 제가 부탁을 하거나 그럴때 잘 들어줍니다. 친절한 직원분들 많이 있습니다. 5일동안 직원들이랑 많이 친해졌습니다. 음식들도 피자나 기타 시키는거는 맛있으니 추천합니다. 여기 마사지 진짜 잘합니다. 가격이 다른 시내보다 비싸지만 할 만한 가치가 있습니다. 꼭 이용하세요. 바로 앞에 바다로 들어갈수가 있는데 해변은 없지만 물은 깨끗합니다. 한국분들도 많이 계셨습니다. 다시 오면 머물 의사가 있습니다. 모든 직원분들께 감사의 말씀드립니다. 감사합니다.
로비에 있으면 덥습니다. 물론 베트남 현지분들 컨디션이나 기후 변화가 있지만 제가 봤을때 로비가 더우면 손님들이 오지 않습니다. 물론 에어컨을 틀때가 있는데 너무 더워요. 이 부분은 사람과 날씨에 따라서 조정을 했으면 좋겠습니다. 스카이라운지 꼭대기가 있는데 더워요. 유로 2024 보라고 홍보하는데 더워서 조용히 봤습니다. 사람들의 컨디션에 따라서 조절을 해주었으면 좋겠습니다. 하나 더 수영장 물이 약품이 독해요.. 비오고 나서는 괜찮아졌는데. 이 부분도 체크를 해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 개선할수 있는 부분이라서 큰 단점은 아닙니다. 오히려 좋은 추억이 있었습니다.

We had a good time at the hotel! Especially because of the warm welcome of the kind receptionist Sarah (Loan), thanks to her and the great service she provided to us! And also the daily dinner in the Guangdong Restaurant was very good. Linh and An were very attentive and took great care of us. Thank you!
We liked the free beach buggy service and the a big plus point is the room upgrade we received! We were very happy about that. The view is AMAZING!
The breakfast and dinner room were often hot and the air was stuffy. Also the same with the hallways to the rooms. At these times it didn't feel like 5 stars.

In general, my family's experience when staying at Boton Blue Hotel Nha Trang for the first time was very good and perfect. Eliminate objective factors such as the weather at the end of the year and everything is fine and good. The staff's attitude and service are very dedicated and professional. Maybe I will choose Boton Blue Nha Trang for my next trip to Nha Trang city.

the venue is quite far from the center of Nha Trang city so this hotel is peaceful. The hotel has entertainment that I like as rooftop bar and poker club. The staff are friendly and happy.

The hotel has an ocean view so it's an amazing view. I think the hotel has the best view in Nha Trang city. Food is so good, my bed is so soft and comfortable. The hotel's infinity pool is beautiful. You must try it. staff are friendly and serve professional.

The customer service was lovely, facilities (especially the pool) were beautiful, bit of a walk to the city centre - but was easy to access using grab/walking.
Upon check out, we were asked if we had taken a shirt (that I had purchased at the beginning of my trip, due to my luggage being missing). We noticed that a bathrobe was missing from the first day of check in (it was too hot to use anyway). To avoid issues like this happening in the future, when setting up the room - this should’ve been checked prior to us checking in.

Very comfortable room and nice pool. Breakfast was good too. The cook at the breakfast was super friendly. Early check-in was great!
Bell boy did not help us with carrying suitcases on and off the stairs. He also did not say anything. Recommendations from reception were poor. I asked for shopping streets and good places for food. The answer i got was ‘go to Lotte Mart, there is everything’.

The staff was friendly, breakfast were also good(Asian and western style). The room was clean as well.
We have chosen this accomodation because of the private beach, but we were dissapointed. We couldnt find any sign that particular part of the beach belongs to hotel and finaly we found staff, they were super rude, everyday showed us different sunbeds. Beach itself was dirty and staff was just sitting and talking instead of cleaning it. So we have to go to public beach by taxi, where conditions were better. Also, water in swimming pool was cold so two things why we have chosen this hotel, dissapointed us.

The location was excellent, we were meeting with our partners and the hotel wasn’t too far away from their office. Also the hotel had a nice view of the sea and was nice walking out and look at the view.
The hotel, was nothing special and I wouldn’t categorize it a 5 star hotel, maximum a four star hotel. The staff always mistaken our order when we had breakfast, not to mention we have to write down before hand what we want to eat and drink. The pool was too cold to swim in even though we came during the month of June.

Employees were very friendly, attentive and also helpful when it comes to organizing daytrips. A highlight for us was also the very nice pool-area located on the 5th floor with a wonderful view.
This hotel is not located in the center and due to this also a bit more quite, what we appreciated.
Right in front of the hotel there is a possibility to go for a swim in the sea, what I recommend early in the morning or in the evening. During the day if you like to stay on the beach you need to walk 1 kilometer, where also the hotel owned deckchairs are located and anyway a short walk is not really a disadvantage.

Most staff were really pleasant. The breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable and, despite what others have said, we weren't bothered by any noise from the street or from neighbouring rooms. A fine stay.
An impressive looking building from outside, once inside the views are severely obstructed by concrete walls and the balcony space is reduced by angled balustrades. The pool area only gets morning sun and is cold and dark after midday. One breakfast staff was extremely rude to us during our stay and the reception was unable to process a credit card payment on arrival so we had to go out to get cash.

I would recommend Boton Blue for anyone who travels Nha Trang. The hotel is beach front, not in the center so it has fewer people, which make things feel more relaxed. The swimming pool on the 7th floor has perfect water temperature, clean & excellent view, with an on-the-pool mini bar. And the jacuzzi & sauna are spacious, beautiful. The room is cozy. The staff are professional and hospitable!

We took a suite on the 24th floor and it was very nice, clean and with good 2 view sides (mountain and sea). We loved the suite and that was the best part of our stay. Sauna personnel and cleaning ladies were just great. Prices across hotel, restaurants and bar and very decent and even the minibar prices were surprisingly low.
When our car dropped us off in front of the hotel, we had to ask the person working as a valet if that is the same hotel and 5 stars. Entrance in front of the hotel is definitely not a 5 star look. Reception staff and check in process was not too friendly and was way to computerized to get good impression. Even when we had some request that needed some extra help from them, they weren't able to accommodate, so not reaching out at all to special requests. Breakfast was quite good and had enough options if you show up early. Staff on the other hand need much more training and both hospitality knowledge, friendliness and English ability (tried to ask few of them something, but no reply at all). They were also not restocking certain meals even though there was 40 min left until they stopped serving, same as many tables were missing on certain cutlery, salt, napkins, etc. so we had to get up and take from other tables. Pool was nice but no one actually swam in it as it was freezing cold water (no heaters in 5 star hotel?).

Some of hotel staff in reception don't speak english, it was impossible to communicate.
Room cleaning very bad, hairs of previous guest everywhere it seems they even don't vacuum clean once a week.

Too far from city and the hotel shuttle is too small to handle all guests.
The worst of worst is no sound proof at all, from 22nd floor you can hear everything from the street, barks of dogs, car horn, music from the street and talks from hallway etc.
Very tiny pool on 7th floor. Crazy expensive restaurants and spa.
The nearest beach is very dirty with dead rats.
