About this house rental
Cairn is our new, absolutely perfect, luxurious, rental home at Tetherow in Bend, Oregon. If you're expecting only the best, then this house will not disappoint. This 5 bed, 5 Bath, super modern home has plenty of room for the whole family. Situated among elegant and earthy surroundings, you are only a ten minute drive to downtown Bend, and 20 minutes to Mt Bachelor Resort. Enjoy Central Oregon's clear, starry nights in the private hot tub, or around the fire pit on the back patio.

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Love the layout and worked so perfectly for me and my family. Kitchen had everything you would have at your own home! So well equipped!!

There were tings that were wrong with the house. The hot tub was filthy had not been cleaned for a long time oven was not working garbage disposal not working. Now the good part the host jumped on all the problems and hade them fixed the next day very responsive we did lose two days of hottub but we loved the place. Also the heat in master suite did not work that got fixed also

Had a great stay at this house. It's right on the Tetherow Resort property along with the other homes being rented out directly by the Resort. As expected, there is then no access to the Resort amenities but we never found this to be a disadvantage since everything we needed was right at the house. The homes was comfortable, and exactly as described. Great stay!

Our overall stay was amazing and we loved the house. It was perfect for our family and very spacious. It was great for large gatherings and very comfortable. The neighborhood was great, an easy walk to "The Row" restaurant @ the club house. Fantastic food and great service. The only mishap we had was finding the lock box.

We love the Tetherow properties and had stayed on the same street previously. This unit was great, with furnishings that were a bright punch of happiness! We particularly loved the dining table and chairs, which were delightful and comfortable. The house was spotless, and the Arrived team was very responsive. The kitchen was also fully stocked with great knives (very unusual in rentals), tons of small kitchen appliances like blenders and food processors, and excellent mixing/serving bowls. That was huge! Our only minor complaint was that the pantry was locked, so we needed to store our colossal grocery purchases in their bags in the very convenient small room off the kitchen. Arrived has offered to fix that problem if we return, so they get points. Overall, it was a fantastic stay - you can't go wrong with it.

The house was beautiful. Great space for large groups with each bedroom having their own bathroom. Lots of extra towels and linens available. Great outdoor space. We would have loved to give a 5 star review but the hot tub was not clean. It didn't have any chemicals in the floating disc and had a horrible smell. The out door fire place did not work because the gas wasn't turned on. We messaged several times to see if we could get these things addressed but that never happened. We were given a very minimal refund that definitely didn't make up for the inconvenience of not having use of the hot tub and fire pit. Great house if you don't want to use those features.

We had a great experience and the house was very spacious for our large family. The kitchen was well equipped and had spices, coffee and tea available. The furniture was comfy and the decor was fun, we were celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and had plenty of room for several impromptu dance parties!! The location was easy to get downtown but on the edge of town and the deck had a partial view of the mountains. The only downside were the pans in the kitchen are at the end of their lifespan and the locks on the house are a little challenging, so don’t wait to try and lock the house for the first time as your Uber driver is three minutes away!!! So if you love lots of windows, room and light this house is perfect for you!!

This house was perfect for 4 couples! There was enough space for everyone, we were able to get together in one area as well as spread out and have some privacy. The kitchen had all the tools you could think of! Definitely recommend staying here.

We were switched into this property from our original choice, where we expected to accommodate a party of 12 (plus one child, whom we planned to have sleep on a sofa). Because this property has beds for just 10, 2 of our party had to go to a hotel. We had asked the rental manager before our arrival for a cot or air mattress for the child, but we received no follow-up, and no extra mattress or cot appeared.
My wife and I were the two displaced members of our party. We noticed that the others were parking in the driveway, not using the garage, but we did not realize until after our rental ended that no one had seen or used the garage remote. It remains missing; none of our party reports having it or seeing it.
My wife and I have limited mobility; if we had stayed at this property, we would have found it difficult to negotiate the stairs to the upper floor kitchen/LR/DR. While we did not report that when making our reservation, we also were not informed that the layout required navigating stairs.
Despite these issues, we thought this was a nice facility, well furnished, well maintained, with responsive but mixed management. (Case in point: We asked for the hot tub to be heated during our stay - and we were charged for that by the day. Our party found that the water was cold the day we arrived and remained so the next morning. When we reported the problem, it was soon corrected - but to my knowledge we have not received a rebate for the days the heat was off.)

Beautiful home that fit our entire family very nicely.
Excellent property. One small issue - The oven would not work, no big deal, but it does need fixed. Maintenance was called, came over, but we both could not get it working. Thank you!

House was nice and great space. Main issue was we had a couple people that are sensitive to animal/dog hair. They had to take inhalers multiple times as the dog hair from previous renters aggravated their asthma. Animal hair on couch and rug in main living area.

The only complain my we had was the internet was terrible! Horribly slow and almost unusable. The house was fantastic though and the service was very responsive to all of our needs.

Perfect for our group
This home was perfect for our group. It's much bigger than it looks in the photos. It was very clean and well stocked. Unfortunately the hot was more like a warm bath at most and with the cool weather it made it to cold to use for very long. There are a few minor maintenance issue but over all it was really nice place. We will be back

This house was the perfect size for our family, all in town for a wedding. We had 8 adults so it was nice to have a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. House was in a very nice community, walking distance to restaurants. Bed were comfortable and the house was very clean. All in all, a great stay!

We would stay here again, but would love the hot tub to be cleaned and enough towels and sheets.

The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, and utensils. The bathrooms are up-to-date and clean. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the dual air conditioners work really well to keep stable temps. There are many nice additions including the wonderful smelling hand soap, high end small appliances, and very tasteful decorating that made it all feel special. It was an incredibly hot week, so it was disappointing when we realized we could not use the pools as resort amenities are not included and the owners pool is off limits. (Normally would not have been an issue.) The weather also left us longing for a functional ice machine. There are a few tricks to things that could be better explained, like how to lock the doors (pull the handle up) and use the fire pit. We would also have welcomed additional lounge seating on the deck, which is a beautiful place to sit and read the paper or look at the stars. Overall, we had a great stay in this lovely home and highly recommend it!

Great house in a great location, close to downtown and on the Tetherow property. It slept 10 relatively comfortably - had to share a few beds. Wouldn’t recommend it for groups larger than 10.
