Fabulous hotel.

The room was fabulous, the bed was very comfortable, the food was impeccable, and the staff were wonderful.

Although it was situated near a tram stop and next to MUDAM, there weren't a lot of restaurants, nor any nightlife near it.

Super bequemes Bett, Ausblick aus dem Fenster einfach fantastisch, Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sauber!

Die Klimaanlage im Restaurant beim Frühstück könnte etwas wärmer eingestellt werden, damit die Gäste sich wohl fühlen und nicht frieren.

niet voor herhaling vatbaar

restaurant : was er een heel vriendelijke ober die er de vreugde inhield. gezellig zitten aan de tafel en geen overlast. kamer: positief dat ons hondje een koelkussen mocht gebruiken. goede bedden en ruime kamers.

restaurant: ik had een salade aqua besteld voldeed niet aan de beschrijving kreeg 4 sneden tomaat met 1 takje peterselie op en 4 kleine stukjes tonijn dit had een prijskaartje van 16 euro !!!! 1 bolletje ijs was 6 euro!!!! prijs kwaliteit valt wat tegen 4,5 is het verblijf niet waard. ontbijt: luidruchtige ruimte en airco te hoog, personeel dat met bestek gooit en assertief was. nemen je bord weg terwijl je nog koffie drinkt. het aanbod voedsel eerder beperkt. ondergrondse parking kortbij: schandalig duur. kamer: tarief voor 1 nacht voor onze Maltezer: 30 euro (hebben nog nooit eerder zoveel betaald meestal 7 a 10 euro per nacht.)je hoort s nachts meubels verschuiven! de grote vliegtuigen geven veel lawaai.

Très bien, quelques points à affiner

Le confort de la chambre, la vue depuis l hotel, l emplacement de l hotel au calme, l Insonorisation. Petit déjeuner complet et très bon.

-être dans un pays francophone et être reçu en anglais uniquement. -l absence de parking. Il y a bien un parking proce juste à côté, mais de partenariat avec l hotel. Du coup 30e les 24h!

I will be back time and again.

Room was very comfortable. The view was great. Breakfast was just perfect. Most importantly the front desk staff was so nice, helpful, friendly.

Un séjour parfait

Tout était vraiment parfait!!! Les hôtes sont trop sympas, la chambre et la salle de bain très propres et tout d’excellent qualité. Le petit déjeuner simplement délicieux.

Exellent for a couples

Location was exellent, breakfast very tasty and really good.

During the breakfast the self service pancake maschine should work better :)) and we were asking for the robes, but felt dissapointed, because they were really worn out… but clean.

nice experience

the hotel is very close to the Teathre in the European quarter in Luxembourg city; the room was at high floor as I requested and was very nice.

the hotel doesnt have a parking place so i have to park my car in the public parking close to the entrance

Top weekend gehad!

Prachtig hotel! Mooie kamers en alles zeer netjes. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Nabijheid van tramhalte was super gemakkelijk om Luxemburg stad te verkennen.

Nice hotel

A very nice hotel only a few bus stops from the city center. Pet friendly with good food and nice rooms Breakfast is amazing and very diverse - worth it Staff is nice and helpful

Only downside is that theres no parking for clients and the public park is very limited (also a few minutes away from hotel) Theres a private parking right next to the hotel but its expensive

Good hotel, really bad staff

The location is a bit outside of the centre but very easy to reach the center by tram.

Breakfast was ok for the price, but the lady in the breakfast restaurant was VERY VERY RUDE! We have booked the breakfast for the first morning (we stayed there for three days), but the receptionist forgot to registered our name/room in the breakfast list. The lady was immediately throwed her annoyed face to me and called the receptionist and blaming them for forgetting to update the list. I think she should keep calm in front of me, i am a customer and the fact that my name is not in the breakfast list was not my fault, so I dont deserve her annoyed face. At the same time my husband was accompanying our 1,5 year old boy walking around the restaurant, she was also mad to my husband because my husband and my little boy walked to the other side of the restaurant which is not part of the breakfast place. Despite the horrible treatment of this lady, we still booked breakfast for the next morning. The same lady came to our table said that i have to watch my boy so that he does not throw away any food on the floor because they can not clean it. She talked really rude this time. My little boy was not throwing any food the floor, but the day before he ate boiled egg and some of the yolk fell through the floor. I understand it's more work to clean it, but she can tell me in a nice way and not being rude, also if the hotel does not want to clean more for kid's guests, why do you offer a family room? I offered her to put a napkin underneath my boy's chair, so then it's easier to clean any food fell unintendedly to the floor, and she replied: NO, IT DOESN'T HELP, PLEASE DONT DO IT, JUST WATCH YOUR KID! At this point, I dont enjoy the breakfast in this hotel anymore. I would not go back to this hotel as long as that lady still working there. We decided to not have breakfast for our last morning, heck if I can cancel the last night I would even cancel it! The last thing, when we checked out they charged us for three times breakfast.

Great hotel for business people!

Great location for the hotel, next to the modern art museum and the philharmonic! It is easy to get there.

The design of the hotel rooms is so austere that it could even be said that it is not homely. Maybe it is suitable for business people, but not for ordinary travelers/vacationers...

Excellent Personnel and Beautiful Hotel

The personnel was exceptional, particularly Anna - thank you so much! She allowed us in the room a couple of hours earlier as we needed to rest before attending a wedding. In addition to that, they kindly, professionally and politely addressed any questions or needs we had. Apart from that, we loved the massive bed!

Very soulful hotel to explore magnificent Luxembourg with your beloved once

Awesome hotel staff, very soulful ambience, well designed hotel room with excellent sleep experience - comfy & perfect sized bed, our favorite bathroom` amenities Rituals AND amazing view to Luxemburg downtown (we had last floor room with fantastic panoramic view - endlessly thanks to reception` folks). Great place to stay for 2 weekend nights to explore magnificent Luxembourg town. Btw Luxembourg` philharmonie and our favorite Michelle restaurant just few mins away
