Was good but would not stay again due to the noise

Location was great and rooms clean. Spa was great

You could hear everything going on in the room they were not soundproof at all and unfortunately we had noisy other guests

The stairs to the back rooms should be lifts put in to all room areas Wifi is crap kept going in n out & sometimes couldn't get it at all Food only ok Did see rats on the premises several times

Great experience and will stay again

As a solo traveller I felt very safe staying at Febris Hotel and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was not included with my room but it was only $6.50 each morning and they catered for my vegetarian requirements. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy with great large pillows. I stayed in a Superior Ground Floor room near the pool and it was so worth the extra $10 per night. I had two sessions at Febris Spa and both were fantastic experiences. The transport hut at the front was great and I had two days out using the driver, Nyoman, who was so lovely and also helped me cross the road several times during my stay. I also found you can cut through Discovery Shopping Mall to get to the beach rather than walking the long way around. I highly recommend Febris Hotel and will stay again.

Overall good experience

Great ambience, clean rooms and toilets.

The location is a bit crowded, but good accessibility to shops and markets. Expected some study table and more power sockets.

Enjoyable and would recommend it to friends

Breakfast selection v/good.Location pleasant and cost reasonable.

No hot water at basin.Had to boil kettle,which was exceptionally slow.

Beautiful as always

Great location, well priced, quiet and comfortable rooms. The spa is absolutely amazing, but so popular now you must book in advance

Could do with more shade around pool as only two umbrellas and the trees only provide partial shade. Also could be more generous with pool towels to allow two each

Perfect location in Kuta

We liked the location a lot. Very close to the airport, so a good stop for 1 or two nights at the start or end of your stay in Bali. You are so close to shops, eateries, beach and 2 shopping malls. Easy to get a taxi or grab.

The pool area looked not very clean and the dining area was very dark.

The location is excellent. The breakfast was a plated breakfast. Was OK. Though a buffet breakfast would have been preferable. There is a mini mart, a spa and a wine shop right next door. That was so convenient

I did not realise when booking through booking.com that the standard rooms do not have elevator access. Climbing the stairs to the room took away some pleasure of being there

Asian Road Trip

Everyone at the front desk were VERY helpful and friendly. Smooth check in. Large King bed with nice balcony. Very clean room and room service. Can walk to all the good restaurants. Loved the location, Very quiet and central location. Close to the airport, taxi cost between $7.00- $10.00 USD. Very cold A/C, very good.

Very short supply on electrical outlets. Wifi was good for the first two days, after that it kept kicking me off. No elevator.

Meals require a new menu where the dishes are tasty, hot and value for dollar.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful

Meals were very ordinary. I put in a complaint for a dinner 4 of us had one evening. We all ordered the same dish, namely honey and soy chicken (4 dinners). Less than acceptable- no soy or honey, dried out end of the day chicken - completely inedible. We had to put them in the bin - disgusting meal. I put in a complaint and never received as much as a phone call, very disappointing! 2nd last night 4 in our group dined at your restaurant and all meals were not even Luke warm but cold. This is unacceptable.

Definitely would stay again.

Lovely clean pool. Excellent spa. Family room with 3 beds including 1 large double. Value for money. Quiet though on main road. Restaurant on site.

Leaking on shower taps (when in use) meant bathroom floor got quite wet. Room wasn't completely dark at night due to lights around the property but it didn't bother anyone else.

Love Febris, it’s staff and clean rooms. Love love love the food here!

Good value for money. A week stay in a lovely run motel. Very clean. Lovely staff that are helpful. Close to airport. Lots of eating and shopping nearby which is awesome … have stayed with kids before and it is also good place for them. Best satay skewers ❤️ good prices on food and drink for people staying or not. Awesome massage and spa here.

Minor issue with drainage in shower. Managed fine.

Value for money with great SPA

I really like the location and the pools. Also that the Spa is attached to the Febris. It’s value for money and only a short run from airport.

Breakfast isn’t as good as it was last few years. If you are doing activities breakfast should start at 7am to give you chance to eat before sightseeing and activities. Also having a cooked breakfast was better in hot plates like it used to be

Value for money of you don't need internet

The location is good if you want to be in Kuta near the airport. It is value for money and the staff are very friendly.

The internet was so bad it was almost unusable. It meant we couldn't stay. The design is pretty disjointed although you get what you pay for.

A great place to lay your head after 18hrs of flying.

Clean, air cond, nice pool and kids area, lovely staff. Breakfast was VERY delicious too!

Wifi was terrible. Otherwise a great place to lay your head after 18hrs of flying.
