Overall a good experience.

My room was clean and spacious for one person. The bathroom was also clean. I booked my room on the evening for the same night, and was able to check in at 20:00, you can choose your check in time. I liked that there was still a person at the reception.

There could be a small bottle of water in the room. It's the little things that make the difference.

Overall nice

Nice facilities, very friendly stuff. The receptionist agreed to wait half an hour longer to check us in .

No check-in flexibility. When we tried to ask to arrive a bit later, we were told we would have to send our credit card information via email, which worried us because we were not provided with a safe link with a third party provider.

Shocking customer service in restaurant. AVOID !

Great car park.

The receptionist was brilliant. However the one guy running the bar and restaurant area was one of the rudest people I have ever met. He was rude and shouted at everyone that tried to engage with him. I’d guess he was under a lot of pressure as he seemed to be the only staff member in the restaurant/bar area. He spoiled our stay at the Orange Hotel. There isn’t any A/C at the hotel, which was a problem in the 34 degrees heat this summer.

Very good

It was a good location, because our main purpose was a basketball game, and the venue was nearby. Clean room, good breakfast.

It was a small room, but for a short stay it worth it.

Disappointing

Upon arrival I had to wait for 2 h and I was asked to make new contract to stay in the hotel. I was charged extra money for cleaning and deposit money which were not mentioned in the booking.com. Water and electricity facilities were poor. Frequent problem occurs in toilet flush. I am so disappointed. Had very bad experience.

Very welcoming.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Also the staff in the restaurant were great. Rooms simple but clean and comfortable.

Noise from outside and only very big pillows. Also it would have been good to have a safe in the room.

No sleep but bad smell

Nice room

Temperature adjustment / ventilation did not work. No fridge in the room. People are smoking all around the hotel, so even if it is no smoking rooms it stinks from tobacco everywhere inside the hotel. Many of the guests are very noisy, sitting at outdoor areas and shouting, talking loudly, playing music and so on most of the night. As there is no reception after 22:00 there is no one to address this behavior. Very early morning others get up and walk around very noisily. The resultat was that I hardly slept at all, which was the sole purpose of my stay as I had 12 hours of driving ahead of me. I will never stay at this hotel again and if you want to get any sleep you should avoid it too!

Overall everything was very nice

We were 3 in the same room and the the curtains were not able to complete cover the windows so one of the beds was receiving sun in the very early morning

Disastrous..

Nothing.. It was a real disaster

The price was so high compared to other hotels nearby during the period we stayed there. There was no air condition and the weather was so hot. There is no phone in the room. There are no window shutters only curtains that didn't save us from the hot sun at mid day. The towels were less every day and we were out of soap in the bathroom in the last day The noises from the Restaurant was very loud every night till three in the morning and that was not on weekends. The people used to stay in the parking lot after they leave the restaurant and no one cared. The internet was very poor. No room service. The price did not justify the services or the room itself.

Pleasant

Very tasty breakfast. Clean room. Near the city centre.

We were 2 person, but our room had only 1,5 bed (obviously I have this type of room only for 1 person here). Bed was not only smaller for 2 adult, but also really noisy when you moved at night.
