Budget friendly.

Great location, has all the essentials. Great for the budget and met my expectations of a secure, affordable and clean room with the essentials. No frills. The staff were really great. Very welcoming and accomodating.

It is very noisey. I did expect this reading the reviews and given the price point. I took along some earplugs and to be honest, I had one of the most restful night's sleep there.

Le parfait pied-à-terre à Kuta

Un hôtel propre et bien entretenu, à l’abri de l’agitation permanente de Kuta. L’équipe est géniale très souriante et serviable. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Il y a quantité de restaurants et commerces aux alentours.

Les rues alentours sont un peu bruyantes. Les chambres les plus sont exposés, bien que bien isolées, pâtissent de la circulation.

Camera di buone dimensioni tranne il bagno che è piccolo ma sufficiente per un paio di notti. Noi abbiamo alloggiato al primo piano e la camera era silenziosa. Location ottima per quanto riguarda ristoranti e negozi.

Qualche mobilio usurato che sarebbe da sostituire.

rooms were cleaned every day; fresh water provided daily; tea and coffee facilities in room; refrigerator; availability of a very cheap breakfast; excellent location; the best staff we’ve experienced in the 2 weeks we’ve been in Bali so far! thanks Grandmas 🙏🏻

our first room was a little noisy and they were happy to move us (and moved all our stuff), nice, clean, modern, budget friendly, good location.

I wouldn’t include breakfast if staying again and would avoid staying on the ground floor. the Grandmas in Seminyak is also much nicer by comparison.

Short stay in Legian with Family

Second time staying here and will come back again on future trips to Bali. Perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants around. Cheerful staff. Overall a happy place
