Great hotel with great stuff. For that price is amazing.

Great room, clean. Great cleaner, his name is Khadr. Friendly, caring guy. Only issue shower bath, construction was bad water splash around toilet :) but not big deal putting towels, we are not the one cleaning them:)

Acceptable, but i won't come again.

The staff is very friendly, though not everyone speaks English. Food was not bad, big variety, though not the drinks.

Room was dirty and shabby. Lack of tracks for strollers going up/down stairs. It's a big shame family resort. Drinks were distributed in thin plastic glasses. In general, don't look for esthetics here.

красивое море, большая территория, бассейны, аквапарк

мы забронировали отель за сутки, чтобы заселиться ночью. по приезду нам не было предоставлено ни еды, ни фруктов, ни браслетов!!! сказали «получите браслеты на следующий день». В номере не было горячей воды, она была еле теплая и очень слабый напор. Мы обращались по этому поводу на ресепшен, на третий день к нам пришел мастер и абсолютно ничего не смог сделать с нашей проблемой. Вода была еле теплая все 6 дней. Я молчу про то, насколько уродливой была душевая кабина, штора не была очень короткой, душ - совершенно маленький поддон, вмонтированный в стену кран, который не снимается,. Вай вай только лобби и тот абсолютно отвратительный, не возможно ничего загрузить. Больше вай фай не ловит нигде. За вай фай в номере нужно доплатить 5$ В СУТКИ. В Египте это цена сим карты на 10 гб интернета. При выселении нам не разрешили остаться в номере на 4 часа дольше - потребовали 40$. СОРОК ДОЛЛАРОВ ЗА 4 ЧАСА!!! Хотя номер далее не забронировал, оставался пустой и с уборщиком номера мы договорились за чаевые, что он сможет убрать его после 5 вечера. Про выселении СРЕЗАЛИ БРАСЛЕТЫ, не смотря на наши рассказы, что нам их выдали НА СУТКИ ПОЗЖЕ, чем должны были. И мы ничего не сказали отелю тогда, поняли и согласились с этим. НО ОТЕЛЬ НЕ МОЖЕТ СВОИМ ЛЮБИМЫМ КЛИЕНТАМ ОСТАВИТЬ БРАСЛЕТЫ, как это так??? На пляже лежаки занимают спасатели, а потом ПРОДАЮТ ЗА ЧАЕВЫЕ. Когда убираешь с определенных лежаков какие-то замызганные потерянные вещи, которые явно никому не принадлежат и просто занимают лежак - тут же прибегает спасатель и кричит, что тут занято. Зато когда люди убирают парео и полотенца с лежаков спасатели этого не видят. Спасатели на пляже не выполняют свои обязанности - следить за морем и находить отдыхающим лежаки. Максимум поговорят с тобой, когда попросишь помощи скажет «ну я сейчас тут занят, я помогу позже». Естественно никто 10 минут ждать не будет. Туалеты по всей территории постоянно ломаются, не работают, закрыты на технический перерыв.

Очень хороший персонал у гостиницы, все очень милые, добрые , готовы помочь с улыбкой). Сюда стоит прийти даже ради персонала. Очень добрый мужчина забрал у нас багаж.. Мохамед Сеид. , очень помог. Персонал на ресепшине и на баре ...просто все на 1000 % выполняют свою работу.

below my expectation

response time when we have an issue like defective A/C, took time to fix bad quality for the internet, even for paid internet - paid for 24 hrs and worked for 2 hrs only !

Great value for money

Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner as well. Staff is friendly and the resort is generally very nice.

Because of the number of people, cleaning was maybe a bit harder, anyways we had a dirty room at the beggining but they changed it straight away.

الفندق ممتاز من حيث القيمة مقابل المال الموظفين متعاونون للاسف لا اتذكر الاسماء ولكن اذكر استاذ حمدى ف قسم الاستقبال كذلك باقى الاقسام من الهاوس كيبينج والبوفيه والمطعم جميعهم ممتازون

التكييف ف غرفة النوم الريموت لم يكن يعمل يجب عليك تشغيله يدويا ولكنها ليست بالمشكلة الكبيرة كما ان الجو كان جيدا حتى اننى لم أتواصل مع الاستقبال لأنها بالنسبة لى لم تمثل مشكلة كبيرة كذلك الانيميشن تقريبا لا يوجد لو بتحب الانيميشن لازم تروح الفندق التالت اللى هو بالماس وده يعتبر بعيد نسبيا

Research carefully

The room was a nice size. Beds were comfortable. Meal choices were very nice.

The hotel is actually two buildings separated by a busy street. You had to cross this street in order to take meals and use the beach/pools. Very inconvenient as this was not mentioned in the description of the hotel.

الاستف بشوش وبيحاولوا يساعدوك بس المكان محتاج أفراد اكتر وصيانات كتير

الغرفه لم تكن نظيفة بالشكل الكامل، كان ريموت المكيف لا يعمل ولا ريموت التليفزيون والغلاية لا تعمل وكانت اقفال باب الغرفة لا تعمل ولا توجد سوي بطانية واحده صغيرة واحنا فردين وطفل صغير واستغرق تعديل كل هذه المشاكل ليوم كامل . الاسانسير بيعطل كل يوم تقريبا. لايوجد مطعم في الفندق نفسه عشان تاكل لازم تعدي الشارع وتروح واحده من الاختين بالما والبلاسيو

Value for money...nice hotel

Friendly staff ,helping and caring...especially hesham alsadany from the reception ....our check-in took almost 5 minutes and it was early check-in he did a great job really....and also Hossam the billman, Hossam the hotel security, mina from the reception and the general manager they were very nice staff in general the aqua was great ,amazing swimming pool and beach in Palma de merit was good......food was good especially breakfast..value for the money....highly recommended 👍

Cleanliness of the room can be improved especially bed sheets and pillows

Aqua park was amazing, kids enjoyed it a lot. Staff were so helpful, especially Mr. Hamdy & Mr. Mina from the reception, they were so welcoming, supportive and friendly and thanks to Mr. Mahmoud the housekeeping manager, overall the stay was excellent.

The team was so friendly and helpful especially Mr. Mina and Mr. Hamdy from the reception. The aqua park was great, the kids loved it. Amazing stay, delicious variety of food in the buffet throughout the day, nice team, the main restaurant staff as well were so so friendly, it was really nice from them to celebrate happily with us a birthday singing and playing on instruments, special thanks to them specially the main restaurant manager and the bar man there. The whole stay was a real value for money. Can't wait for the our coming stay

Only the staffs, they are really polite and do the best

We have left the property on the first day as it was so unbearable, rooms were very dirty, they moved us 3 times but all were very dirty, the beds linen were unbearable to sleep on, food did not have taste at all, air conditioned was not working properly

Food quality was amazing Staff is very friendly Especially Mina from the reception and Mahmoud Mostafa from the restaurant. Pools are various and not crowded, aqua park was cool for the kids and adults Room size was very huge, it's an apartment

The beach wasnt clean the water wasn't transparent like other beaches in Hurghada I couldn't snorkeling The room was faraway from the other side of the hotel

wish I didn’t even set eyes on this place. this hotel is dry as the Sahara desert

nothing. rude people, uncomfortable, no working aqua park. no snack bars, no drinks, not even basic water. disgusting

lack of customer service, cockroaches in shower, no working ac, bad smell, dirty sheets, dirty beach, terrible attitude from staff.
