Only the view and the location are the best. Anything else, I'll recommend finding better hotels around offering great services with great reviews and feedback.
The staff were rude and helpless from Handy and also from Panorama.
I had water leaking from the roof in the bathroom when I messaged the agent to send someone to check it, no one came.
The housekeeping ladies were more helpful than the poor agent.
Just saw him multiple times wandering around and got nothing to do, instead of following up on customer's issues.
I asked for a receipt when I paid cash, they don't have that service giving receipts for the guests to confirm payment.
The balcony tiles cracked and can't step on them.
The bar fridge size in the room can't store anything in it except the free water bottles.
No safe in the room to keep any valuables.
Elevators there should have the patience to wait 15 mins to 30 mins to get one. Such a great plan to play cards or chess while you're waiting for it.
You'll receive a message that you're a great customer and offered a 10% discount on your next stay, please don't fall for that I stayed there back in August 2023 and was great when I went to claim that and showed the old booking they said no discounts
um, unfortunately, fake promises for a business to remain.
Rooms aren't isolated I could hear all the guests next door clear enough to join their conversations till 4 am, so no privacy.
My friend was staying in the same building with a different company (moonlight) and had no issues at all and a full-size fridge in his room with full kitchen utilities.
Well done and congratulations to Handy Panorama you've just lost a customer, keep it up.

Great location close to the beach and great pool and Gym nice and clean and modern room
When we arrived to check in they gave us the wrong room. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment with spa bath but they gave us a 1 room apartment with only one bed, even though we booked for 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 13) through booking. We were unable to get a refund and when we were offered a different room with two beds in they charged us an additional 600,000 dong even though it was their mistake! One of the girls at the front counter was extremely rude and didn’t really want to help at all. The manager on the front counter was nice. When we checked out they tried to charge us 100,000 dong for having a dirty towel which was outrageous, not sure why they would expect to get towels back clean? We were not allowed to leave and were late catching a mini bus but I refused to pay for the towel and eventually we were ok to leave, all very stressful which is a shame as the hotel and location as I said earlier were great.

ОГРОМНОЕ КОЛИЧЕСТВО ТАРАКАНОВ которые залезли даже к нам в чемоданы!!!! Из-за этого пришлось срочно выехать но хозяин даже не вернул нам деньги за период, который мы не жили в отеле, сказав что проблема улажена только потому они выбросили тараканов которые валялись уже на полу. В номере был ужасный запах из-за тех же тараканов и ужасно старая мебель, вообщем в Нья Чанге полно других мест намного лучше этого и за меньшие деньги.
Ресепшн отеля не за что не отвечает, так как сдают они апартаменты и у каждой группы номеров свой менеджер.
Бассейн на крыше отеля идет за отдельную плату в 100000 донг, за ключ берут депозит в 200000 донг.
В спортзале разваленные тренажеры, часть из них не работает (Элипс например). Но все это было бы ничего, если бы не насекомые…

Sometimes the front lobby and lifts can become busy as there as so many people staying in a large hotel. Gym is too small for the amount of people, and Pilates studio that is seldom used takes up a lot of gym area.

Check in took us 35 minutes to speak to somebody. It smelled a little like urine in the bathroom when we arrived. There was very loud guests in the other rooms

The room smelled liked pee. I let the one who was in charge know right on the first day but they wouldn’t change our room. They did change the bed sheets after I complain but the smell was still so bad. I rented for 5 nights but I left after 3 nights even we had to pay for a new hotel. They refused to refund 2 nights for us.
Warning for you: it’s such a busy place and elevators are nightmare. It’s always crowded. Be prepared to wait for a long time to check in and check out or just simply going up and down the elevators.

The view is beautiful and it is a great location. The room was clean and modern.
This is a private apartment not a room with the hotel, you cannot use hotel concierge help or services. You can use the gym and lower swimming pool but you cannot organise breakfast or leave baggage. We tried three times to try to organise breakfast with the hotel but they kept saying no we need to ask our host then we ask host and he says ask hotel. The owner does not answer messages once you have paid on the first night you check in. Our TV didn’t work and only one PowerPoint but the owner did not reply to request for assistance. We arrived late with our 3 children after a long flight delay and we had a knock at the door after midnight to collect our payment. No one had mentioned that this would happen beforehand so we would be prepared. It is very cheap so if cost is your most important consideration you may be happy with it. If we had a stay longer than 2 nights we would have left and found alternative accomodation.

We liked the view, the beds were comfy, but not really wide enough for two adults and one child, despite being advertised as being so. The separate pool on the roof was amazing, but paid separately $5 each. Kitchenette was handy.
The room smelt fusty and wasn’t very clean. I cleaned the surfaces on arrival and there was trash in the bin. Towels only for two people despite booking for three. As it’s a condo block with many different accommodation providers, there was a lack of concierge service and we were very late for dinner waiting for towels for ‘10 minutes’ that ended up being 40! No ‘do not disturb’ signs available.

Description was 2x king size beds but we got one queen & one king, when I addressed the issue at the reception, they claim I booked room with Handy Panorama but directly at the hotel (which is another issue with the transparency). I've attached a photo for the reference, I am 176 cm tall. Another time when I asked for the additional pillow, I was told to wait for a while as they want to check with the host first. Very bad coordination!
