Great hotel, very clean and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, plus an espresso machine. Great breakfast. Good location for events in Derby.

Room had some road noise but should have asked for a quiet room on the back when I booked.

Hotel feel like 2/3 star. No parking, no fridge, no safe, no wardrobe doors

Breakfast was very good with variety of fresh fruits, yoghurt, hot buffet bar.

No onsite parking. Public car park away from hotel, takes 10 minutes walk to the hotel and costs over £5.50 for overnight stay with discount from hotel. No fridge or safe in the room. The corridor was not very clean with stains and litter on the carpet.

It was a pleasant surprise at how well the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay very m

The food in both breakfast room and bar was very good we thoroughly liked it ,all the staff from FOH bar staff ,waiters ,waitresses and house keeping worked very hard to make our stay memorable and they achieved that the location from hotel to busy main streets was no more than a 5 minute walk we would thoroughly recommend the Leonardo Hptel as a great place to stay we will certainly be back for another break in the not to distant future

Excellent throughout

Excellent location, comfortable room, friendly staff. Could not fault accommodation nor breakfast.

Bar drinks were extremely expensive.

Clean rooms friendly staff

Was told by reception that room service was available until 9.30pm and when I called to order was told it was unavailable due to staffing issues. I really did not want to attend the restaurant due to a 4.5 hour drive and needed to go to bed shortly as I had a long day the next day. I am a frequent guest as I am attending derby uni and was recommended to stay however feeling a bit deflated after my stay last night. I stayed in room 506 and the bed was also broken and made some pretty horrific noises which could be addressed. Every other stay has been pleasant and every room has always been clean.

Very nice.

The view from the view was excellent, though even better would have been the view over the river! - from the other side of the hotel, I think. But you were very full that weekend. I much appreciated being able just to have coffee on my second morning, without breakfast, for no fee - thankyou for that.

Small personal point only -the mattress was very soft, and I am one of those who prefer a hard one!

I’d say the bathroom was a little out dated and the actual mattress once I peeled back the covers had brown marks on it

I had a really nice time as usual and would be happy to come back again.

I stayed at Jurys Inn Derby about 4 years ago, the last time I was in England. It had the same high standards as before in terms of comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff, location, good breakfast etc. I really enjoyed my stay.

The only thing I did not like was that the facade had changed to a whitish grey brutalism style. It was so different to the previous facade which fit in so well with the lovely old buildings of Derby. It is a lovely town and it would be good if the building reflected the town's unique industrial heritage.

Comfortable stay in Derby whilst visiting daughter in hospital.

Very comfortable King-size bed in "Executive" room without breakfast. Complimentary drink at bar, complimentary Costa coffee at bar and 10% discount on food appreciated. Good menu options. Local car parking in Chapel Street Car Park surprisingly cheap. Friendly and cheerful staff.

Bathroom a little dated with small bath. Food that arrived wasn't as per menu description - no salami in hoagie and no avocado in green salad - in fairness it was Easter Monday evening so some menu ingredients may have run out but we could and probably should have been informed.

It was good to be there and I enjoyed staying there.

Everything was perfect and I want to take this opportunity to thank all the staffs for the support.

Car park was restricted somehow I didn’t manage to go inn as it was rocked around 10 pm.
