Agradável, boa relação preço/qualidade!

Bem localizado, bom para estadias curtas. Para mais longas precisaria de máquina de lavar roupa. Espaçoso, boa mesa e cadeiras para refeições em família!

Climatização "estranha". Água do banho só aqueceu no último dia (nos 2 primeiros estava morna). Máquina de café não funciona (apesar de ter aspecto de nova). Portas exteriores deviam ser opacas, deixam entrar luz mesmo com persianas corridas.

Amei tudo sem exceção, quarto impecável

Estacionar pois algumas pessoas não pensaram nos outros hóspedes , as obras nas proximidades

Desafortunadas noches

Apartamento limpio, bien equipado ,habitaciones amplias con dos cuartos de baño completo.

La cafetera no funciona bien, el wifi no se conectaba, se lo dije al responsable y todavía estoy esperando que me conteste. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que en el apartamento de abajo había un grupo de jóvenes que estuvieron de fiesta hasta la madrugada las dos noches y no pudimos pegar ojo.

Buena relación calidad-precio.

Es una casa agradable y luminosa, se nota que está renovada a fondo (la decoración de los baños en particular es preciosa) y además estaba limpia. TV en todas las habitaciones. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Cuando entramos había un fortísimo olor a limón artificial, de algún producto de limpieza o ambientador, que resultaba molesto. Afortunadamente, al segundo día ya se había disipado. Recomendaría que sean más cautos con el uso de este producto. Algunos fallos de mantenimiento. No funcionaba la cafetera. Todas las lámparas del salón estaban estropeadas menos una, la principal, que daba una luz muy blanca, potente y estridente, y no creaba un ambiente acogedor. El sofá cama del salón se veía cascado y no resultaba muy cómodo para sentarse.

Estadia acolhedora e muito bem passada.

A casa está muito bem localizada e faz-se tudo facilmente a pé. A casa está bem cuidada, limpa, acolhedora, bem decorada e tinha todos os utensílios necessários. Foram uns queridos e deixaram-nos cápsulas de café e um late check out.

Não houve nada que não gostasse especificamente. Pessoalmente fez-me falta uma torradeira e o sofá, como é daqueles que estica e faz cama, é bom para quem leva crianças que ali durmam por exemplo mas, para quem está só sentado algum tempo,não é o mais confortável.

Do tamanho, localização e comodidades da casa

A casa é bastante húmida e, quando chegamos, estava cheia de moscas. Tinha mais de 30 moscas dentro de casa. Pela minha experiência (whatsapp), a Inês Carvalho não prima pela simpatia nem pela eficiência.

Nice place for visiting Obidus

Location is great, 5 minutes from the old town.

Few things could have been better like the shower head hanger at the main bathroom, the sink in the master bedroom is not working well, the sofa is very not comfortable

I could drive up to the house (but difficult to turn around)

Partial power failure at check in. Sofa extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Noisy (work going on outside). Size of apartment a bit small. Hot plate difficult to figure out. Confusing buttons. Only 3 coffee capsules were provided.

Highly recommend this wonderful apartment

We liked everything about this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Communication from the owner was always prompt. The location, a few minutes walk uphill to the walled town, suited us perfectly. We enjoyed being in such a peaceful location.

Dream away in Obidos

We had a fantastic time in Obidos with two families. The cottage was great. We rented the downstairs and upstairs apartment. Each family had its place and together we had a terrace. The house is located in an incredibly quiet street on the edge of the village and between fields. You can do everything on foot, but the area around Obidos is mountainous, nothing is flat.

Great tiny house by the castle of Óbidos

We rented the 1 bedroom apartment which was perfect for 2 people space wise. The location is nice with many trees around the house so you don’t see the roads nearby and the distance from the property to the castle walls +/-10 mins walk away (depending how fast you walk up hill or down hill).

This property is very nice but not recommended for people with mobility issues, on the exterior access to it there are steps and part of the pavement is not even. I saw people struggling to move their bags with wheels.

Very uncomfortable stay, decided to leave earlier because of humidity, bad smell and flies

It was pretty close to the city center of Obidos. The beds were quite comfortable

First of all the check in instructions came very late, close to the check-in time. You have to download an app and sign in etc., which is very inconvenient if you get the information so late and you do not find wifi that quickly / have limited data. Then it smelled very mouldy and not like a place it is healthy to be in several days. The apartment is an improvised house (probably was a storage room earlier). When you open the door / a window, so many flies come in (you can just solve that by adding fly nets!) Then it was super humid, which led to humid bedsheets and a very bad first night together with flies and smell. To round that up, we had to take cold showers, as the hot water did not work. We decided to shorten our two-night stay and take off a night earlier, because it was unbearable. We contacted the owner afterwards and kindly asked him to refund us the second night (we wanted to check if we could maybe find a compromise) but he reacted very unprofessional and impulsive. Due to the price and what you get for it, we would definitely not recommend to stay at the smaller apartment (can not say anything about the bigger apartments).

Very nice apartment in separate small building in garden. Nicely decorated, spacious. 10 minute walk to the town.
