Wir konnten ruhige Nächte verbringen waren aber vom Hotel enttäuscht.

Kostenloses Zustellbett für Kind. Allerdings nur bis 6 Jahre

Eine Sanierung hat das Gebäude von innen wohl noch nicht gesehen. Sehr alt und schmuddelig alles. Für mein Deluxe Zimmer war eine Kaffeemaschine angeben hatte aber nur ein extrem verkalkten Wasserkocher der nicht mal auf mehrmalige Anfrage ersetzt wurde. Sehr schlechter Service. Unsere Etage roch nach Zigarette.

Soweit alles gut, aber neue / Aushilfs-Mitarbeiter müssen besser eingearbeitet werden.

Was ich besonders positiv hervorheben möchte, ist der Einsatz der Kollegin, die den 1. Tag (Abend) als Aushilfe in Ihrem Hotel hatte. Die Sauna war noch nicht an, und außer einem "Instruktionszettel", der ca. 3 Zeilen zum Thema "Sauna aktivieren" enthielt, hatte sie keine Infos bekommen. Wir haben dann gemeinsam versucht, die Information auf dem Zettel zu verstehen - eindeutig war es leider nicht. Nachdem wir dachten, die Sauna läuft nun, musste ich ca. 30 min später feststellen - das hatte nicht geklappt. Die Kollegin war abermals so nett mit mir nochmal zu checken und letztendlich konnten wir die Sauna dann doch noch aktivieren...

Mitarbeiter, die neu oder aushilfsweise bei Ihnen angestellt werden sollten besser eingearbeitet werden. Es war sehr offensichtlich, dass außer dem Übergeben des oben beschriebenen Zettel nicht viel Einweisung stattgefunden haben kann. Desweiteren sollte die Beschreibung mal mit einem "Neuling" durchgetestet werden und danach angepasst und nochmal getestet werden .... Wie schon oben gesagt, die Kollegin war super hilfsbereit, engagiert und freundlich, aber ich denke nicht, dass sie sich auch nur annähernd wohl dabei gefühlt hat, dass sie auf Fragen keine Antworten hatte und im Zweifelsfall die Kunden besser Bescheid wussten als sie (es hatte ihr z.B. keiner gesagt, wo sie zusätzliche Handtücher für die Sauna finden kann - zum Glück war ich ja schon oft genug bei Ihnen und konnte sie zumindest auf den Schrank im Rezeptionsbereich hinweisen) ...

Kahvaltı muhteşem

Kahvaltı muhteşemdi. Kahvaltı yapmak için tekrar gitmek isterim :) Evet konum uzak, hatta çok uzak :) Ama toplu taşıma ile ulaşım çok kolay. Otel çevresi sakin ve sessiz. Odalar genel olarak temiz. Personel güler yüzlü.

Konum olarak merkeze uzaktı. Odada tek kullanımlık terlik yoktu. Otopark ücretli.

Hatte ein schöneres Hotel lt. ihrem Internet Auftritt erwartet

Frühstück wurde nicht genutzt, da für mich zu teuer

Das Einchecken war sehr schlecht. Fehlende Informationen und die Parkplatznutzung zu teuer. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken sehr schlecht gepflegt, keine Seife im Spender. Die Stores sind lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Allergiker haben dort ein Problem. Auch auf den Fluren mit dem Teppich. Werde keine nächste Buchung bei Ihnen tätigen

Location was great except that the road the hotel is on was closed so I had to spend an extra 15 minutes to get to the hotel.

I specifically book hotels with no parking fee. That was number one reason for picking this hotel. However even though bookings.com promised free parking, parking was 7€ with no chance for negotiation.

we were doing the Wall bike tour. Perfect location. Clean, center. Friendly and helpful staff at the desk. Rooms are quite big

Good to stay if you have a car

We booked 2 rooms. One of the room was pretty massive ! the ventilation was good and facilities were ideal. The bathrooms were very clean. The facility is large enough and fine from the perspective of a chain hotel. The breakfast was very nicely arranged and had multiple choices. The parking was ample and the street parking was decent and quiet. I really enjoyed the sauna which is properly functional and relaxing.

The place is indeed quite distant from berlin center. We had a car and it took us nice 45 mins to reach the center. There is not much to do around this property.

The WLAN was bad, I got cut out of my video conference call. The shower curtain was dirty and stained The walls were all scratched and dirty The bed was not comfortable The location of the hotel was scary Overall, felt unsafe... I would like some compensation for the room.

Enough.

The room was wide as enough. But the furnitures, carpets and design of the room has been modernised and renewed. The bathroom was clean but it should be there sliding panel instead of curtain on the bathtub. The breakfast can be rich with some options.

According to my habits to pay hotel parking lot is not usual. If I am not the gurst of the hotel yes I should pay... There was no plugs around the bed , they should be increased.

ok for one night business trip

Well it has some degree of hotel quality, bed is allright, bed sheets were clean, it has a mini fridge in rooms. Wifi was ok.

this hotel has its best years behind.. I was here some 4 yrs back and it was somewhat allright. Now you can see it is outdated, worn. Cleaning is not done very much in detail.. like finding other peoples hair in bathroom? that wasnt even hard to spot.

It was possible to check in late. Staff was nice and spoke English well.

Run down interiors, I can live with that. But the room was dusty and the bathtub was not clean. Poor value for the price.

I don't come back here anymore

Breakfast was okay but I thougt that we will have more options to choose.

It was noisy in the room - we got a room next to the main road. It was not cosy. In every corner I could see spider ... strange smell in the room ... more attention should be paid to cleanliness. I really don't understand why this hotel has 4 stars?!

OK for one night

Nothing "special" but all in all not that bad at all compare to many comments I had a look on on internet

Some parts are "old" and not really "maintained" (some seats with cracks for eg and some parts of the bathroom could be more "clean" (Change the shower curtain or even remove and put a fix glass)

Affordable stay, friendly staff

Staff were friendly, the place was very nice and affordable. A supermarket is near by, the sure surroundings are quiet and the station is 5 minutes away. Thank you!
