There are othe options at this price range

Nice pool

Check in at 3pm, later than other hotels (1-2pm). Didn't have a towel in the room upon check in, staff said their laundry was coming in late. Poor soundproofing, you can hear people outside and in the room next to yours.

Very nice holiday and superb hotels to stay

Breakfast very nice, swimming pool is clean and big, room is also big and nice.. services are good.. Check in is very fast and all the staff are helpfull... Good hotel to stay.. Two thumbs up

Got problem on the google map for advising route to hotel, it takes us throught small road and sometimes get blocked and have to take another route..

Complete rubbish not happy

The bathroom had a consistent smell of sewage was disgusting made me nearly spew washing my teeth Will definitely not be staying again with swiss bell not happy at all Breakfast was dirty did not see them change the tongs at all. Room keys failed multiple times Noisy rooms.

Dobra opcja na pierwszą noc po podróży

Dobre miejsce do spędzenia pierwszej nocy po locie. Bardzo fajny basen, wygodne łóżka i bardzo czysto. Bardzo duży i smaczny wybór na śniadaniu.

Miejscami widać, że hotel ma już kilka lat. Jednak na warunki azjatyckie jest naprawdę dobry.

Bonne récupération après un long vol

Cet hôtel de bon confort est très pratique pour les arrivées tardives à l'aéroport international. La réception est toujours ouverte et leur service de transport est très bien.

C'est une grande structure, donc il y a beaucoup de touristes et le petit-déjeuner est un peu bruyant. C'est normal vu la proximité de l'aéroport mais il ne faut pas rester là tout le séjour !

Détente dans un magnifique cadre

literie confortable, chambre propre et spacieuse, excellent petit déjeuner varié, cadre magnifique avec la piscine, lieu très agréable, personnel très sympathique et prêt à rendre service, à proximité de l'aéroport j'ai pu admirer des avions décoller depuis le balcon de la chambre

on entend les bruits dans le couloir, nous avons eu une chambre qui donne sur une cour avec un coq qui chante dès 3h du matin

Terrible the pillows where too high and it made me have neck pain. The staff took very long to give me a key to my room. But the key didn’t work 2 times so it is the worst hotel in Bali.

Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec beaucoup de choix.

Parking ayant l’air abandonné. Nous nous sommes garés sur le côté de l’hôtel.

Affordable and good service

Very nice, pretty closed to the airport and surrounding alot local food and also nice buffet for breakfast. Overall, with the price and what they have its an amazing. Really recommended, 🙏

It’s was comfortable

The facilities were very nice..especially the pool

The only thing which bothered us was that there was no communication between the staff..they kept bothering us for the payment even though the dues were cleared as they did not communicate with each other which was very embarrassing and annoying

Short stopover

Buffet breakfast with varieties choice for you to choose. Room was clean and comfort,

I don't like the front desk staff in handling the check in and check out process. They need send for further training.

Comfortable over night once the noises died down.

Close to airport. Close to things around and vehicle rentals.

Glass windows were thin and could hear everything outside. If it was just cars/bikes and emergency vehicles it’s still ok, but a facility close by had some religious ceremony till 11 pm and our kids found it hard to sleep with the noise.

الفندق نظيف جدا وممتاز والمرافق والديكور حلو وبركة السباحة حلوه ف وسط الفندق تعمل فيو حلو

مشكلة الوحيدة انه بعد المصعد من الغرف ممرات طويلة جدا تتعب الين توصل الغرفة والمشكلة الثانية بعده من الشاطئ

Great hotel, great location, great staff.

Beautiful hotel, very convenient to get to airport and nice location around lots of restaurants. We were greeted by a very nice driver called Mr. Buddha. He was very helpful and helped us sort our money transfers and other arrangements for a smooth stay. All the staff were great and will definitely stay here again when using the airport.

a lovely stay, but a bit out of the way from all the activity

Everything was good, food in abundance and tasty.

It was very warm in the dining area with limited fans. Sadly one of the guests moved the fan just for herself and i had to speak to the Manager to sort it out which they didn't.

Value for money for a central Kuta city stay.

Conveniently located, 10-15 mins from discovery mall. East access to other city location. Close to the airport. Staff was amazing, very friendly and courteous. Cleanliness was well taken care of. Breakfast was good.

Very good

Breakfast was good and the staff were very understanding of a mishap on my part and came up with a solution that was satisfiable for all parties.

The rooms were close but would have preferred it to be closer. Also requested a queen size bed for one room but was not accepted which was a little disappointing.

Yhden yön stopover pitkän lennon jälkeen.

Siisti hotelli, komea allasalue sisäpihalla. Sijainti hyvä lentokentän läheisyydessä.

Ravintolapalvelut suljettiin liian aikaisin. Ruokaa ja juomaa ei ollut kaikkea saatavilla edes huonepalvelusta.

Overall good stay and nice momories.

Near from the international airport, Reception ambience was good, Breakfast also good, Pleasing staff.

Room lobby and lift was not upto the expectation. Drinking water supply through outside filling point was not convenient and drinking water bottle charges was too high compare to outside supermarket.
