Geen slippers en koud geen shampoo en en wij waren met twee personen en kind maar wij hadden voor twee kamers betaald en sauna was ook niet inbegrepen en uit checken was te vroeg wij arriveerden om 18:00uur en morgenochtend om 10:00 uit check en de prijs was behoorlijk veel voor een nacht ik heb het geprobeerd om een extra bed voor mijn dochtertje regelen zij hebben niet gedaan wel een extra kamertje en dat was ook de foutje van boeking com dat jullie niet goed geregeld hebben tijdens de boeking was wel een kamer met extra bed maar dus niet mij dochters op grond geslapen en de andere kamer leeg betaald voor niks ik ga nooit meer via jullie boeken echt teleurgesteld jammer

Gewoon alles was niet goed

Hotel byl skvělý. Co se týče lokality, snídaně a i samotného vybavení na pokoji. Vybrala bych znovu.

Hotel bych si určitě vybrala znovu. Personál byl převážně milý. Lokalita byla skvělá - přímo na tramvaji kousek od centra. Snídaně byla skvělá! Na výběr toho bylo mnoho. Velké množství pečiva, ovoce, které bylo vždy čerstvé, sýry, uzeniny. Také bylo na výběr z nápojů - džusy, voda (perlivá i neperlivá), mléko a dokonce i několik druhů kávy. Vše se neustále doplňovalo. Takže když člověk přišel hned ráno nebo už ke konci snídaně, tak vždy byla nabídka kompletní.

Byla jsem překvapená z personálu. Personál byl milý, ale první den po mně chtěli číslo pokoje, to bylo v pořádku, ale druhý den ho nechtěli a třetí den byl na mě pán lehce nepříjemný, že jsem mu ho nesdělila hned při příchodu.

Nix für Leute, die großen Wert auf Sauberkeit legen

Sehr leckeres, überschaubares Frühstück -> Qualität statt Quantität, somit weiß man auch, dass nicht viel weggeschmissen wird, wie an manch anderen Buffets. Die Zimmer haben eine super Größe.

Sehr unhygienisch, mehrere schwarze Haare auf dem "frisch bezogenem" Bett und Dreck in den Badezimmerecken.

чистый и просторный номер, великолепный бассейн, не плохой завтрак, прекрасный персонал, хороший интернет, остановки общественного транспорта рядом с гостиницей

номера расположены на низком первом этаже (или это подвальное помещение) в спортивном и культурном комплексе. чтобы добраться до зала завтрака необходимо пройти подвальное помещение от комнаты, подняться на 2 уровня вверх. молодым и здоровым людям подходит, но не для пожилых и людей с ограниченными возможностями (может я ошибаюсь и есть альтернативный путь). цена завышена для данного варианта. за такую цену можно даже в Люксембурге найти более лучше варианты. я бы не остановилась во второй раз.

Unterkunft mit Abstrichen bei Komfort und Frühstück. Ideal für (sehr) kurzen Städtetripp - nichts für längeren Aufenthal

Die Anbindung an die Stadt mit dem kostenlosen Personennahverkehr. Das große Bad.

Unsere Betten waren extrem weich und damit sehr unkomfortabel. Beim Frühstück ist man ‚mehr‘ gewohnt. Wir kamen recht spät gegen 9:15 - die ohnehin Dünne Auswahl wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Für ein Sporthotel überraschend schwach.

Alles in allem wirklich top! Sehr gerne wieder :)

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption, was vielsprachig bewandert war. Außerdem haben wir uns im hotelangrenzenden Schwimmbad wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und anschließend im hoteleigenen Restaurant so gut wie lang nicht mehr gegessen. Auch die Preise waren durchaus moderat und das Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Morgen sehr vielseitig und lecker. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber, das Ambiente ungewöhnlich aber nicht unbedingt negativ.

Extreme overpriced. No value for money.

There was one staff member who worked at the reception that was very friendly. She helped us really good and sended us to some good shops and nice restaurants

The other 2 staff people behind reception were without any doubt the two worse hospitality people we have ever seen. So unfriendly, i really hope their boss read this and takes action. Otherwise you will get more bad references in the future i am sure of. Parking rates was 12 euro a day. (Stood in the hotel map) but turned out to be 15 a day. Room was literly in some basement... do not recommend this for anyone.

Great stay, may end up going back before I leave Europe

The hotel is attached to what appears to be an Olympic caliber training center. The rooms were modern and clean. There is a tram stop right outside the front of the center. The pool(s) were amazing, the kids enjoyed jumping off the high dive platform.

It was a long walk from the registration desk to the rooms. Also the only rooms available were for two people so my family of four had to get seperate rooms. They did put us close together, but I would have liked having a single room. These issues would not prevent me from staying there again.

Alles in Einem gelungene Ausflug nach Luxemburg!

Frühstück war sehr gut! Hotellage fanden wir auch gut. Die Sauna hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schön und gemütlich.

Restaurantküche könnte etwas länger auf sein.

Lüftung im Dauerbetrieb und fremde Haare im Bett. Erholsamer Schlaf sieht anders aus.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht.

Die Lüftung im Badezimmer lief durchgehend. Das Problem konnte man am Abend nicht mehr beheben, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Auf dem Bett waren überall dunkle Haare, das war sehr ekelhaft. Auf meine Beschwerde am morgen, verwies man mich auf die Email Adresse. Nach zwei E-Mails, vertröstete man mich bis nach den Feiertagen zu warten. Nach Weihnachten und Silvester schrieb ich erneut. Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme dann eine Rückmeldung. Man bedauere die schlechte Erfahrung und bot einen Rabatt beim nächsten Mal an oder Wellnesszugang. Ein nächstes Mal wird es für mich definitiv nicht geben 135€ für ein Zimmer mit solchen Mängeln und so einem schlechten Service. Als Gast fühlte ich mich nicht gut aufgehoben.

Un hôtel atypique et accueillant

Cet hôtel est situé au cœur du complexe sportif luxembourgeois D'Coque dans un quartier d'affaires ultra moderne. Que dire ? Vous arrivez directement sur un vaste parking (12 € jour) avant de rejoindre l'accueil de l'Hôtel. Le Personnel est extrêmement sympathique et vous explique comment vous retrouver dans ce vaste dédalle (piscines, salles de sport, mur d'escalade, piste d'athlétisme, terrain basket, hand , badminton, tatamis de judo etc.. le tout en indoor) . Ensuite vous regagnez la partie hôtel où le calme règne en maître. Grandes chambres, propres, modernes . Un seul petit bémol très subjectif les matelas trop mous et les oreillers trop durs. Une grande salle de bains. Bref un lieu parfait . Pour rejoindre la vieille ville de luxembourg ? Le tram gratuit et régulier (une belle surprise), devant l'hôtel . Pour diner ? aussi bien dans l'hôtel que dans les multiples restaurants aux alentours (à pied) . et enfin le petit déjeuner ? un délice .. du chaud , du froid, du sucré , du salé , du pain des viennoiseries, du saumon, du lard, des oeufs ou du miel ..tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour bien commencer la journée

Overall it was nice.

The area is quiet and spacious, close to center, clean and the staff was friendly

Breakfast was very poor, the beds were two singles instead of one double and they were not comfortable, also the reception is too far away from the hotel area the place does not really feel like a hotel. Did not get a cosy feeling.

Exceptional

Very friendly staff!! Kid friendly environment, within walking distance is a big playground, highly recommend!! The tram station is at the front entrance, very easy to reach everywhere!!

Would be nice if the guidance sign to the visitor more clearly, took us 20 mins to find the reception.

Great hotel at a great location

Loved the location and using the pool. Very nice hotel. I've stayed here before. It's a bit tricky to go to the rooms as this is a huge venue. I hope to come back again.

Breakfast was nice but if you go 20 minutes before it finishes, there isn't much left.

A comfy and quiet stay

The room was nice and quiet! I felt safe and comfortable on my first night in the city, the country, and the continent! The staff were friendly and helpful in getting everything sorted out for my stay. There is a common space so I imagine during events at the pool it might be a bit louder. The breakfast was spectacular, 10 out of 10

There was body wash, but they did not provide any shampoo and/or conditioner. I thought at first that maybe it was a difference between Canadian hotels and Luxembourgish hotels, but since then I've been at a few hotels in both Luxembourg and Belgium and they all have provided those so far.

The strange location. I had to take tram by the station coque and the access as a pedestral is very complicated from the boulevard, even if the distance is short on the map.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was a good size and the breakfast was tasty. I didn't use them put it looked like there was a pool table and nice indoor seating areas.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I struggled to get to sleep then woke with a stiff neck. Don't expect separate shampoo and conditioner in bathroom, although there is a generic soap/bodywash/shampoo dispenser. My taxi driver could not find the hotel as it is not obvious from the street - there is a sign but it is set back and not visible in the dark. The hotel is part of the sports complex, which can look like it is closed if you arrive at night.

Great place, unusual, with (free) access to swimming pool.

The swimming pool was overwhelming, you don't always stay at a hotel with an olympic swimming pool. The breakfast was great, above the average of the hotels where I usually stay. The scrambled eggs were fantastic!
