View from room/balcony was great. The breakfast options were very good, the breakfast manager was brilliant, always checking on guests , on their needs, going out of his way to help.

The staff at reception could barely understand a word of English, they were mostly quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. There were no maps of the area available, we were not given basic information about the hotel, lift use, beach front use. The hours of the pools and beach closure were ridiculously early and the free pool looked like it was urine filled.

Closest to all food and amenities in the area. The Ocean View on the 27th floor is absolutely exceptional.

Just required some minor maintenance to shower rose off the wall, draws falling and not sliding, no security box available for valuables, needs extra hangers in bathroom and wardrobe. Apart from that. Excellent place for family.

Location is great, room was bigger then expected and the views were stunning.

Checking in was a nightmare. After receiving an email the previous days asking us what time will we be arriving. I responded by saying 12pm. We actually arrived at 1pm. After waiting patently in line as the check-in was very busy. I was about to be served and a group of 4 Vietnamese pushed in and proceeded to check in. The staff saw this and did absolutely nothing about it and continued with this groups check-in. When I finally managed to get to the desk a was abruptly informed that the room is not ready and I will have to wait. I tried explaining to this team member about the email I received about check-in to no avail. I then asked the person next to him and they made 1 phone call and like magic we had the key 5 minutes later. Secondly when we arrived at the underground car park my wife spoke in Vietnamese to the parking attendant that we were checking into the hotel and would need a 24 hour pass. When try to exit 2 hours latter we were told we only had a single entry pass and need to pay every time. After arguing for 15 minutes with this attendant nothing was resolved. And finally after purchasing tickets for the rooftop pool the employee who we bought the tickets from was walking us around to the lifts and another guest stopped her and asked her a question. She told us to wait here for a minute. Ok so 5 minutes later and no idea where she had gone I went back to the desk to enquire and here she was just sitting down having a chat with another employee. She had forgotten about us. I did not expect this type of service from a hotel like this. So when we returned to Nha Trang a few weeks later we did not book this hotel because of the staff here. Honestly it was a great room but the way we were treated by 3 different staff members was a big disappointment.

Good location and soundproofing. Comfy bed. Nice view and clean.

Towel is old. Shower gel is bad. No safety box. Breakfast was not good even looked good. Elevator was quite annoying

The only good thing about this hotel is the cleanness and the location, but I expect much more for a hotel that pretends to be high standards...

Here are the things that i didn't like: There are 2 pools, and to access the rooftop pool, you need to pay an extra fee each time you access it.. I find it not acceptable as a guest to pay an extra fee!!! The swimming pool on the 3rd floor is closed at 6 pm ... the bar is none existent... when you access at the restaurant which is at the 6th floor there is a small corner of the room which make bar... The breakfast has only Asian dishes, almost nothing regarding continental breakfast... The hotel is management by different property which makes it confusing when you check in... That hotel has a big potential but again this is managed by local and this is a failure... For this price you can find better such as the regalia gold 200m from there that meet all the criteria..

Room was spacious and clean. Great location with lots of things around. We were on the 33rd floor so didn't notice the noise from the streets, or from next door rooms or the hallways.

if you want a coastal beach view it’s a great place to stay

The view is amazing and the breakfast selection is extremely good. The bed was very comfortable . the English speaking check in lady does a great job in very challenging circumstances ie tired, non Vietnamese speaking, cranky tourists! great value for the view

the check in is a little chaotic but it eventually works. you definitely need to factor in time getting to and from your room to the lower floors, but if you weren’t so high up you wouldn’t have the amazing view. even though the room is comfortable there are a few thing’s missing ie no tea towel for drying in the small kitchenette, no tv channels (only YouTube), we had to ask for the towels and soap to be left after the room was cleaned, there was only one roll of toilet paper (it’s a long way down to the front desk to ask for more), no phone in the room and we didn’t want to use suggested messaging services.
