Really good holiday, very good clean hotel.

Room lovely. Plenty of sunloungers Food very good Staff pleasant and helpful

No coffee or cups in room. No drawers in room. Lacks shelf/storage space in bathroom Couldn't work air con and no instructions.

SuperB food and rooms

One of the best hotels we have been to by far! The best part is the food and the room. We had half board and stayed for a week the food buffe for breakfast and dinner could not be better! The chef was so accommodating and as we do not eat pork or drink alcohol he made sure we had options to eat and was always looking after us thank you Julio. The other staff in the kitchen was super kind as well thank you Susana and Lorraine. The reception staff was so kind and accommodating it was my mothers birthday and they helped us get an amazing room and welcomed us with as nice non alcoholic beverage, thank you Giada. The other receptionist Manuel was excellent as well great service thank you both for making our stay as comfortable as possible. Finally the room was so spacious, we had a double bed and a sofa bed in a separate room. The balcony had a nice view and the room temperature was perfect, the cleaning staff was super kind as well and accommodating. The pool, sauna and steam was very relaxing and good.

The sofa bed could have a better mattress for comfort. Drinks should be included in half board. The sauna and steam should always be on for easier access. More storage room for two people.

Breakfast was good and hotel close to the sea front

There was no entertainment on at the hotel. The main courses of bother lunch and dinner were quite repetitive so wouldn’t have liked to stay there for more then a couple of days.

Hotel was excellent .Staff both Manola and Lorraine and Christian were extremely helpful during our stay . Food was amazing and had excellent selection .

It was a lovely stay and I highly recommend Globales to everyone who's going to Cala Bona :)

The staff was excellent! (Especially, Chloe and Manuel :)) Very friendly, open and helpful people. The hotel is well-maintained, clean and spacious. Nicely decorated rooms with open spaces. Delicious breakfast served in the canteen with variety of fresh products. We really loved it and highly recommend Globales hotel and Cala Bona area! :)

Fantastic location, close to the beach

I booked for disabled wheel chair user the room and bath was very comfortable and suitable. nice and big, breakfast was buffe it was really nice! staff are so supportive and kind. Excellent location! I will book a room with them again.

Food could have been better, lovely fruit and salad but got food not too good. Social distancing not too good in restaurant, no temperature check or insistence on sanitizer

A fab holiday

The hotel and staff were lovely and friendly the breakfast was really nice everything you needed lovely location near to shops and restaurants and beach .

We traveled 19th of July while we were there there was a group of people who played loud music all day every day so we had to go in the beach to get some peace as nobody said anything to them which was a bit annoying

Transferred to Globales America

We were transferred to Globales America as after our booking we were informed the suites would be closing for the season. Globales America was a wonderful hotel, very clean and the room spacious and comfortable.

The food was okay- but after a couple of days I was looking forward to having something else.
