Would recommend to my friends n relatives to stay at this hotel

The room is good size n clean n love the robe n house slippers n the extras. Location is good especially now they have the MRT station to just go across to Marine Parade. Good guys the concierges who help me to find a box so I could bring those four packets of fish skins n help me to seal n find a robe to tie my box. Breakfast good selection fruits n food.

Would have love the shower head not to be fixed on the wall but the flexible one with handle.

Excellent n so central to shopping area n transportation too.

The air con is good n cleanness n love it when there is a pair of house slippers n not sure if you had bathrobe. Coffee facilities r good but fresh milk for coffee would be better instead of creamer in a form of powder n in a satchels.

It is the creamer in a satchel for morning coffee a small packet of fresh milk would be better.

Wonderful, would definately stay again!

Overall the hotel far exceeded my expectations, lovely room, pool was amazing and location really convenient. I had a wonderful stay!

The breakfast, even during quieter periods some parts of the buffet were often empty and there was along wait for refill.

Easily accessible, convenient location near metro. Plenty of eating options in the area.

Rooms are reasonably sized. Very close to Metro station Marine Parase on East Cost Line (TE). Water-dispensers available, a glass bottle in room would have made it sweeter. Bathrooms , fresh towels all very good.

Did not use the breakfast, as 25 Euros breakfast where lunch costs 10Euros did not make sense to me!! A lot of options are available for breakfast in the neighborhood. Check-in took way too long, I waited 20minutes+. This may be a problem of just one staff. Some other guest wanted to jump queue, which did not help.

Disappointed

Near to Changi Airport

Hotel is pretty old and all the furnishings are worn out. For Grand Mercure Hotel, the standards are disappointing.

Superaufenthalt mit äusserst zuvorkommenden Gastgebern

Die Grösse des Zimmers, die bequemen Betten, der Pool und das überaus freundliche Personal - Rezeption, Concierge, Roomcleaning

Das Hotel ist schon ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen, der Putz blätterte von den Fenstern, die Dusche war eine Zumutung, man musste ewig auf den Aufzug warten und im Hotel und in den Zimmern (trotz ausgeschalteter A/C)war es eiskalt.

Great for an overnight stay

Located on the edge of Singapore City, nice and quiet, only 15 mins from the airport by taxi Staff were very helpful, and courteous. Surrounding area contains many shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very good. On site swimming pool was fantastic after a long flight.

There was no seperate bar area on site where you could relax with some drinks.

Excellent comfortable stay with helpful pleasant staff - with a personal touch

Clean & comfortable hotel . Staff excellent & very helpful - reception, concierge, porters & room service . Had note from 'Ruby' stating room cleaned (& yes was cleaned thoroughly everyday) ,. The best was of course, returning late at the end of a hectic day, tired, to find a large slice of great tasting cheese cake stating ' Happy birthday ' for my son .

Slightly away from the main centre but that was known - not too inconvenient though since GRAB or Taxi (or even public transport ) can be used - for a family of 4 came out not expensive . MRT line is being built & will be even more accessible . Of course , because of the location much cheaper stay in comfort

Superb

The bed was comfortable, everyday shower soak in bath tub and the pomelo soap was wonderful nice scent smell, nice sea view when sitting down enjoys coffee & drinks. Swimming pool was nice too.

Tv was a bit small when sitting on big comfortable bed. There's no netflix or YouTube. The hand soap was place far away from basin

Overall, our stay was good and comfortable.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast food is great.

A little inconvenient due to the current construction on the road. It’s hard to go to the mall across the hotel.

Comfortable well sized rooms, clean, good staff, great food options nearby including hawker across the road, buses easily accessible

Metro is quite far away, though taxis and buses plentiful. Metro being constructed right in front of the hotel will be great.

I felt safe, comfortable and looked after as a 70+ woman on her own. I would stay there again.

My room was very good, . The location was good. I didn't have the breakfast. The security staff were extremely helpful and non-judgmental when I thought I had lost my money. The reception staff and concierge were lovely. i enjoyed the pool and its surrounds.

The wave cafe had helpful friendly staff and the cakes were good. I had the Chicken Satay kebabs which were not good - the meat was tough and dry and the sauce was not mixed together.
