Prima Lage am Rand der Altstadt

Prima Lage, nur einen Katzensprung vom Ulmer Münster und der Altstadt entfernt. Gutes Frühstück (bis auf die Wurst). Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Zwischentür Treppenhaus/Flur fällt laut zu (an den Zettel "bitte leise schließen" hält sich niemand).

Ulm heeft een heel gezellig centrum met leuke kroegjes, terassen, restaurants en mooie gebouwen.

Het ontbijt was prima, alles aanwezig wat je verwacht voor een ontbijt.

Meer geluidsoverlast van de treinen dan we vooraf hadden gedacht. We hadden het kunnen weten: namelijk oordoppn waren reeds in de slaapkamer op het kussen gelegd. Het raam sluiten doet ook wonderen. .

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Das Frühstück war nicht so dolle und an der Einrichtung muss weiter gearbeitet werden. Aber sie sind auf einem guten Weg und für eine Zwischenübernachtung ist es ausreichend.

Ich fand das Hotel gut.

Ich hab mich wohl gefühlt, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt in den Nähe von Bahnschienen und dadurch war es nicht so leise.

Idéal pour un court séjour

L’emplacement Places de parking devant l’hôtel Petit dej très copieux et diversifié.

La voie de chemin de fer à proximité même si l’hôtel propose gentiment des bouchons d’oreilles sur les tables de nuit!

Personal customer service

The customer service on arrival was beyond what I expected! The staff member who checked us in was incredibly polite and attentive. The service was on par with an exclusive expensive hotel! Location and parking also good.

No air-conditioner or fan in bedrooms.

the owner really tried, I even got a free beer. Breakfast was good too and famous places in easy walking distance

The position is perfect, you can reach the center of Ulm in a 10 minutes walk. The staff has been very kind and welcoming. Parking near the hotel was free and so useful for the luggages.

The room was quite small but cozy overall. The bathroom didn’t have any windows and the ventilating system seemed quite slow.

The room and the bed

All communication with the hotel was in German. We found the restaurant closed on the day we arrived which was not something we expected. Parking is difficult at this hotel. If you arrive early you will get a place otherwise it is difficult to park.
